If no one's knows this place, this place used to be Served. But once Served received its popularity, it had moved to a different location, but sadly Served is temporarily closed. Anyways, I have passed this gem about a thousand times on my way to get my nails done. Okay, fantastic! Sunday night was semi busy, but not busy to wait for a while. We sat within 5 min. Once we place our order, it certainly got busier. Looks like they do serve coffee as well for this work weeks mornings. Hopefully I'll try sometime. If anyone has been to this place when it was once Served. You'll know it's a tiny interior. Although, I must say the interior is extremely cute!!! We ordered: chicken pad Thai, drunken noodles, and fried rice. Food 10/10!

We have dined here several times. We invite friends from all over the city to enjoy Charm with us. Charm is located in an unsuspecting business park. Tucked behind a few doctor's offices, is one of the cutest intimate Thai restaurants in the valley. We have yet to experience a bad meal at Charm. Really refreshing from all of the local restaurants becoming chains and having inconsistencies. Everything from the Crying Baby Tiger, Crispy Prawn Panang, to the Crab Fried Rice is a hit. They also serve coffee and tea drinks, of which the Honey Lavender Latte is our favorite. Their staff is incredibly welcoming. We will continue frequenting Charm!!

I came here with another person and both of us said that it was probably the best Thai we've had. The Pad Thai was super saucy and had a great flavor. It was almost sweet in a way and wasn't super overpowering. There is free nearby parking in a lot and plenty of it. The inside is small so on busy days it can get crowded. We went on a Saturday and had no problem getting a table right away however. The inside looks just like the photos. It feels like more shabby chic decor and less traditional than most Thai places. The staff were friendly and overall we were pleased. Planning on coming back soon.

Overall: 4.3/5 [dine in] We had a reservation so we were seated shortly after arriving. However, their service was slow due to the restaurant being packed, per usual. Despite being busy, one of the waitresses was very kind and offered to take a family photo for us with the Christmas tree as a backdrop. Sugar Cane Coco Mojito ($14): A light, refreshing cocktail made of soju, fresh squeezed sugarcane juice, coconut milk, mint, & lime. All the ingredients worked well together to create a cohesive drink and was great for washing down the salty food. Bangkok Mango Margarita ($9): A tequila-forward drink with lime juice, chili, and Hawaii black salt rim. It was tasty, didn't have an overpowering alcohol taste, and was at a great price point. The Galaxy ($5): Refresher made with honey & limeade.Crunchy Tofu ($10): I don't know how they did it, but this is one of the best fried tofu appetizer I had in my life! The exterior was perfectly crispy, while the interior remained soft. The sauce & peanut topping added incredible texture & flavor. This is a must try here!Gai Zapp ($12): This is Thai crispy chicken served as a standalone appetizer. Unfortunately, it was quite dry, and the flavors felt flat. Crispy Chicken Drunken Noodle ($15.95): I love the wide flat noodles which were also bouncy. The crispy chicken was delicious & remained crispy the whole time. Spicy Basil Crispy Pork Belly ($16.95) + Add Ground Chicken ($3.50) + Fried Egg ($2): The pork belly was overly dry and hard which was disappointing since it was good the first time we tried this dish. Surprisingly, the added ground chicken worked better in this dish, complementing the sauce & flavors more effectively than the pork belly. Cryin' Baby Tiger ($19): This citrus-forward salad comes with grilled eye round beef, red onion, green onion, cilantro, mint, grounded roasted rice, dried chili, and Thai spicy lime dressing. The grilled eye round beef was perfectly cooked and served in generous portions. However, the salad needs to be eaten right away because they put too much of the Thai spicy lime dressing which makes it too sour if left to soak. Spicy Tom Yum Noodle Soup ($16): This hearty soup comes with egg noodles, stuffed wonton, ground chicken, shrimp, ground peanut, bean sprout, cilantro, & green onion. It exceeded my expectations and was perfect for the winter season - warm, flavorful, and comforting.Lychee & Pineapple Curry ($20): This curry is made with a red curry base, shrimp, lychee, pineapple, bell pepper, and basil. It's served with a side of jasmine rice. While the concept was interesting, the flavors were too subtle and lacked the bold, umami-rich depth typically associated with a good curry.Beef Short Rib Khao Soi ($19): The short rib was tender and easy to take off the bone & cut up. The khao soi broth was delicious and had the right amount of umami. We chose level 4 spice which the non-spicy eaters had no complaints about. My husband and I dined here twice now and thought the first time was better. However, the food is still better than many of the other Thai restaurants we tried so I'm going to average out my score.

