"I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! This is a local favorite! Head chef, Angelo did a fantastic job and the staff was wonderful. He came out to greet guests and made sure everyone had everything that they needed. We came with a big group and they took care of everyone as if they were the only person there. Even the salad was delicious- great combination of flavor and the dressing topped it offI had the scallops as a main dish and that was also tasty. The appetizers were also delicious. My favorite was the shrimp! It was fresh and the sauce was so good! It's very close to the strip and a quick Uber ride makes it easy and convenient to get to."

"We visited on Saturday for lunch with a party of 3 adults and 2 small children and it was a very good experience. We arrived and were seated immediately in their spacious dining area. We were the only customers at 11:20 AM. The waitress provided waters and took our order.We went with Shrimp Tempura, Spicy Tuna Tartare, Salmon Poke, Kurobata Sausage, Salmon Carpaccio, Spicy Edamame, Nori Lover Sets, Dynamite Handroll, Salmon Kama, Chicken Teriyaki Donburri, Miso Soup, and a Blue Crab California Roll. All the items were very fresh, well prepared, and tasty. It is a bit strange, they leave the plastic wrap on the seaweed in their hand rolls. You need to remove it before eating.The service was excellent, the waitress was prompt and effective. I only wish that they had a liquor license, a sake would have been nice. Overall, and excellent place for Japanese fare."

"I went here for my birthday back in July and let me tell you the food was DELISH. I went again last night and ordered half the menu and again I was not disappointed!! "I brought my husband here for his birthday and the food/service were outstanding as usual. The restaurant is beautiful and located in Tivoli Village across the street from Suncoast casino.I had the ribeye (medium rare). My husband wanted to try something new so he had the Zabuton steak aka Denver (med. rare) which he liked as well. While both steaks were great, we both preferred the Ribeye probably because we prefer meat higher in fat.They brought my husband a trio of sorbets for his birthday. They were very yummy and not overly sweet. The lemon sorbet was our favorite.My husband was eyeballing the hot coffee cake dessert on the menu so we ordered that as well. Wow, just wow! It was absolutely delicious! We agreed we have to return soon especially for that dessert.See you soon Echo and Rig!"

As might be expected from its mission statement, champagne was the key motif, from bottles to bubble lamp fixtures to color scheme. Rotating French art was screened over the bar. Bar chairs seemed a tad low for the vertically challenged.I had intended originally to just order a small snack, but that quickly went out the window after perusing the menu and hearing Matthew describe the specials.Champagne Problems ($23): An elegant drink with a gentle spiced citrus bite.Oyster Special ($20): Got me with the mention of "cheese". Half dozen BC mini bivavles, pungent but clean zesty taste, might have liked the crisp yuzu chip garnish to be more evident for the texture contrast.Champagne Flight: The Regular level at $40 (Telmont Réserve Brut, Drappier Blanc de Blanc, Pommery), very decent pours.Cheese Board ($25): Most excellent selection of soft, hard, mild, sharp cheeses, great variety of accoutrements, and fab crusty baguette.Jalisco Sour ($20): Interesting twist, the berrilicious wine top lending a subtle smooth juiciness to the sour base, and followed the liquid level down (rather than become muddled or dissipated) while the glass was drained.Value: A YMMV. "Yes, I'm impressed with the aesthetics. I first noticed the wooden flooring with the appearance of worn blue paint. It worked well. The dining arrangement easily seats 2-4 per table except if you get the nook area. I'm sure they can manage putting tables together for larger parties; plus there's a space in their loft upstairs. The empanadas are from what I take Argentinian and Brazilian inspirations. We got droolsome mushroom and Philly with an app of flavorful cauliflower. Each empanada order comes with two generously filled pieces. I shared my mushroom ones which came with chimichuri sauce. I could've had another piece! We had dined when they opened that late morning. Their service and attentiveness were superb - answering questions and inviting us for our first experience. The vibe is comfy casual. Great place for a short get-together, delicious food and drinks, excellent service!"

The pintxos with buttered white peaches were my favorite --each bite was a delightful mix of sweet and savory. The manchego cheese with honey mango was also great, perfectly balancing rich and fruity flavors. Additionally, the Croquetas de Jamon Iberico were really good, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The service was polite and nice, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. "I am absolutely shocked with this place! The restaurant is very new, clean, and staff is very friendly. I came in for dinner and I ordered the salmon with garlic aioli, for the two sides I asked for veggies for both. The veggies were cooked perfectly, the salmon was delicious. I think this is my new go to meal!! Plus it looked phenomenal and it was only $16!!!! The way this dish tasted and looked, could easily pass for way more! The restaurant looks like it was made for groups and parties because they have a stage, dj set and large monitors. There's also a full bar! I'm glad I decided to check this place out because it's definitely going to be one of my favorites!!"

