Entrance to upstairs. Super dirty carpet, dusty and hard to breathe there.
Downstairs part of the upstairs where lady tries to get you to go upstairs. Same kind of stuff but less.

Walking into this place feels like stepping into a different place and time. A slightly defunct and a bit sad place and time but not that bad. We were in the area for some boba and when we walked in, we were immediately assaulted with "go upstairs!" When we politely declined (because we were on a mission for boba), the person seemed really upset with us. We walked around the little mall area, found our boba and came around the corner to get to the little bakery. Again she was like "why don't you come upstairs?" Lady, this is starting to feel like a horror movie. I did stop and look at some stuff. Most of it seemed a bit cheap and not something I'd want to buy. I did appreciate the school upstairs and the music that was playing. Sounded like a lion dance and that's one of my favorite things.

Shut this Place down! Do not shop here! The two asian ladies at the bottom of the stairs immediately and aggressively tell you to go upstairs and shop. They would not stop following us. We never went upstairs and just left. Weird experience and rude asian ladies.

Shoppers beware - a Chinese lady with glasses and medium cut hair followed us around the upstairs outlet. She followed right behind my boyfriend the entire time he was browsing. This was highly uncomfortable and very obvious. She offered my friend a shopping basket when we first entered. We were having a private conversation about the jade bangles when she came up and asked if we wanted to try it on. After we both replied with a polite "no", the lady snatched the basket out of my friend's hands. So rude!! The workers make you feel like a criminal following you around. We witnessed a customer who purchase and while leaving, the lady shouted after them "Buy something else? Another one?!"In terms of items offered here, the jewelry is very overpriced. Something priced $5 Steer clear of this place.

Right when you walk in, a Chinese lady downstairs tries to make you go upstairs. The money you do, get ready for some workers giving you attitude. We asked how much something was, they over price it and say "you want to buy it". We say that's okay. They yelled "YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY IT. PUT IT BACK!" That's when we decided it's time to go. What's up with the lady downstairs telling everyone who walks in to go upstairs. So we can get verbally abused by workers? DON'T GO IN THERE. DON'T GO UP EITHER. You have been warned.

I am visiting from California. The rest of the mall is pretty cool but skip the Outlet. The instant I came into the store a woman followed me up the stairs and into the outlet. It was very obvious she was following me because she was staring at me so I started zigzagging around the aisles to make absolutely sure and she was totally following me. At one point a doubled back around a center aisle and she came right up to me and tried to look in my bag. Been in the store for like 2 minutes. I asked her why she was following me and she didn't answer me but she kept trying to look in my bag so I showed her. It's just my towel and my bathing suit. I was going to go to a spa after. I asked if I was supposed to check my bag and she said no but she continued to follow me but from a distance; every time I looked up to see where she was she was looking at me. SO RUDE. 非常粗鲁的女人。导致我心情不好。坏能量。粗鲁的

My wife got yelled at by the lady on the second floor outlet mall for taking a picture of the huge painting she was thinking about purchasing for our living room. She told her not to take pictures if she's not buying. How rude! No manners..give asian people a bad name. Told her to just go after that encounter. Will never come back to this dumper fire. Rather support the mom and pop shops on the first floor.

The vibe in here when you walk in is kind of dead not busy, but there are many shops in here to check out. There are lots of knick knacks for sure to look at. .My aunty loves going to the bakery inside this mall to buy toasts and loaf of bread with coconut inside. She says they don't skimp on the coconuts in the bread. Also they have a durian cake, the outer cake looks like a real durian, the cost of the durian cake was 46 bucks which is worth it because it's rare to find durian cakes. Also durian is kind if rare to find for bakery items, it's slowly getting popular, but not all places serve durian. .I love going in this mall to look at rhe gift shop which carries sanrio items. I love gudetama and I was able to buy a divided child plate with gudetama design on the plate. I found a matching gudetama bowl too. I skipped on the plastic cups with gudetama on it because I like my drinks in glass. I have gudetama class cups already so I skipped on the plastic ones from the gift shop. .We came here to dine in at the taiwan cafe. They served good taiwan snacks and eats. We came for breakfast. It was an experience and vibe. .Overall this mall has some gems. If you find this review helpful don't forget to vote useful, funny and etc for this review. Thanks for reading and have a yelptastic day!

Terrible customer service. My family and I visited the store just to browse, but two older Asian employees immediately began harassing us. Despite us politely declining their help, they repeatedly insisted we go upstairs and try things on. When we decided to leave due to their aggressive behavior and being uncomfortable, they cursed at us in their language and mocked us by saying "no money, no money" while patting their pockets. No wonder there are no customers in that place.

Me and my mom decided to explore the area the first shop we went into a man held up a tiny glass figurine and held it up to his face as if it was telling hem a secret and told us it change color he handed it to us and i put it back next store was the reason we came in the first place for the most part 15 minuts later at around 4:45 we were told it was closing cute shop though lastly we finished the loop and decided to check out upstairs biggest mistake. The lady handed me this really filthy basket thing and while i was looking at a braclet she told me to try it on as she aggressively took it off the rack i put it back and she said "you dont like it here try this one its different color" and aggressively got a different one for me to try me and my mom were cery uncomfy but kinda luaghing to ourselves i put the basket down on the table we were by and we left. In short be prepared for aggressive sales tactics

This place is okay. I was looking for more of a DTLA Chinatown vibes. The building gave Chinatown feels, but didn't have enough vendors in my opinion. The big shop is upstairs and little vendors down stairs. I don't think I would go unless I'm looking for lunar new years outfits. All the vendors and workers were super kind, even if you just say hi and don't buy anything.
