Juice!! $6.99 large 24oz. Verdecito is my fav (not at La Bonita), Vampirito is the SO fav. Less foam and pulp than La Bonita's nice juice. They only 4 juice options but all are really good options. La bonita allows custom but doesn't allow just 1 ingredient items like all Orange, or Carrot. Verdecito was more sour than expected. Vampirito taste like La Bonita but better without so much pulp and foam.

I was doing my last UberEats drive of the night when the store was closing last minute! It was around 10 pm and I had no idea what time the market closed. I just know that I needed to get the last order done before going home (and it was worth x3 more than what it typically is, so I didn't want to let it go so easily!) So there I was, sweating bullets, trying to find all 33 items I needed to buy and check out and the employees telling me several times that the store was closing, having like half of the items in my cart. I asked for help, and boy did they not disappoint. Today was a holiday celebration and I didn't want to make these people work any longer. But I also needed the money. Fortunately, an espetacular employee , named Luis came in for the rescue. Not only did he help me find where all the rest of the items were but pushed my cart, asked the specifics of each item (size, oz, etc.), and he and two other lovely ladies, who were also employees, helped me bag all the items and check out as quickly as possible. It was a movie haha! Whoever is in charge, please, please, PLEASE give Mr. Luis a raise, as well as the two other ladies that were with us that night. He was super accommodating and accomplished so much that night. I hope all the best for him and for his future. It would be a huge loss if he were to leave Cardenas Markets!!! Make sure you keep him close and appreciating him as much as I do! Also the butcher guy was very nice. Overall 10/10 on service here. Can't get any better than that!! I also always liked the way the market is modeled inside: defining Hispanic features. The place is a gem and people need to open their eyes. I hope this review makes it to where Cardenas can be well considered and appreciated. Thank you everyone and have a wonderful night :)

I really enjoy shopping here and even more so now that I live on this side of town. The food quality is solid, the service is cool. I don't speak Spanish, I do notice the employees seem more chatty with Spanish speakers and that's totally cool, I need to learn so I can be chatty as well. They are friendly though, I just like to know my cashiers at the store for a personal connection. Although I did give 5 stars, if I could rate the parking lot, it would be negative 100. As a single woman, I NEVER feel SAFE in the parking lot due to the pan handling and I'm always looking over my shoulders and running to my car. I will NEVER shop there at night because of the pan handling, I don't feel safe.Could I drive across town to Henderson or Summerlin to shop and feel "safer"? Sure, but I live here and want to shop and support my local grocery store. As the anchor store here, you gotta do something. It's dim lit and not safe at night at all. It's not safe in the day but I at least take a better chance surviving it in the daylight.

I've been to a few Cardenas locations and I prefer this location overall. It is clean, shelves are always fully stocked and the store seems more lively than the others. Honestly, I prefer to shop at this store, location over any of the other Hispanic stores. The deals are also really good especially with the veggies and fruits which we buy a lot of. The cheeses are decently priced as well. The deli area has an awesome deal with their taco platters. $20 bucks for platter of choice of meat, beans, pico de gallo, rice and tortillas. This feeds the 3 of us perfectly with food to spare. I also loved that they have premade Caldo trays with everything you need and so reasonably priced. Its such a convenience. Careful with the self checkout machines. They are so temperamental that we have to scan one at a time, place item into bag slow enough to make sure the machine catches it. That's the only thing that could be better. Also there are people outside washing cars during the day so you can get your car cleaned while you shop.

Got all the food we needed for $163... self checkout, the lines were really long, had to wait a while for hot food but always hits the spot once home and eating that good salsa chips bread guacamole carnitas cheese rice beans which lasts a while along with all the fav Mexican desserts and snacks ... super packed store mid day

cardenas is my local supermarket and i was craving a biónico from the fruta fresca section so i went at 8:15pm and waited at least 20 minutes and no one was around so i went to try and find a worker, the worker (Mayda M.) came up to me and asked me what i wanted with the ugliest attitude. I ignored it and continued to tell her I wanted a biónico and again while rolling her eyes at me with the ugliest attitude said I guess. I called over a supervisor because this is not the way to treat a regular customer that was nothing but nice to the lady. The worker (Mayda M.) just started arguing with me and the supervisor (Claudia). Out of my frustration of such a bad customer service i told her that if she hated her job she shouldn't be working which her answer to that was that i was right that she didn't like to work. i really hate writing reviews yet this lady went all out with her horrible attitude. even Claudia the Supervisor who was really Nice just kept on apologizing on her behalf.

There rude and laugh at you when they know your not mexican,the only thing there that is inexpensive is vegatables.i was in line and they were standing there gossiping.then started to laugh at me for waiting.i pray nobody in the area of Buffalo and flamingo supports this store.

I went to make a purchase in Cárdenas and Sahara at Easter how terrible this guy César p Working here voting for all the things it's incredible if you're having a bad day don't take it out on the customers what a horrible service and attitude this guy

BE CAREFUL BUYING MEAT HERE!!! everytime I buy meat it's tainted or smells terrible or discolored. I highly highly doubt recommend not buying meat from this store. Plus the vegetables only last a few days before becoming moldy themselves. Just came back for the last time to bring them a pork shoulder that was dark and smelly
