I'm never shopping retail for my 8 grandkids again! This place has high quality kids clothes for great prices! Everyone is so helpful, the store is very organized, by size etc (unlike thrifting!). Makes it quick to shop instead of scavenging through every rack. They had a doll house in perfect condition, for less than a quarter the price my daughter-in-law just paid for almost the exact one. Thanks Children's Orchard, I'll be back!

I have sold my son's used toys, clothes, shoes with them about 5 times now and I have always had a great experience. They are fair with payouts, and are not too picky with the clothing they accept. Customer service is very good and everyone has been pleasant which I really appreciate.

This place has amazing prices that didn't go up during inflation, great customer service, and the best selection. I've dropped off clothes here before and they always are up front about their policies, how they price, and are very kind and clear :) This is the place to shop and sell gently used items!!!

There is nothing impressive about how they buy items from customers, they buy cheap and sell 5 times. I won't sell my kids' stuff here again, but I will go there to buy stuff. In addition, you are only allowed to sell one bucket per customer, not ideal if you plan to sell lots of kid's stuff. They take up to two hours to appraise your items, and if you don't come back to retrieve your money on the same day, they automatically donate it to their store Lol. Good customer service.

Everyone is so nice everytime I come here! Love this place, great selection of clothing/toys in great condition. I recommend this place to all my fiends who have kids!

DO NOT GO HERE! they stold my items! they donated all my stuff after i specifically told them not to when i came in the "owner" was rude she told me we applied ur items towards store credit then told me actually we just donated ur stuff when i aksed for either my money or my stuff she just told me to get out unprofessional! never been to a consignment shop where they acted like that and while i was there a lady had came in to bring her stuff they told her we arent taking nun else after she said she just called to bring them in . wish i could rate 0 stars!

New owners are just as rude as the old ones.dont sell your stuff here.the guy that works there cant even look at you in the face when he talks he looks down and talks.

I just want to give a huge shout out to childrens orchard! What an amazing store, great sales, and friendly and helpful staff. I love supporting a small business and have always had a great experience! It's under a new owner and she's amazing! I highly suggest checking it out! 10/10

Service was not the best , two ladies who looked related both with brown hair were extremely rude. Exchanged dirty looks. Whispering and laughing with each-other half way through transaction. We gave a total of 11 items (THAT THEY COUNTED) roughly estimating $500 upon leaving we realized they hid three items in with other items we were giving them so in total 14 items for a grand total of $67.75 literal crooks. You're better off selling at a yard sale , fb market place or as they grow consignment sale. Sale included a swing , a three in one bouncer , fisher price dome, bumbo , boppi , a dock a tot , Nike air max's & a spirit Halloween costume etc. I would suggest not getting pushed over by these ladies.
