It's been a minute so lets go!Ambiance: The interior was nice. There's a bar area and a few tables. It was fairly small tbh. Went around 3pm so it wasn't busy. The vibe was comfy and trendy.Service: Sadly service was the downfall here. When we asked questions regarding dishes we were met with a bit of an attitude. He never checked in on us. Sadly I was taken aback when packing up. When I asked if they had a bigger to go box our server looked like it was weird that I asked for this. My mom went up to ask for 5 sauce containers but apparently he advised we were only allowed 3. I was so confused leaving.Food: I was so excited to try this place tbh. I love korean street food and this one has been on my list. I got the original fried chicken, fried combo and oden. I liked the fried chicken. It was simple and a big portion for what it was priced at. The chicken was nice and crispy and I loved that there were 3 sauces to use. Tbh great for an indecisive mind but nothing to special. The fried combo was good for me since I wanted mandu and kimari so best of both worlds. I wanted fishcake so the oden was perfect especially with the weather changing. My mom got the bugogi rice plate and she wasn't that impressed sadly. There were more glass noodles than there were pieces of meat.Overall, I was really excited to finally try this place but sadly it fell short on certain regards. I liked majority of the food that was ordered. If you know me, service will make or break a place and if I'm being honest I don't see myself coming back anytime soon.

Tried Choigozip, the new Korean street food spot, and honestly, it was pretty underwhelming. The rice cake (tteokbokki) was dull and lacked flavor -- it just felt like something was missing. The kimbap was really big and thick, which looked impressive, but taste-wise, it was just average. Nothing that would make me want to go back for it. Service was fine, nothing to complain about, but also nothing particularly great. Overall, it's a place I wanted to like, but the food needs a lot more work to stand out.

This place was adorable! My sisters and I got the Tteokbokki rose and fried combo. The best part was definitely dipping in the fried pieces in the sauce. The sauce was sooo yummy, we couldn't stop talking about how amazing it was. And the rice cakes in the tteokbokki were fantastic, plus there were surprise glass noodles that were super yummy too. And let's not forget about the fish cake! Omg sooo soo yummy Honestly, if you're looking for delicious tteokbokki, come here. The customer service was fast and friendly. The guy at the cashier even gave us little bear-shaped candies that tasted like caramel. Definitely recommend!

Everything here was excellent. If you want authentic , delicious fast casual Korean food then definitely check it out. The ambiance was clean and nice and waitstaff was very attentive. I just spent a month in Korea and was missing Korean food, this definitely satisfied my cravings

Idk what the property manager was thinking having two Korean restaurants open right next to each other. This place is so good though! Kinda underrated too cos every time I went it's not that busy. But the food is really good. I always ordered their combo meals and the price is reasonable in this inflated economy.

New Korean street food restaurant in Chinatown. It's on the smaller side as there are only about 6-8 tables but their food packs a punchTheir kimbaps are pretty big. About 9-10 slices and 3 inches wide. We also ordered the cold ramyeun that doesn't have the soup (forgot the name), jjajang teokbokki, and classic Korean fried chicken. All were delicious. My tteokbokki was on the spicier side. Not what I was expecting but very good. After our meal, they gave our kid's complimentary lollipops and I ordered a tanghulu (sugar coated fruit).I'd come here again.

My girlfriend and I are poverty stricken door dashers who took a chance on this place. Extreme poverty prevents us from eating out very often, but we decided to risk part of our paltry entertainment budget on a meal here after 17 hours of Dashing. We were not disappointed. My poor GF dislikes ramen, but she tried it here for some reason and has been won over to that noodled treat. I had one of the spam centered offerings and let me tell you, what these boys can do with spam will knock your socks off. Give ChoiGoZip a try. It's reasonably priced and run by kind and gentle fellas who are always rockin' the freshest K-Pop
