My Bobbie was burnt!!! I bought a toasted and have never had it made like this. Usually the cranberry sauce is added afterwards. It was hard and crystallized. Nasty. Called back and was told to bring it back, well it was tossed. My loss! The manager would not replace or refund it! Will never go back to this location, due to service and the sandwich! Very poor service! Crappy sandwich!!

After a big Costco run, we decided just to get some sandwiches and call it a day. This Capriottis's is nice and big and seemed very clean inside. Everybody was nice and friendly and the sandwiches turned out great.

We all know "all we need is love, right!"All we need is joy and happy, but what about a sandwich too. Located next to Costcos largest warehouse here in Henderson is the best Capriotti's. It's under new management too! Come on in you will be greeted with a smile and laughter from the happy employees behind the counter. How many times have you had a sandwich from a Subway and you regret it! Look no further for your lunch or dinner. Do you have a special request? They can take care of all those things here! Now, when you visit here as much as our family they will even remember you by name. It's the local sandwich shop type of feel. Happy employees and great eats. What else is there to have?What's your fancy? It's on the menu here. Do you want that sandwich hot or cold? How about a salad? For those that want to be difficult and different they will listen here. Just speak up. Bread for me is over rated. Although they have a local bakery that brings their bread in, it's not for me. I'll choose to have cheese and my meat over a spinach medley of greens with extra pickles, olives, and more cheese of course. All they need to stock is "bacon," for they cannot get it. None of their stores offer bacon. It's a tragic accident that we have to deal with.Come in and see if it's the greatest sandwich in all of America. A past time epic favorite that they offer here on the menu is American Wagyu, it takes the highest prize for beef in the world. Is this beef up to the best of standards? You be the deciding factor! The entire reason anyone, including myself would order one and have a set time for pick up is for convenience. I get to the store 5 minutes past my pick up time, just in case. Only to wait an additional 18 minutes after the "pick up time" this caprriotis needs HELP. It seems understaffed and under trained. On top of all that's said, because two of the three sandwiched were made "on time" and the third of my order ways not. The first two sandwiches were ice cold.

I came in with my mom I had very high hopes very clean place . As soon I walked in got welcome by this young lady I think her name was '' Keyona '' super nice and sweet she explained the menu to us . Management needs a attitude adjustment the guy was really rude about me asking for ketchup not to mention our online order took a cool 35-45 min , was suppose to be done @3:08 finished at 3:30 walked in 5x . the food is good at least and restaurant is clean lord forbid your in a hurry or want ketchup
