For starters this place was AMAZINGGGG I was telling my husband that a lot of Mexican food places when you have a dish with a main "dish" and it comes with rice and beans, the flavor is always focused on the "dish" and not the rice and beans so the rice is always so bland and unsalted, but here in casa real even the rice had its savory taste with its own flavor! I got the carnitas and it was SO good. My husband got the mega burrito and that thing WAS HUGE it was so flavorful!!! The staff was so so welcome and nice and very alert! Anything we needed they were thereI feel like the one star reviewers were just hangry or just had no taste buds because this place deserves a 5/5. You need to try this for yourself. Also the music in here was great and it was not to loud so you're able to have a conversation with people :)

Thought we would try this place as we where in the neighborhood and didn't want to eat at a casino. Probably should have eaten at the casino. First, the place is clean and the catrinas where awesome. Really liked them. The issue, the food was not what we would have expected for the price. We ordered the molcajete as we have had them in the past at other places. The meat was overcooked and salty. The green sauce and cheese reduced to a clumpy mess, we have typically had a red tomato based sauce with slices of cheese. The chorizo wasn't chorizo it was summer sausage grilled and sliced at one end, looked like a hotdog octopus made for a kid.In all it was not a great experience and we will not be returning.

We live right in the Craig and Tenaya area, and there is a sudden burst of new Mexican restaurants in the area! Casa Real is a real one though, with happy hour and lunch specials (Monday through Saturday til 2), and a large menu of options. The location is also welcoming and decorated with care, and a recent visit had a variety of dia de los muertos statues on display.Service was polite and professional. They have tables and booths, and we were seated in a large corner booth since we had a stroller and child with us. They brought out fresh chips and salsa to start. We tried a couple of the lunch specials (Fiesta combo and Pollo Loco?) and enjoyed what we had - portions are generous, and the cheese dip on the chicken was tasty. My husband enjoyed the tamale on the combo plate, but I did not care for the red sauce on the enchilada. The tortillas were a touch oily but the flavors of everything else were pretty on point. I may come back to try some of the more unique options in the Chef's Specials section of the menu. The location is super convenient, so we are likely to be back for more.

Very nice staff - greeted warmly from the minute we walked in the door. Love the ambiance. It wasn't very busy - a couple of Birthday parties. We were seated rather quickly. Waitress was very nice and on top of it. I had the chicken fajitas and they were some of the best I have ever had. My husband loved the rice and beans. He didn't love his tacos (he had the Al Pastor) My Son in Law had the Birria Tacos and enjoyed them. Chips and salsa are delish The kids just moved here as they are in the Air Force. I said "this place should be your regular joint" our Daughter said "it will be"

Casa Real has been my Yelp Collection list for a few months. My husband and I decided to grab some lunch at Casa Real on a Friday around 11:00 A.M. Casa Real is located off of Craig/95N. It's next to Tommy's Hamburgers and a few other businesses. There is ample amount of parking available. We were the second party to be seated at Casa Real. The décor and ambiance are beautiful inside Casa Real. This restaurant had an abundance of stylish décor, creating a vibrant environment to eat at! It was one of the coolest restaurants I've been to in a while. Once we were seated at a booth, the team member at Casa Real brought over complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were still warm! The salsa was a mild red salsa. I didn't get too much spice from it!Looking over their lunch specials menu, my husband and I decided to pick out the followingFiesta Lunch: $13.99 - One Chicken Tamale, One Beef Taco, One Cheese Enchilada, Rice and Beans.Lunch Fajitas: $17.99 Chicken Fajitas, serviced with rice, beans lettuce, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, and 2 TortillasFor an appetizer, we ended up getting some guacamole! The guacamole came out immediately! It was actually the best dish that we had at Casa Real! It was mixed with avocados, onions, and tomatoes, and had perfect seasonings in it! It was delicious!Shortly afterward, our entrees came out.My husband had the Fiesta Lunch. All of the parts of the dish were good. The highlight of it was the enchilada. The flavor was scrumptious! The Chicken Fajitas were burnt, unfortunately! I was so looking forward to the Chicken Fajitas! All of the chicken tasted like rubber. The sour cream was missing as well from the Fajita plate. When I asked for a side of sour cream from the team member, they ended up charging us an additional $1.50 for the sour cream even though it was supposed to be included in the Fajitas! The sour cream was also very watery. The rice and beans were yummy, though!Overall, I'm glad we had a chance to experience it. The food was relatively expensive for lunch specials. On our way out, the Casa Real team thanked us for stopping by!

First time at Casa Real, we stopped in for lunch & it was delicious. The restaurant is typical Mexican design with soft music in the background, beautiful decor. There was 1 front end staff & he did a great job courteous & busy (not in a bad way) Food was out quickly & very flavorful. I had a single beef street taco meat was flavorful with plenty of onions/cilantro. Hubby had the chicken enchiladas without cheese with only beans, the chicken was moist & delicious the enchilada sauce was just spicy enough. Absolutely a favorite lunch spot here in Las Vegas.

Seevice is 10/10. Kudos to our server (short dark hair). She was very friendly and welcoming and checked on us over 5 times. The restaurant is very clean with nice decor and dia de los muertos vibes. It was also cool to see wall decor for the loteria game. Brought me back to great memories. My honest review: The food was just ok. We ordered the Texas fajitas and the street tacos (asada, chicken, and carnitas). My boyfriend says his fajitas lacked seasoning but the steak was good and the presentation was really nice. The asada on the tacos was okay but the carnitas were outstanding, my favorite item on the plate for sure. Now, unfortunately, the chicken was probably one of my least desired items I've ever tried. The flavor was okay but it was so dry and overcooked I could not eat it. I probably should have said something but I felt so bad I couldn't. The rice and beans were bomb!!! Really flavorful and perfect texture. The food came out at room temperature (except fajitas) so having it served nice and hot would have probably made this a better experience. Overall, nice and clean restaurant, excellent service, with okay food.

I ordered the Chile Rellenos with chicken. One of the best I ever had. Very fresh and oven hot. Beans and rice had a lot of flavor. Service and decor were excellent. Will come back very soon.

After a night of gambling (and winning at the Santa Fe) I wanted to try a new restaurant. I saw this place from Craig and decided to check it out. The server immediately greeted me and was friendly. She gave me some menu recommendations. I ended up ordering a few beef and chicken tacos. The food came quickly and the server checked on me a few times. I liked the fact that this restaurant was able to sub fries for the beans. Unfortunately I was not impressed with this food. The taco sauce was salty as heck and the chicken pieces were cold. They almost tasted like chicken you would buy frozen at Sam's Club, to be honest. I don't think I'll be returning here.
