When staying at the Palazzo, CR Creat (right by the 2nd floor elevator bay) is *the* place for a quick to-go coffee or other healthy beverage or snack on the run. I was surprised to see so many people in a long Starbuck's line directly below on the 1st floor when it would be so easy to come here for less hassle and cheaper prices. The Drip coffee is excellent, but they have all the standard fancy coffee drinks, too. Beyond coffee & mixers for that, you'll find tea, smoothies, oatmeal, bagels, pastries, quiche, and some assorted packaged (fruits, salads, yogurt parfaits, sandwiches) & bottled items (juices, special waters) in the cold cases. Because the biz is associated with the Canyon Ranch Spa (hence the "CR"), the focus is on healthy, whole food ingredients. The motto over the door is "Ignite. Quench. Refuel."There are a few spots to sit & hang out, so it could also be a nice place to escape for a bit from the crowds and smoke of the casino floor.

Ordered an ICED americano here. After they gave me the wrong order, I let them know I ordered iced, not hot. Her response? "You ordered hot." Very rude with poor customer service. Another worker tried to help out, saying it was close to closing time as an excuse for the wrong order. Then he proceeded to pour my coffee over ice. So I had lukewarm coffee. Even if the line is long, please just go downstairs to Starbucks instead of wasting your money here.

Great place to pick up some healthy food, especially after a workout. They have everything a health nut is looking for. Service is fast, and the food is delicious. Small little cafe/bakery feel, with some food/drink on the go options as well.Located by Venetian/Palazzo hotel.

CR Creat is a coffee store that is only open during the daytime and where you can get a good-tasting cup of coffee. I tried their pistachio matcha latte and it was amazing. They also have different dairy-free milk as well. I tried their egg bite concoction and it was a little bit too plain for my liking. The service was nice and friendly. The inside was clean and inviting. It just wasn't a really good breakfast meal with the egg bite item. But I'm willing to try more items from the store to see how it pans out for me when I'm in Vegas.

CR CREĀT is a really great option for a quick coffee to fuel your day! Their menu includes some cool options that you don't see in a regular coffee shop:- Nitro cold brew and regular cold brew on tap- 9 house-made syrups: cinnamon brown sugar, burnt butter caramel, lavender vanilla, dark cherry almond, toasted hazelnut, hazelnut milk chocolate, mocha, blueberry cobbler, vanilla crème brûlée- Plant-based milks: soy, coconut, almond, oat milk- Japanese ceremonial matcha & Yerba mate shots- J'enwey tea & shortbread pairings- Water Joe (caffeinated water)They also offer espresso drinks, muffins, scones, breakfast sandwiches, and fresh fruit. Overall, a nice alternative to Starbucks and The Coffee Bean!

A quick and fast place, simple offerings.Good for a staple breakfast sandwich, pricy and very good. Considering the neighborhood here at the Venetian it was a bargain. I also ordered a large mocha, there was some confusion over what a mocha coffee was/is....coffee with chocolate...certainly don't expect the science of Peet's or SB's...none the less I enjoyed my drink. The juice Farm downstairs was where P found her Açaí bowl she came upstairs to join me at breakfast.Pretty simple, very friendly, good enough..food guy-martin

Scam alert - I was offered to leave 18% tip at Creat coffee shop register, on my $17 breakfast burrito and coffee, and three dollars for a cup of hot water. When I cross questioned the cashier why I was being charged $25 before tip, she got quite defensive, and couldn't answer me.I couldn't see the screen because only the cashier could. When I told her $17+3 is 20, she said, "oh there's also a 15% gratuity."Turns out the mandatory gratuity was 18%, but then why are they asking me to leave another tip recommended at 18% when I am already being charged 18%, without my knowledge! Totals 40% including mandatory and recommended tip!Restaurant needs to tell you upfront in big and bold that there is an 18% mandatory tip!Terrible showing!

I paid $70 for 2 coffees, 3 breakfast items, and 2 orange juices. I understand the premium since it's a convenient hotel coffee shop (and I didn't mind paying since nothing else near by is open before 8:00). The coffee is good and worth the premium if you don't want to wait in the long Starbucks line. I've been here for coffee multiple times and I'd go back for that. The frittata was gross and I couldn't eat it. My chubby little baby is normally a garbage disposal and he'll eat anything, but he spit it out. I tossed that in the trash after two bites. The breakfast sandwich wasn't good at all. Zero flavor, which made the texture feel a bit weird. That went into the trash after a couple of bites as well. The quiche was edible and I was able to finish it, but my baby spit that out too when I gave him a bite. They gave us a blueberry muffin for free since they initially forgot the quiche. The muffin was just your standard packaged muffin. It got the job done. The orange juice was fine. Verdict: if you need some coffee, don't feel like waiting in a long line at Starbucks, and are willing to pay a premium, this is a good spot - but avoid the food.
