Just wanted to take a minute because I feel I've been missing out on cheesesteaks my whole life! Made a trip to Walmart to do some shopping and idk if it's just me or this is common but I'm ALWAYS hungry after grocery shopping. Luckily this time there was a Charley's cheesesteaks right in the Walmart!! Normally I feel like it's McDonald's or like Burger King so this was a nice surprise and I just had to try it. Walking up to it I immediately noticed that they cook right in front of you. This is something I liked immediately because you know all their ingredients are cooked fresh and made when you order them. The cashier was a female who presented herself very well and had great knowledge of the menu. You have the choice to make it a meal and they surprisingly have a lot of side options, some of which were: chips, French fries, wings or mozzarella sticks. I ended up sticking with the french fries, I got the original but you can also order it with cheese, bacon, and ranch dressing, and added another side of wings. If your like me when you first try a new spot you want to try a little bit of everything so I had to closely analize and slim down my favorite options so although they had a long list of flavors I stuck with the lemon pepper which I was told was one of the favorites there. This spot ALSO have a variety of drink choices, of course your normal fountain drinks, but I was dying to try their lemonade. They have some unique flavors that lemonade connoisseurs would consider a must, being strawberry lemonade, AND peach as well as original. If your more of a Shake type of person, say less because they got that too, in your classic flavors; vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and cookies and cream Upon receiving my order, although the line was fairly long it moved fast and I got my order quickly. I liked that they actually brought it to the table I was sitting at instead of just yelling my number. The seating area was spacious, and clean. It even had a cool little photo op area, and games for the little ones to play while waiting for your food. I ended up getting the Bacon 3 cheesesteak combo, came out beautifully but the taste it tasted homemade and just what I needed after a day of shopping, I really didn't even know I liked cheesestakes. The fries nice and fresh with just enough salt. The lemonade was perfect to wash everything down with, and another side note their ice is like special ice kinda like sonic but better (if you know, you know). I was honestly satisfied with just this but I couldn't resist to try the lemon pepper wings, and of course they were bomb too. I highly recommend to anyone passing by one or if you been thinking about and just haven't tried yet. I meant to take more pictures but got distracted by the cheesesteak

Usually amazing usually, but lackluster this time. Both the food and the staff are consistently excellent. This time, there was no attention to detail. Before retrieving our sandwiches to place them in our to-go containers, the person who assembled them took ketchup packets out of a box that I'm sure wasn't cleaned and even picked up the metal tin the lettuce was in to transfer lettuce to another container. At least point during these transactions, the gloves should have been replaced. I won't make you repeat my entire order, but come on, this is Charley's, not McDonald's. You need to improve upon it!

It's unfortunate I have to give 1 star because I actually like the food. When my family and I ate here while at the mall we were impressed. The three of us enjoyed everything we each ordered. In my most recent experience I ordered directly through the website for delivery. When I received my order I first noticed something was wrong as I only received 1 drink although I ordered 2. Once I saw the name of the order attached to the bag I realized I had received someone else's order. I immediately called the restaurant and continued to call with no answer. While trying to multitask between work and trying to get ahold of the restaurant I finally got an answer about 30 minutes later. Although I was pretty irritated at this point I remained understanding that mistakes happen. I politely explained to the employee who answered that I received the wrong order. After putting me on hold he responded "yea, your order is still here. That's crazy." He asked if I could come pick up the order and I told him I could not, which is why I ordered it to be delivered. He said they did not have any drivers at the time... and nothing else. I asked if I could receive a refund. I paid a total of $52.47 for my order. After putting me on another hold he said he would print the receipt and I would receive a refund between 3-5 business days. That was fine with me. I'm not sure why the manager didn't get on the phone to resolve this and continued to have an employee play middle man to just tell me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. It's been weeks and I haven't received the refund. I definitely will not eat at this location again they are janky and bad for business!!

(Insert drooling face) The food here is actually pretty tasty. The philly with everything is where its at. I got mozzarella sticks but they were cooked too long and they lost all the cheese but the fries are crispy. Will be back

Came into the Walmart on Rainbow and Warm Springs road to get some essentials of course and could not but help smell this place all throughout the freaking store. Originally was going to go eat somewhere else after but my little brother couldn't help the temptation either. After finishing up our real reason for being here we sat down to give this gem a try and sheesh not a single bit of disappointment that I can name lol. I ordered the Reg Chicken Teriyaki chicken sandwich with a Nashville Gold 10 piece, and my little brother got the California chicken, mayo pickles tomatoes and etc. Wow this place is damn good . Located inside the Walmart Supercenter 3615 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103, where the McDonald's used to be. Definitely worth the stop, originally from Ohio this franchise does have more locations but this spot did it. Time for a nap, cause I got the itis

Super friendly, they gave samples, fast, good food call to pick up, good price, enough meat, cheese and flavor and over all easy. They take CC. Lots of different meats to choose from. Their chix is all natural and no hormones.Its located in the Meadows Mall food court.

I stopped there twice in 2 days. The first time was great. The second time not so good. Hence the 4 Star review. This is one of only 5 choices in the Food Court at the Meadows Mall. Both times I visited I had the Chicken California Philly! Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of my food on my first visit. My second visit was the day before Mother's Day. I understand that they were slammed, but that's no excuse for bad quality of food. After waiting almost 30 minutes for fast food, I expected the same quality and service as my first visit! This was far from what happened. Part of why I waited so long was there were 10 people ahead of me. Of the 10, 3 came back because their food wasn't prepared properly. They were just sloppily throwing the food together. I got 4 napkins, and had to use 2 of them because I was getting Mayo all over my hands, after 3 bites. I decided to give up and just use the fork they provided. Also the plain fries were great, on my first visit, so on my second I decided to upgrade to the ultimate fries which are served nacho style. The cheese sauce was pretty gross, and again sloppy presentation. I'm definitely going to try it again. However, never again when they're busy.

first Want to say the sandwiches are ok. I was in Walmart on Stephanie and Marks in Henderson Nevada. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak with no mayo. it was made with mayo. I let the girl know and she did not speak English. when I tried to explain that I did not want mayo she couldn't understand. I showed her the mayo and said no mayo. She gave me a smart axx look and put her hands in the air. Walked away. Speak English or don't work in customer service.
