Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is a tough review to write because they have recently gotten better but this chipotle needs some help. The employees are friendly and fairly quick although they seem to have new people working every time I go. I would recommend going when they are in the swing of lunch/dinner rush because they seem to hesitate to make fresh stuff when it's not busy. You can often find yourself not being able to get certain ingredients because they are cooking or out of it. All in all they are getting better I just hope they keep it up.

We went in there ready to spend our hard earned money on lunch. We we're the only one in line. There was an employee in front of us and the other employees were cleaning up the counter. We stood in line for about 5 minutes. NOT ONE PERSON ACKNOWLEDGED US. NOT A "WELCOME TO CHIPOTLE" NOTHING. We left. This particular store service is so different from the the other ones we have visited. Zero friendliness. They need to fix this problem.

This Chipotle is consistently bad. I don't know why I even bother coming here anymore when I know it's going to be a bad experience. I think I'm finally done! They are always out of something. Tonight's visit it was chips. I always get the Veggie bowl, so I'm supposed to get the guac for free. However, I never get guac here because it's always brown. Something just doesn't sit right to me about eating brown guac. Yet again, tonight the guac was brown, no surprise there! When I brought it to the staff's attention, I was told it was brown because it was in the refrigerator. Ummm... NO, I don't agree with that unless it was previously made and not fresh. Anyways, tonight was seriously my last visit at this location. I don't recommend!

I got in line to order my food. There were 5 people in front of me. There were 4 employees working. I waiting 18 minutes to start my order. I wanted to leave but I had already waited so long I wouldn't have had time to go somewhere else. The line was to the door and some people behind me started leaving because the wait was so long. The lady who was serving was moving like a sloth. Manager came out looked at the long line and went back to the back. This is the closest location to my house and work and this will be the last time I come here.

I had a highly disappointing experience. I found plastic in my meal, which is completely unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about the restaurant's food safety and quality control. I cannot recommend dining here unless these issues are addressed.

Always something that goes wrong here! This company nickel and dimes for everything and at the end of the day, they still get it wrong. Such a shame! Chipotle used to be really good food.

Probably the best Chipotle burrito I've ever had. I was skeptical at first cause the low rating but I think that's mostly people that give bad ratings frequently because they can't be satisfied with even the smallest thing. I bet if you go to their page, that's all they give out. Those people are no good. Food was great, staff was friendly. Get a burrito from here.

The food here is super nasty and it is dirty everytime I go... This place needs to be shut down or fixed..

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. We came tonight for dinner at 6PM and they had NO food left. And I mean NO food. No chicken, no beans, no veggies, no salsa. We waited in a long line for about 20 minutes just for them to not have any options. The employees in the back were just standing around instead of cooking more food. Absolutely horrible. I don't understand how you close at 10PM, but have no food left by 6pm. I will NEVER come back here.

This place always takes 20 minutes longer than stated on the app. Never once had a good experience at this location
