Cevicheria El Diamante

Found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out, man what a hidden gem!The quality of the seafood was incredible. Everything was just delicious! Big portions, reasonably priced, and SO many options to choose from. Great for a family outing or a get together with friends!

I have visited this place twice in the last year and both experiences were very different. My first visit in the early 2024, the service was fast, the food was a bit more affordable, and it was a calm environment.On my second visit, the service was much slower, the prices were noticeably higher, and there were several musicians walking in and offering their services. It was a bit disruptive. I would definitely visit again but maybe ask to be seated outside to minimize the disruption. On my second visit, I had the campechana. Very generous size and full filling for one person. There is plenty of parking since this place is located in a shopping area.

My boyfriend took me here on a Sunday so we could have some fresh seafood and really good ceviche. All the food was so good and we weren't able to finish everything so we took it home for later. I really enjoyed their Jamaica and their Horchata. It's a little far from where I live, but I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend this spot

This menu was unbelievable! There was so much we wanted to eat. The decor was the cutest. The music was great! A bit loud but I liked the vibe. Food was amazing and just the right amount. Great clean bathroom. I feel like a clean bathroom means the owners and staff takes pride in their establishment. Can't wait to come back and eat MORE'nn

Love, love, love! I enjoyed everything my table ordered at Cevicheria El Diamanté. We had a large platter of empanadas stuffed with diced, seasoned shrimp. The empanadas were served hot, soft, and slightly toasty. You can top it off with green salsa that they serve on the side. Everyone else at the table also enjoyed. We ordered beans, rice, and guacamole as sides to enjoy with tostadas. The white rice was steamed which is surprising because I expected the traditional orange, Mexican style rice. Not too flavorful but it was served hot which is always a plus. The beans were yummy and well seasoned. My main entree was a tostada with shrimp ceviche. The shrimp was whole and not diced. Absolutely delicious and well seasoned. Not too salty nor was it spicy. I'm glad I only ordered one because it is packed with tons of shrimp, which is great!! My friend ordered a medium sized cocktail. it was tamarindo based with diced mago and orange slices. So yummy!! Not too strong and not too sweet. I'll definitely be back since it was so good but the music was blaring. I couldn't hear my friends too well. Still had a great time but just know it's l-o-u-d in there.

Cevicheria El Diamante is a very good Mexican Seafood Restaurant where the specialty of the house is the Ceviche. This restaurant is located not too far from the airport. It's a very small restaurant with some outdoor tables for when the weather is nice. Beside Ceviche (that you have to get) they also offer appetizers, aguachiles, tacos, tostadas, moloajetes, entrees, fish platters, kids meals, and some alcohol is served here.They start you off with complimentary toastada chips, crackers, and salsa.We shared the ceviche called Pescador (salmon, tuna, marinated in lime, onions, avocado, tomatoes, serrano sauce, black sauce. It's a very large plate of food and you do need two or more people to enjoy it. It seemed fresh made to order and was very good. This particular ceviche is only mild with spicy heat. I do wish it came in a half size to free us up to try more dishes.We also shared a single marlin taco. We received a well made taco that also was fully packed with marlin, a sauce, and melty cheese. The marlin did taste like real marlin. (sometimes at other Mexican restaurants the marlin looks and taste like tuna)My husband tried the marinated shrimp with CHILTEPIN sauce. The shrimp were fresh and seemed good. They were very generous with the HARD TO COME BY CHILTEPIN peppers.....The delicious spicy heat was almost past the limit of what a person can handle. This dish is too spicy for most people.It is nice to see a few different dishes on the menu that have Chiltepin Peppers in it. Those peppers are very expensive and have a more delicious spicy flavor. I only found maybe two restaurants in all of Phoenix that offer Chiltepin Peppers. One was a James Bread Nominated Restaurant that was nominated at least 8 times.The servers were very nice and efficient and are bi-lingual. Parking is close and easy.I would highly recommend trying Cevicheria El Diamante for Ceviche.

My girlfriend and I were craving some Ceviche and just couldn't find a spot. We looked up a spot near us and ended up finding a lovely spot with authentic Mariscos. Scenery was cute and everything felt very homey. Service was excellent, quick and was always very attentive. We started our dinner with some Micheladas. Then we ordered the ceviche Cameron and fish tacos. Their speciality was the ceviche and it did not disappoint. Very flavorful and had a nice lime taste. Super fresh too. Chips and salsa complimentary with a nice option of hot sauces. The price is a little high but it's warranted as a lot of it is seafood. Would come again!

This place was really good! Firstly, it's super cute inside. Fun date spot :-) We got two micheladas, shrimp ceviche, and fish tacos. They also gave us complimentary house-made chips and salsa which was nice. The ceviche tasted extremely fresh and the tacos were perfectly fried and flakey. The food & drinks were 10/10! Only complaint is it's a bit on the pricier side, but I do believe it's worth the $. Our server was great and attentive too :-) Try this spot!

Honestly this place has never disappoints!! We've been here dozens of times not one time has it been a bad experience!! It's clean inside the staff is very friendly and we are regulars here. But they treat everyone the same I have noticed so that's a plus! It's literally windows all around so there tons of sunlight and it's nice to see the trees and sky while eating. It's refreshing in a sense. The food taste amazing each dish has it own distinct taste from sweet to acidic , creamy to spicy and crunchy. The mineral limonadas are a favorite of mine it has that lemony taste with that carbonation from the mineral water perfect for the summer time! They are on the pricey side for this about 13$ for the drink but it's big. Over all the place is average I would say for a seafood restaurant we paid around 220$ for 5 of us. We love it and we will keep coming back.

Outstanding! We came in for Mother's Day. I have visited before, so I knew there was a potential for an extended wait if we came later during the day. We arrived around 11:45 and there was no wait. There was a banner with a super cute balloon bouquet set up for Mother's Day, which made the experience extra special. The service was excellent. We were greeted and sat as soon as we entered and less than 5 mins later our drink order was taken. What should be highlighted is the consistency of service and the quality of food. Each time I eat here, there's never a variation of either and I appreciate that from this establishment. We order a buffet of all our favorite dishes and they were all 10/10. Las Vegas truly has a gem and I look forward to the next time I return.
