Chatos Tacos

Our good friends wanted us to try this place. We LOVED IT!The interior was nice and clean. The seats were comfortable too.The tacos = delicious. The tortillas were moist, not dry at all like some places. The best was the loaded potatoes. I've seen videos of how they prepare baked potaotes by mashing with butter and some seasoning. My friend ordered ahead because they'll sell out. A must visit! They have plenty of parking too.

Saw the papas loco on TikTok and had to come try it out. Ordered the chicken papas loco to share along with the egg rolls. Papas loco is a new fave. Egg rolls were fine but would not order again.

10/10 service and food! Their menu is simple, which I love. Also have ice cold cerveza available to you. The atmosphere is very welcoming with some unique Corona inspired chairs I've never seen before. Ordered at the counter and the food was brought out to us very promptly. I also love the self serve salsa bar vs having to ask for more at the counter. The tacos de papa had a solid 10/10 presentation with salsa on one side and queso fresco on the other. Very tasteful, and still maintained a good crunch. Quesabirria taco was delicious as well. Paired very well with the verde salsa. I should've gotten the consome but it still tasted great without. Great flavor and juicy birria meat!

Great food. Delicious, actually. Great service. Fast and easy. Great customer service. Patient. Professional. Nice. Great ambiance. The restaurant was clean and neat. The seats were so cute. LA based owners. Wish they had a restaurant in Summerlin. This one is in Henderson but I shall return again!

Bomb! So good! Drove by this place one day while shopping and decided to stop here for dinner before we went out driving to look at Xmas lights. It's not a super big place, but there are definitely enough tables to eat inside. We were there around 6 pm on a Sunday, and there were about 3 people ahead of us. They had 3 different tv's playing different things, which was appreciated. The table and chairs are also a cute barrel look. I ordered the al pastor tacos, elote, and horchata. We ate in, and they brought our food right out to where we were sitting. There was a salsa bar with carrots and onions as well as mild (green), medium, and hot sauce. The only bummer was no limes. I added the green salsa to my tacos, we took our first bite, and immediately wen't "mmmmm." Those tacos are good! I love places that do pineapple on their al pastor tacos. The elote was also great! I really really liked the food and would 100% come here again. The service was also very nice! The person taking our order was very nice and helpful when I had questions. We also weren't expecting our food to be brought out to us! That was a lovely surprise. Check this place out if you love a good taco!

Came for the Papa Loca and stayed for the Elote and Tacos. They ran out of the potatoes when we arrived, but there was an hour wait for more so I ordered one to go. I'm from Texas so we're really big on Tex-mex. This is certainly an establishment I would visit at home. Taco of pastor was great with the twist of pineapple. Elite w a solid choice too. Very affordable and not overpriced in comparison to some places I've visited in LV. Decor is cute! Service was exceptional. Staff were very friendly.

1:20 pm visit on December 20thReview # 70 of 2024We stopped by because my wife was craving a carnitas burrito, while I had my heart set on an Al Pastor taco and a fish taco. We also grabbed a bottled Mexican Coke to go with our meal. The wait from ordering to receiving our food was pretty quick, taking about 5 to 7 minutes.I enjoyed the carnitas burrito, but my wife found it too soggy for her taste. On the other hand, my wife loved the Al Pastor taco, but I wasn't a fan as it tasted overly sweet and mushy; I think I'll skip the pineapple next time. The fish taco was okay, but it didn't quite meet my expectations for a true Tijuana taco experience.Overall, it's a nice little spot and a good transformation from the previous Mexican eatery. I'm on the fence about returning, but I might give it another shot in the future.
