Awesome service to the fullest. Sat in the bar area and was greeted right away. We did an after VDay dinner date which was a calmer atmosphere. Our server which was also the bartender was so attentive and very helpful. We were first timers so he helped the experience to be such a great dining experience. He offered a prime rib special they had going which I did order cause it consisted of a nice piece of prime rib, a choice of potatoes and I ordered the loaded baked potato which was huge and shareable and also a tortilla soup which u can upgrade to another flavor. We ordered Calamari (plain) that was a happy hour special. It was flavorful and the sauce was just right and not spicyAlso ordered asparagus which were huge and 5 pieces. I inquired about their dinner rolls since I yelped the place before we went there. Nice hit and came with whipped butter and cinnamon/honey butter.Husband ordered a bigger cut prime rib which came out to a big piece. The cooking level was ordered to perfection. It came au jus and horseradish which was on a mild side and more like it had sour cream in it.Pricing was good as not as expensive like some places. There was other simple dishes on the menu so it's just not the ordinary steakhouse menu.Thank u cornerstone @ the Gold Coast. We sure will be back to dine and try other entrees

It was probably one of the worst thanksgiving Dinners I have ever had. The restaurant itself is very nice and elegant, but not the food and definitely Not the service from the waitress we got. To be honest, all 3 people in my party did not order their traditional Thanksgiving dinner because we do not like dry turkey. To make things even worse, we got a waitress named was Stephanie Sue...... what a nightmare. She took our order and 20 minutes later she came back to tell us that she forgot to enter our order..... so we waited like another 30 minutes to get our food. She would disappear for 15 to 20 minutes, god knows where she would go, but her customer service was horrendous. She would be camped out at other people's table for like 10 minutes and then move on to another table. Most unprofessional waitress ever. We finally got our food. I got a Steak with the onions and mushrooms. The steak had too much gristle and it was hard to eat, they actually gave me a full onion on top of the steak and it was all burnt. But good ole Stephanie Sue forgot to bring the grilled onion and mushroom with my steak. It took her another 10 minutes to come back with the side of onions and mushrooms. Both my wife and Sister got their food too and did not like it. The best thing out of everything we order was the dinner salads and the bread they gave us. Just to get our bill, it took another 20 minutes. The restaurant was not even full or half full, but our airhead waitress, Stephanie Sue , disappeared again. I asked he bus boy for more water and asked where is the waitress. I mentioned to him how this Stephanie Sue character keeps disappearing and he replied " I know". It seems that all her co-worker have notice her disappearing act. i had been to this restaurant like 8 or 9 years ago and it was really good, but after this experience, I do not think that I will be going back ever again. Not with Stephanie Sue working there.

The restaurant itself is fantastic, the resort isn't one of the best. The resort itself is a little run down, which is probably why it's off the strip. This isn't your Cosmo or Wynn, everything is a little outdated and dirty. However, the restaurant itself is a gem. This place could definitely hold its own on the strip. We ate here early at 5 p.m. before going to see Penn and Teller and were the only people here at the beginning. Our server was very nice and we never felt rushed or like the meal dragged at all, the cadence was perfect. My husband and I split a New York Strip and a Chopped Caesar Salad. Both were delicious. The strip was on the fattier, saltier side, which is how I liked it. They also bring out complimentary bread, which was fluffy.I also got a dirty martini, which was good. Nothing to write home about, but it hit the spot.Don't be worried about the state of the resort if you come here, the restaurant is well kept and a great spot to grab a steak.

The food was amazing. Definitely a hidden gem. The Shanghai calamari very flavorful. The charbroil oyster were cooked just right and had great flavor. The bread was served warm, nice and soft and the cinnamon butter was extra good. The lobster tails are generous and delicious. The halibut was cooked to perfection not dry at all, the sauce was delicious and the braised spinach and mashed potatoes complimented the fish . Super yummy. The service was great. We sat at the tables in the bar area as it was happy hour. We will be back for sure next time we are staying in Vegas.

Went there this past Saturday for my birthday. I had put in the reservation that it was my birthday. When we checked in she asked if it was my birthday and I said yes. The food was excellent but our waitress was very slow. When we left we saw a sign that said 20% off on your birthday but nothing was ever said to us.

Our las night in Vegas we decided to go to a Steakhouse. This one was in the hotel we were staying.Came n about 5:30, place was quiet still. Not a big steak eater so I thought I'd order pasta salad and hav bite of husbands steak and share sides. After ordering drinks and meal server brought out wonderful yummy hot bread. The steak was nicely prepared, tender and tasty. The pasta salad was very good, made a meal itself. We order mash potatoes and asparagus.

What a surprise. We went to Cornerstone this past week and was very surprised. During the middle of the week it was not busy and found the decor fitting for steakhouse. The service was excellent and Stephanie took great care of us. She explained some of the popular items that were back on the list. I ordered the 22 oz prime rib and loved it. To be honest, the food was all good. It is nestled in Gold Coast Casino so it's old school and liked the vibe. Recommend the steak rare tare! I am definitely going back!
