We were in this area today & saw this cute little Thai restaurant, so we decided to stop in for a late lunch. The restaurant itself is small, just a few tables for sit down. Encouragingly, there were several occupied tables and a few take out orders being picked up, so we assumed it must be very good. (A Friday around 1:30 pm.)The restaurant is very clean & well organized. For a small space, it's sparsely decorated, but nicely done. Nothing over the top.The food was good, clean & fresh, but clearly 'Americanized'. The dishes lacked the full flavor that Thai food typically has, so I was mildly disappointed. Portions were largely the carbs with smaller protein & vegetable portions (like too much rice to chicken ratio). Pricing was typical, $14.95 for my 'Garlic Fried Rice'. (I needed soy sauce to add flavor, and my palate is fairly bland.) :/Lunch for two, without tip was around $50. (I was drinking water, but we did have an appetizer.) However, to each his/her own, so stop by & see for yourself what you think! Service was good as well. A solid 4-Star!

Not sure what the hype is about this place. Did uber eats and 3 dishes, an appetizer, a dessert and drink came out to $100 after tip. The bags of gold ($10) lacked seasoning with plain old mash potatoes in wonton wrappers. The curry sauce didn't help as it was underwhelming too. The pad Thai ($18) didn't have any char, barely any scrambled egg (like maybe one small egg?), one piece of scallion. It was like someone just poured sweet and sour sauce over rice noodles, mixed in a scrambled egg and passed it off as pad thai. The duck fried rice ($20) had way too much duck au jus to the point it made the rice wet and sticky. The duck meat tasted old and I got food poisoning afterwards. The Khao soi ($20) broth was flavorful but needed the crispy chili oil. The noodles were no bigger than the size of a woman's fist. They forgot the crushed peanuts. The wonton strips tasted old. I've been noticing these delivery food apps quality and portions are subpar. The best part of the meal was the coconut sticky rice. Not too sweet and the rice was nice and chewy. Portion size was on the small side being no bigger than a hostess donut for $5.50. If this is a representation of their food, there are better Thai food options around town. Just remember uber eats, doordash, etc fees will add about 40% more to your total not including tip.

Came in for the lunch special on a Monday afternoon. We were seated quickly. We ordered tofu Pad Thai and chicken Spicy Basil from the lunch specials and then the curry sampler. Everything was delicious! I'm sad they took the free soda away from the lunch special. You can still get a soda for $1 though, if you wanted. Overall, food was good. We'd come back again! I wish they would be noodle soups on their lunch specials.

Incredible as always!!! Having the Panang curry with chicken tonight. Perfect way to start out the Fall season. The Lychee Refresher is so good and fresh!! I love the pieces of fruit in it. It's the perfect amount of sweet, not too more but the right amount.

Stopped by while in the area for an appointment. My husband and I, i.e me, always want Thai food. We ordered all of our favorites: scallion pancakes, vegetable egg rolls, papaya salad, crab fried rice. I don't eat spicy food, so it was all level zero. The egg rolls were our least favorite, kinda soggy not much filling, the scallion pancakes were good but not memorable, the papaya salad was perfect, just the way I like it. Full of flavor! The crab fried rice had a good amount of crab, only thing I didn't have in my rice was any peas, which it says on the menu. There were plenty of onions. Flavor was good, I just felt like something was missing. Thai tea was great. Server was nice. Lunch was roughly $60. Plenty of parking. Nice interior design.

This place has very good fried rice ! Packed with flavor and it was not too wet like other places . A bit on a pricey side but it's good Thai food. Great decor inside and their staff was helpful and friendly. I will be back to try other dishes on the menu .

Food is really good and service is top notch, authentically Thai. Highly recommend. We are so happy to have found this spot! It's close to home, so we usually just order our food to go. We intend to actually sit down inside one day soon because the ambiance is quaint, clean and just good vibes. We always order the same dishes, Thai basil chicken for my husband (and basil tofu for myself). My son orders the patseeyou, and we all share the papaya salad (som dom).

My friend lived in Thailand, and I asked her, "So, how does Chaiya Thai" stack up to the food you ate while living there? She said, "It's identical!"My American tastebuds wouldn't know authentic, but they do no good taste, and Chaiya Thai is definitely tops in taste! My girlfriends and I indulged in Panang Curry, Garlic Fried Rice with chicken, and the Ribeye Basil Eggplant, as well as Pork Dumpling noodle soup-- with plenty of leftovers to spare!Standouts for me were the Garlic Fried Rice which had the perfect amount of garlic and buttery yum, and the Ribeye Basil Eggplant was the best it could possibly be-- I LOVE fried basil, perfectly cooked eggplant chunks and delicious and generous portions of steak combined with some veggies and a cozy warm black bean sauce, I could order this again and again! This is a small bistro, it doesn't have the ambience of a restaurant, so it definitely reminded me of "one of those NYC-like hole in the walls" where you come with good friends for a casual meal and chat. However, though small, there were plenty of folks at the other tables, and the conversations didn't create a din, so we didn't feel the cacophony of NYC-like chatter--- ahhh Vegas, so happy it's you, so happy we're all HERE! Chaiya Thai Bistro was perfect for us!

This place was 10/10. I highly recommend trying if you haven't. I wish I would've taken a picture of my meal when I received it. The only picture I have now is an empty plate. It's not very often I finish the whole dish. I did come for lunch and was pleased with the lunchtime menu, it was excellent.I did the sautés basil chicken. Yum! I can't wait to bring my husband back here for dinner.
