Chip Cookies

It was a walk around shopping day for me. I saw this person, later introduced to me as Adam standing outside on the sidewalk. Adam had a tray of fresh baked cookies in his hands. Of course I was intrigued ; ). Adam has a great smile and personality and offered a cookie to me! At first I was a bit taken aback. Who is this guy and why are you offering free cookies! Of course, if I took a few seconds to look behind Adam, there was the cookie store, Chip Cookies! Adam is the manager/owner of this Chip Cookie location. You got me! I entered the bright and bubbly world of Chip Cookies! Adam and his staff were so nice to introduce me to all the cookie flavors and OG chocolate chip cookie products. I picked up a few cookies and consumed one very shortly afterwards! Delicious and so decadent. It's a clean and brightly decorated store. The cookie aroma envelopes you as you enter the establishment! Thank you Adam.

I really wanted to give this place a low rating. Seriously, we literally got into a disagreement in the car over this place that lasted almost a whole day, and I wanted to rip it to shreds in this review. However, the cookies were absolutely delicious. They were soft and flavorful and huge. To be quite honest, they stayed soft and lovely for DAYS after we bought them, so I had to give a good rating. I'd recommend this place, and I will be coming back to claim some coupons, but I don't think I'll become a lifelong customer. In addition to how good the cookies were, I love the aesthetic of the shop and the quality of the boxes. So chic and so pretty. So why didn't I like it when I walked in? First, the person at the counter was not helpful and quite pushy. I didn't feel like I could speak with my family about what we wanted because she was so pushy. The price of these cookies was a huge issue, and I wanted to get the flavors I wanted but I felt so rushed. At that moment I wanted to leave but my family really wanted to try the cookies, so we did.When we got to the register, again, I felt pushed by this person now. They asked us to get the app. I knew I didn't want the app, that I'd never come back, but she was insistent that she would let us have the $5 off right now instead of later especially since our purchase was about $100. So, I wasted my time, downloading and signing up, for her to not let us use the discount. I wish I was a rude person, because I would have walked away right then and there, without paying. However, again, I hate to be rude, and I didn't want to embarrass my husband, so we just paid and left. I will definitely be back in to use that $5 and the $10 I earned from this purchase. I don't see any conditions on the usage, and they better not be a spend a certain amount in order to use them. Thankfully, these are EXCELLENT cookies.

The box is so cute ! I was obsessed when I got it . The cookies are soft and not so heavy. They were all good but I really enjoyed the boneless chip. I would get a box of just boneless ! lol I'll definitely be going back to try more cookies

Stopped here because it is conveniently located next to MICHAEL's, MAJOR PLUS the owner's wife is a teacher of my elementary special needs student. A LITERAL ANGEL!! I was also getting my tires rotated at Discount Tire. Listen, I'm a busy lady, OK. ANYWAY, the cookies are PHENOMENAL!!! Gabby was such a helpful, sweetheart!! So patient while I was being indecisive, but that's what two nails in your good tires and needing two new tires unexpectedly will do to ya! (Full set was purchased 4 years ago!! I'm not a degenerate*) Anyway, buy some cookies from here!!! You won't regret it!!! I'm eating them as we speak and they are making my life SO MUCH better. WAY BETTER than those CRUMBY COOKIES. They are aired up cookies, not deflated cookies like (unbaked) cr*mble! #isaidit

I came here for the first time thanks to the app Too Good To Go (I recommend it, btw! Try something new and/or save some food waste!) otherwise I don't think I would have come and ordered by myself.. yes, the price is just too much for me to justify. If anything, I'd get it for someone at their request, for a special occasion or for a custom order only they could do. But the lady that gave me my little order was pleasant, the portion was big enough and cookies were yummy! I got some "surprise" bags that had what looked like white chocolate chips and cinnamon. My kids gobbled them up, I'm not sure if I got any pictures.The vibe of the place.. it was tiny but cute and clean and easy to walk in and out from. I have to say that I think I could find more affordable at good/ similar quality. But I am glad to support small businesses and I can see why this place has good reviews!

Seriously the best cookies I've found in Las Vegas. I've tried quite a few places and always come back to Chip. Currently they just have this one location off eastern in a strip mall near Target. The workers are always super friendly & I love the hidden drawer for kids, super cute. The cookies are always perfectly soft & gooey without being too heavy. It's hard to even pick a favorite because I've liked every one I've tried so far. They also have a new ice cream cookie sandwich which you're able to eat as is or with added toppings. A great spot for treats for yourself, coworkers, as gifts or really for whenever!

Soooooo because I'm thicker than a snicker and have a sweet tooth, and love chocolate chip cookies and because my name is Glenda, oh and also because it was a new day, I decided to order cookies LOL! So, I tried this place out! Boy or boy was I in for a TREAT! I ordered it through Door dash after my boyfriend and I inhaled our Saturday night dinner! My boyfriend is very picky about food so the fact that he almost ate an entire one in one serving was a shocker to me! He took a bite and said "hmmm not bad, good choice" Then I took a bite and it vanished in mid air ( Yes I do magic on the side) This was hands down the BEST cookies I've ever had! Not to talk shit about other local small businesses, but I give credit where it's earned. Some of the other places - it was either too sweet or it was the texture. There was another place that had great cookies too, that's until I tried this one. No offense, just my personal opinion. For us it was both the texture, taste and the amount of sweetness. It was made with a whole lot of LOVE! We ordered of course the chocolate chip, chocolate chuck, coco chocolate and the flavor of the month ( Peanut butter and chocolate heaven) PS I can't remember the name, I renamed it- You're welcome! All I can say is try it- Live a little. Be like me, thicker than a snicker or Twix. Your choice. As always, I'll be back in my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice!

I was craving cookies and this one just opened up by my house. It's located in a pretty big plaza so parking is nice.I ordered 4 different cookies. The staff was super helpful in explaining to me what the cookies were like. I got tres leches, boneless, og chocolate chip, and Biscoff.They were okay. I feel like for the cost I wouldn't expected a deeper cookie flavor. However I felt the cookies had a pretty similar taste. They also were really warm and were falling apart.The inside of the store was really cute, but minimal seating!

from start to finish they communicated and ensured my order was delivered when requested and delivered warm. my recipient, a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur, said they were the best chocolate chip cookies he's ever had. definitely will order from chip cookies again.
