Carlito's Way Smoke Shop

I wasn't a big hookah smoker until I bought my woman a hookah for Christmas. I pretty much was a noob at this coming into the store. I told the clerks in there what I wanted, and they brought out an assortment of hookahs for me to pick out. I knew I wanted a Mya, so the owner brings out all the Mya hookahs in my price range.They were very patient and attentive with me. I checked out a bunch that they were throwing at me. Finally she brings out the mothership which instantaneously catches my eye. Not only was the hookah beautiful, it came with a big case that had a combo lock on it. This is the perfect deter for the hookah accessory thief (inside joke). I bought a bunch of extra accessories to go with the package. She threw in some coal and shisha tabacco. At checkout, she gives me a 20% discount. So I leave there wondering if I got overcharged. I price match all that I bought with the prices online, and I got a much better deal from Carlito's. In the end, She loved her gift. Big Ups Carlito's!!!When re-upping on shisha tabacco, I end up just going here. I've walked into other smoke shops around town leaving the store empty handed because of the lack of variety or lack of stock. Carlito's however, is always stocked with the most popular flavors. I'll drive all the way to the good ole Eastcyde to hit up Carlito's. Definitely has all your tobacco needs, and THEN SOME... (Was that nitrous oxide I saw behind the counter?) :P

I have done all my tobacco shopping needs here but when an employee sells you a wrong product and the owner says he will personally fix it and call you to get it taken care off but doesn't that's where I draw the line I was a very loyal customer for years. I guess customer service is a thing of the past at Carlitos. I'll be heading to Biggies Smoke shop for all my future needs now and I encourage everyone else to as well before going here.

I usually like the staff.There's a particular girl who remembers when because I come once a week. They have really good prices and it's super close to my house.Nothing that bad to take any stars away. They are super busy and probably the staple east side smoke shop so all their items are usually readily stocked and fresh.

This is THE only smoke shop I go to, Family owned. Super friendly. And products available through all price ranges. I have easily spent over 3k at this shop in the past year and id gladly do it again.

Love this place. It's huge and great selection of quality glass pieces. Always has the best deals and customer service is awesome!

Great place, huge selection of EVERYTHING! Vapes, vape juice, pipes, CBD products. Very, very friendly, and incredibly patient and helpful. I went in there to buy my first real vape knowing nothing about it. The woman that was there (sorry, I don't know her name) was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and super patient. She had people coming in the store left and right, and never once took her focus off me, even while helping other customers while I himmed and hawed over my options.

The best smoke shop ever! The staff is sooo helpful and they make sure that you are assisted. I'm a picky shopper and the lady helped me and showed me all the glass the whole time without a problem.

Best smoke shop I've ever been to. A must visit and see for yourself. Great staff, knowledgeable, friendly. And very large assortment with many beautiful items.

fake raw products cant trust this shop if theyre selling this type of junk. who knows what else is fake in there.Carlos, I checked that before I made this review, trust me these are not real brother. Gum line doesn't curl up I have posted a picture of the back to show the difference

They carry EVERYTHING & give the best deals & options from all other smoke shops I've been to! Workers are very nice and explain throughly how the product works. Definitely will recommend this smoke shop !!