3.5Food:Crying tiger salad: flavorful but don't let it sit too long in the sauce or it will be overpowering.Drunken noodles: thick, bouncy, yummy noodles. Would recommend.Khao soi beef rib: The best dish we had here. I usually have Khao soi with chicken, but it's just as good with beef. Just the right spice at level 4 spice. Crispy pork belly with basil: umami but overcooked.Crunchy tofu: what sorcery is this? Supple tofu interior with an insanely crunchy exterior? Order it.Service: Make a reservation. Service was friendly and quick.Ambiance: Cute place. Very intimate, warm, festive and welcoming. TDLR: flavorful food, slightly salty, choose spice level, good service, make a reservation. Get the crunchy tofu and the Khao Soi.

Ordered the hainan chicken rice. Rice was kind of undercooked, slightly sticky. Overall meh. Good portion of chicken breast that is sliced, but for some reason it was not that delicious. It was sitting on a bed of cutely cut cucumbers that were great. The broth was ok. The ginger sauce was more like a fish vinegar sauce with some ginger.I wanted more soup so I ordered Tom YUM veggies and tofu. Can you believe they charged me $3 for the tofu. The veggies were pretty fresh except for the zucchini - it was old and bitter. The soup was made too spicy (even though I said medium) so they were kind enough to add more broth to dilute the spiceFood was ok but not a great value. The place is very clean.Service is meh. They don't notice you need more water, you have to call them over.

Charm Thai is a perfect lunch or dinner spot. Indoor seating has always been available or simply call in my order for a quick pick up! They even offer military discounts. The restaurant is very clean and service is friendly and responsive. I really love the coffee bar - it's a don't miss if you enjoy specialty drinks. They have so many good hot or cold non-alcoholic drinks, it's a perfect addition to any meal. My favorite food items are the drunken noodle, calamari, and lump crab friend rice, but I just tried the volcano and it was awesome! I love the light spice and mixed seafood with the white rice and egg of the volcano. I'm looking forward to coming back for more great flavors!

Dear Charm Owner(s),I hope this message finds you well. For years, my husband and I have been loyal patrons of Charm, consistently enjoying your wonderful Thai cuisine. After long, stressful workdays, we always look forward to dining with you. However, I'm writing to address a deeply troubling experience that occurred on the evening of Thursday, September 12th, which has left us disappointed and upset. On that evening, we placed an order through GrubHub totaling over $100. Upon receiving a call from your restaurant to verify the order, my husband learned that the crab fried rice special could not be prepared without egg, so he decided to cancel it and ultimately, the entire order. The staff member he spoke with informed us that cancellations had to go through GrubHub, so we followed that direction. Unfortunately, GrubHub claimed the restaurant had already started preparing the food, and therefore, the order could not be canceled. In an effort to resolve the situation, my husband called your restaurant back, explaining what GrubHub had told us and seeking a solution. At this point, both GrubHub and Charm blamed each other for the issue, leaving us in the middle, feeling frustrated and out of $100. During the call, the conversation took an unfortunate turn, and when my husband tried to clarify that GrubHub needed the restaurant's permission to cancel, the staff member claimed she couldn't do it, he called her out on her BS, she became hostile, eventually hanging up on him.We then decided to visit Charm in person to request a refund. My husband approached the counter, gave his name, and asked to speak with someone about the issue. To our shock, the staff member--whom I believe to be the owner--responded with anger and announced she had called the police. This escalation was unnecessary and deeply concerning. My husband was simply requesting a refund, yet he was treated as though he posed a threat. Is this how refund requests are typically handled at Charm? While we waited, a cook came out from the kitchen and professionally explained the situation. He was understanding, and we appreciated his calm demeanor. However, the situation became even more alarming when the young woman/owner, claimed her life had been threatened, which was absolutely not the case. In fact, she attempted to climb over the counter toward us, and it took two staff members and the cook to restrain her. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. When the Henderson Police arrived, they helped to deescalate the situation, and we parted ways without further incident. The officer was very understanding of our position, but this entire ordeal was unnecessary, and could have easily been avoided.I sent an email to Charm directly in the hopes that you would address this situation, but you haven't responded. We have supported your business for years and have always enjoyed the food, but the way my husband was treated was beyond disrespectful, and it felt as though he was being unfairly judged, perhaps even racially profiled, due to a simple disagreement over an order.I urge Charm to review the security footage from that evening, as it will show the unfortunate escalation and the unprofessional behavior of the young owner. I also hope that moving forward, your team can find better ways to handle disputes rather than resorting to calling the police, especially in situations that could be resolved peacefully. And here's a picture of the owner calling the police for the record. Respectfully Yours,
