Churro 101 has a kitchen and stand that still serves amazing churros with incredible chocolate and caramel dipping sauce. Besides churros, they have expanded their desserts to Pasteis de Nata and basque cheesecake. Both are so delicious. Have recently visited both Portugal and Basque region in Spain- both dessert are close enough to satisfy the cravings not spending a trip to Europe. Will continue to support this amazing business.

Came here to pick up another order and decided to try them out - so glad I did! their egg tarts have a flaky, layered crust that is crisp and light, and the inside filling is gooey, not overly eggy. Also tried the burnt basque cheesecake which could be a little more burnt but had this creamy, delicious vanilla aroma - yum! the owner is a sweet lady who trained in Lisbon and San Sebastián to learn how to make these baked goods. thank you for bringing these delicacies to Las Vegas!

Superb. Best Spanish kitchen in town by a mile. They take custom orders and have a menu of set items you can order online and grab at the Summerlin take out kitchen location. Great quality, super authentic items and not insanely overpriced for what you get. I mean, they use organic free range vital farms eggs in their tortilla (which is delicious). The breads are all top notch and not filled with preservative crap and trash. Sometimes they do churros in a pop up in the parking lot in front of the takeout place, which are as legit as you can find outside of Spain. Absolutely top notch.

In the Summerlin Takeout popup at Rainbow and Summerlin Parkway. I had followed Churros 101since their food truck days. Finally went to their latest incarnation called the Casa Madrid for the Basque cheesecake and also got a Tortilla Espanola. All I can say is that you need to run over and try this place. The takeout popup restaurant is a fun concept with several other restaurants sharing the space (they look interesting also). But the Casa Madrid is great and we will be trying all of the other things on the menu. You need to order ahead and pickup only, but great service and the food is absolutely exceptional and delicious!
