Chef Marckende Pierre

This review is LONG overdue, but we had the pleasure of working with Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre for our company's trip to Las Vegas for a conference. We stayed in an AirBnB that had a great kitchen, so we wanted to treat our team to a meal one night at the house. We found Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre, contacted them, worked out a menu, and enjoyed the food immensely! From the very start, Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre were wonderful to work with. Their communication was always super prompt and professional, and so was their demeanor at the house. They beat me to the location when I was heading back from the expo, and got everything set up and ready to go super quickly. They were so friendly and warm, and played fun music while they were cooking while chatting with our team as they trickled back to the house from the expo. They made us the MOST DELICIOUS meal! We had a toasted bread, cheese, and pear starter, a grilled and roasted rack of lamb with asparagus and mashed potatoes for the main course, and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was homemade and AMAZING. The team still talks about how delicious and cool the experience was. I would 10000% recommend this awesome duo to anyone looking to have a meal prepared for them. They are the total package! Thank you, Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre! We appreciate you.

I come to Vegas frequently to visit my family and friends and I wanted to do something nice for my bday celebration and I have to say this was beyond amazing!!! We are so happy and grateful that we got to experience such a great dinner. I usually go out to dinner but with a newborn it's not that easy so happy that I got a 5 star service at home and we enjoyed ourselves so much. I have nothing but great things to say and we will be booking every time we are in town !

The shrimp and grits were excellent and flavorfully delicious down to the last bite. If you have any event that is coming up, these are the chefs to hire. And they travel to where you need them to come.

Chefs Perry and Pierre cooked a private dinner and breakfast for our group of 10 and it was absolutely delicious. Some of the tastiest items I have ever had especially the Lobster Risotto and the Lobster and GritsThe Chefs were on time, prepared everything and cleaned up. The presentation was excellent and the Chef explained each of the dishes

Very unprofessional booked him and spoke to him and his communication skills sucked never got a call back or email very rude wouldn't recommend to anyone

We booked Chef Pierre for a private event and we were NOT disappointed. He came prepared to treat us with an amazing meal to celebrate our parents 40th anniversary. As a foodie and someone who cooks often for friends and family, I was very pleased with Chef's professionalism and warmth. We will most certainly be booking his services again in the future and would highly recommend him.

If you ever looking for a chef to come to you YES COME TO YOU and feed your guest they got you! Very professional, communication was on point, presentation was amazing, friendly the most important part the food taste incredible tasteful. (Didn't need any extra sauce or seasoning because it was just right. They definitely understood the ASSIGNMENT! Thank you so much for making my 30th birthday dinner one for the books. We WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN!!!!!
