Chuck E. Cheese

Nicest Chuck e Cheese I've been to. Flew into Vegas on Saturday. Have the Silver pass and found a local Chuck E. Cheese so my son could play and I could rest for an hour. All the games are brand new and the facility is super clean. Will definitely be back next time we're in town. Would recommend.

My family and I were so excited to hear that Chuck E. Cheese was opening up a "Jump Zone" at a new location off of Craig and Revere. It was my grandsons bday this month so we planned ahead of time and were looking forward to the experience.When we arrived, we were very disappointed to see what they called their "Jump Zone". This place literally cleared out about a 10' x 25' area that was their dining room previously and placed some literal trampolines! And to top it off, they're charging an additional 12 dollars per child to use their "Jump Zone" area (literally a damn trampoline). Utterly. Disappointed!All you will get here is pizza and video games like any other place. Oh, and a trampoline.

I can't speak on the food bc my kids have allergies but the management is great and employees are nice and we have been here at least 3 times and always have a blast. I wanted to give a positive review because it doesn't deserve 2 stars. Minimum 4 star place, take your kids! Hope it stays nice and clean. We went recently and the ac was out but they had lots of ac coolers set up and it was fine... it was 115 degrees so sometimes you gotta roll with the punches, but we like coming here.

My kids had a blast. We paid for a party. I'm so sorry I don't remember her name, but you had a young African American female with pink hair running point. She was fantastic, enthusiastic and so kind. LOVE her so much, get the girl a raise. Not to shit on other employees but she was IT. Our party was at ten am when they first opened and she was all on her own from what I could see, and she made it happen seamlessly. When it came time for the Birthday songs for our party and a couple of others, she was hyped and expressive. Again. Whatever she's getting paid is not enough. Loved the party. Loved her the most. You are going places with your personality girl!

Colossal failure of management. Where can I even start? 1. AC isn't working 2. Place smells disgusting 3. Literally 1 hour 13 minute wait for one large one topping pizza 4. About 90 percent of tables were unused but dirty w used plates trays and food scraps. 5. Seems like chuckie cheese set out to hire the most careless, ghettto, and incompetent people to work hereClose the place down it use it as a city dump. This place is horrible.

This location is very clean, but upon arriving, I noticed that it was extremely hot inside of the building. I went to grab a manager to ask them if they have the air conditioner on, and his reply was one of the associates had turned on the heater now everyone knows that when you have children bundled up in a place like that that it needs to remain cold so that the germs do not spread Employees need to understand that they are not at home but in a place of business and it need to be ran as such. Once the heat came back on, I left very uncomfortable.

Always fun for the family, but there are not enough staff. It took over 5 minutes just to walk in because the person at the front desk checking people in was also restocking the salad bar. It was even worse on the way out. The rep asked "if" we got stamped, barely took a glance and let us all out. So much for "kid check".Another short staff situation where we tried to cash out for tickets. Three workers walked by and said "someone else will help you in a minute". Well I waited and waited and no one came to cash out the tickets. I left with screaming kids in tow.I dont mind the ambience and my kids enjoy the place.... But the service and staff just seem to be subpar.

Service was awful. Waited over an hour and half for food and then waited another 30 minutes to get a refund. Manager was super rude and stated she was going to start cussing people out. Super ghetto manager.

Came a Friday Morning with my son. From the start Lisa was super helpful and welcoming ! It wasn't packed with people and that was nice. Also very clean.

Great new location. New games and they all worked. Staff was really kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!
