This is probably the best service crate and barrel I've ever been to...which might not be saying much because I've only been to a few others out of state. But when you walk in here, you will have at least five sales reps/staff members asking if you need help within the 30 minutes that you're just walking around. I've been in here looking half homeless in sweatpants, hair in a bird's nest, bare face like I rolled out of bed and forgot to brush my teeth, and they STILL will ask how I'm doing. So, if you're the type that wants to walk around and be left alone, ESPECIALLY if you're looking homeless, just go next door or across the street to the other furniture store. Love their plates and random stuff. I got sucked into buying a diffuser in there because I was feeling boujie above my budget from the royal treatment.But my bathroom smells amazing.Love this store and the staff! Amazing service I came here on Sunday to purchase a Dutch oven and the representative was super friendly and attentive. She even suggested they held onto my purchase until I'm done shopping at the rest of the mall. I thought that was a nice gesture so I wouldn't have to walk around with the bags they had everything I needed plus more I was able to purchase just the right linen and tablecloth for my house.

Don't trust their own published store hours. Drove all the way here on a Wednesday, their phone and hours on the store said open until 6pm. At 4:15p the doors were locked and no one was there. Not a holiday or any other reason for an early closing. Frustrating.

If you haven't shopped at Crate & Barrel, I highly recommend this place for your home needs, especially kitchen items.I absolutely love Crate & Barrel because of the beautiful high quality items they offer and their customer service!Honestly their customer service especially over the phone can't be beat! They are friendly, polite and efficient in handling your call.I received my order that I placed online today and I'm very pleased with their fast shipping. Unfortunately, there were five items that arrived broken in the box.I counted all the items and documented what was broken and called them immediately.I explained the issue to them and with no fuss whatsoever, they offered to ship me replacements for the items that arrived broken. Honestly, I don't think I've ever had such excellent customer service. I think it's rare these days but they make sure to provide you with the best service always. And from my experience, it seems that Crate & Barrel really care about their customers and that's what keeps me coming back.I honestly don't mind paying a much higher price for quality items that also come with excellent customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again for my other holiday parties.Thanks Crate & Barrel for making my hostess dreams come true for 2023!

The service at this location left me wanting to never return. Their furniture is beautiful so hopefully I save myself the trouble and do it all online in the future. We stopped by the store multiple times over the course of a few months before we decided to buy our furniture. Now, the first couple times, people were so kind and welcoming, perhaps to a fault. I heard about their discounts from every person in that store and had to have a conversation every time I touched their pieces. In fact, eventually in one of these visits, we sat down with one of the designers to see if the furniture would fit into our space as we were getting closer to our closing date for our home. He created a beautiful design but never emailed it to us or followed up. Understandable. However, when we returned months later, new people were there and they offered to help us purchase the sofa. This new designer was kind and personable up until the moment everyone at the store started fighting for who deserved credit for the sale (her or the first guy). I left thinking this place works on commission given that they were all arguing over this sale. This woman went as far as telling us she didn't care or need this sale because she already had 100+ K in sales (even though she was visibly upset and asking we return to complete this in separate transactions, so she could get the sale for the table and credenza). We just wanted her to design our space again to see if we could now add more pieces to our living room (since the last guy did it in 5 mins). At that point, she says that "it's just a picture" and it doesn't matter--to just return it if it doesn't fit. Fine. But then why advertise this service as part of the experience? And why would I buy something to just return it? And then waste months of waiting on a table for my new home? Since their furniture does take about 6 weeks+ to even ship out. They also made it sound like we could only get the 15% discount once, so why would I do separate transactions for her to get a sale? So I knew I didn't want them to have my sale. The manager would then only let us complete the design through the one guy who helped us the first time, instead of just asking her employees to design the space as requested. She would also not let me just work with a new person. We wasted at least 2 hours at this store between trying to find the manager who was at lunch and listen to the employee complain about her office politics. They also could not agree or tell us the truth about the first-time move discount they offer. First they said it was a one time deal. Then that we could do multiple transactions. We ended up doing it all online and found the so called "secret discount" by googling. So no one got the credit for the sale they had fought over. Then the other manager on the phone told us they don't even get a commission for the sale--just a grade! So they were all rude and inefficient over a sale that probably doesn't change anything for any of them. Insane experience.

We have furnished most of our home from this crate & Barrel. Everyone here is very nice. We have worked with Shaunna mostly and had the pleasure of working with Tony as well. They were both so genuinely helpful. I definitely recommend working with them if you're looking to buy furniture here.

I love this store but having got home I've realized the price tag on the ornaments wasn't correct. I unfortunately live out of town so couldn't go back for them to fix the mistake. All the kiwi bird ornaments are $1 more than the label says which isn't great, especially when you're buying lots of them!

Writing this review solely because of the fact that I felt as if I was being followed like I was going to steal something from one particular employee I believe her name was Gina. Everyone else was extremely sweet but this elderly red haired lady asked me 3 times if I needed help. I said no ALL times. She would also just stare. I sat down on a chair I was going to buy because I actually purchased the Belmont banquette and there is a matching chair. As soon as I got up and took two steps to look at the table height she rudely pushed it in as if we were done looking at the setting. I used the restroom and she hovered around me. I specially said ," can I help you , I feel like I am being followed." She said , oh no I was just walking to talk to them." As she pointed to another associate who was helping other customers who she NEVER spoke to. I just purchased what I had in my hand and going to purchase the chair online. I hate feeling uncomfortable in a store I love .

The service at the Summerlin, Las Vegas NV store was outstanding yesterday. When I called to ensure a product was in stock/available, Tony was more than happy to verify for me. Not all stores appreciate the call due to the low staffing, or appreciate a customer's desire to not waste time and gas for an item not available. Tony had the item ready for me at the checkout counter, and was very knowledgeable about the product - even suggesting what type of coffee bean works best for my new machine.