Even though I arrived about 15 minutes before the last call for their lunch opening hours, I didn't feel rushed to order. The food arrived very quickly and the customer service was nice. The interior is very clean with a nice view into the kitchen to see prep. Love that they also sell fresh onigiri. Tempura udon was the ideal portion for me with a very even soup to noodle ratio. The tempura was perfectly fried and didn't fall apart in my soup. I appreciate the availability of condiments to add to the soup readily accessible tableside. The shichimi and tempura flakes are my favorite to add in."

"We came here for dinner with a group of 6 and was able to get reservations considering we made reservations earlier in the day. Definitely get a reservation since this place was busy. The parking lot was packed so it might be hard finding parking and also might be good to carpool. There were a lot of people here eating. Our waitress was nice and helpful when we asked about food on the menu. We ordered a lot of yakitori from waygu beef to pork belly to chicken wing to chicken thigh. We also ordered a few other dishes that I forgot the names to. There were a lot of other food on the menu that sounded good to me but that would have to be for next time.The yakitori was delicious and so good! If you're a fan of yakitori then this would be the place to go. Everything I tried was delicious and I would recommend the yakitori here. The Tiger Roll was good and the miso soup was not bad as well. I would definitely order the same things next time since they were so good.Overall, Hachi was a great place to eat some yakitori and I definitely will be back when I'm back in Las Vegas."

When it comes to fine dining, the food is the star, but the experience is performed by the people. @animabyedo hit all the marks. The food was amazing, the tasting menu well priced, and the portions were great. We barely made it through to the dessert. The evening highlight was laughter and smiles with BJ and Joe, our waiter and sommelier. The night was well worth the 30-minute trip from the Vegas strip. The Kaluga Caviar & Eggs *chef's kiss* I still daydream of that egg , highly recommend the supplement. We also had fantastic wine pairing and cocktails. (Their sister restaurant Edo Gastro in Chinatown is also a fantastic experience)."

"Delicious food and cocktails! Always love Jose Andres' restaurants. The restaurant is beautiful with fun patterns and colors around the space. Bathroom has dark and moody vibes. Our server was attentive and very open to our opinions of faves and least faves although everything was good. Faves of the Creative Tasting Experience were the Maine Lobster Salpicon (prepped 2 ways one being a more rare one and one cooked mixed with a delicious sauce), sea urchin cone, Jamon Iberico de Bellota (the tomato dishes I've tried from Jose's restaurants are always so aromatic and the addition of the saltiness from the jamon was prefect), the Anchovy dish (rich and buttery), Maine lobster roll (the bread part of the dish is his air bread, similar to his well known philly cheesesteak airbread dish he had in his LA restaurant in the past).Lastly, the whole fish was delicious and fresh. They had a few variety of fish for us to choose from and our server suggested what to order dependent on the selection available and whether you want it salt baked, fried or grilled."

I didn't remember because this restaurant gives two different vibes.Once for Girls Brunch which was awesome. The staff was so kind and accommodating.There was a charcuterie board style of breakfast items that your group selects from the menu and of course a round of mimosas.Everything is shareable.You can also choose from one of their unique blends of whiskey and pair it with a cigar on the patio,Anytime. However my favorite time to dine there is dinner. We sat outside and enjoyed the fire pit. Very cozy and intimate. We didn't realize we arrived during happy hour so we just ordered so many yummy foods. There is even a patio special if you ask for it. We got $1 crunchy tacos $4 lobster tacos and carnitas if you purchase a $7shot of premium tequila. It was amazing, it had a caramel undertone to it. The winning dish of the night was the Korean pizza 20/10. They do change the specialty pizzas weekly so be sure to ask if you are feeling pizza.Either time to go is great.The staff is friendly and attentive but not pushy I enjoyed talking with our server she was very kind and informative. The vibe is casual but I would definitely recommend it for date night or singles. No kids at night because smoking cigars are allowed on the patio and it's a grown and sexy kinda vibe. Couples pin this one for date night."
