Flew chef Mychal to the Bay Area for my moms birthday and he was on time, surprised her with red roses and made her day extremely special.My mom said she has never felt more special and she has never had food taste as good as Mychal provided. He was meticulous with presentation and everything was full of fresh flavors. He is worth every dollar he charges!!! 10 out of 10 for this Experience!!!!!! He executes extremely well every time.

WOW!! Just ate Mychal's incredible tofu dish served with quinoa pilaf, pine nuts and a salsa verde sauce that was out of this world. The tofu was gtilled to perfection and the entire creation was without a doubt the best tofu dish I have ever eaten. Absolutely delicious - Iwill definitely ask Mychal to repeat this dish.
