"I was craving Indian food late after a night out and was so happy to see that this spot was open and was a great value on Doordash! I ordered the paneer tikka masala with rice. I didn't realize it came with rice, so they actually brought me two containers of rice, oops! The paneer was really good. Excellent flavor in the sauce and the right ratio of ingredients. It was creamy and flavorful and the ultimate comfort food. It also came hot, which was awesome! They must heat it up a little extra for delivery orders- nice touch. Only docked a star because I got the same order on two different occasions and one was much spicier than the other. It was fine with me, just something to be aware of in case you are expecting spice consistency."

"Saffron Flavors was once known to loudly display its political leanings but independent voters like myself can't be influenced by either side, so the only real allegiance I ever have is to an empty stomach.Indian entrees should always come with bread - Garlic roti, Onion naan, and Paratha (GOP?) are all excellent. Roti vs. Naan vs. Paratha...roti is unleavened, naan uses yeast which makes it more soft and pillowy, while paratha is also unleavened but stuffed with a thin layer of potato. There's no debate, be sure to get the Tandoori platter. It's a nice variety of shrimp, chicken, and Seekh kebab lamb bites marinated with yogurt and spices on a bed of grilled onion and peppers, pairing well with Basmati rice. Try the outstanding grilled Tandoori wings which are tender, delicious, and steeped in a very liberal amount of spicy flavors. Yes very liberal, so doubtful they were right wings. I've also ordered a Madras and Ginger Ale (MAGA?) combo at lunchtime. Madras chicken is a superb entree with coconut and spices, similar to curry but with hot peppers and paprika that give it a strong, zesty flavor. The 60s song Mellow Yellow by Donovan began with, "I'm just mad about Saffron, a-Saffron's mad about me" and if you enjoy authentic Indian food, you'll also be mad about Saffron Flavors. So go there to stuff your face (not the ballot box) and you'll find that these folks know how to do authentic Indian food right. Extremely right. "Woke up dreaming about butter chicken.We've ordered takeout twice. Once for chicken tikka masala and on the most recent trip their butter chicken. Each of these comes with delicious basmati rice and we always add a few garlic naan's. Wish a larger portion of rice came with these as it's on the very small side for takeout. Ordering is always seamless. Flavors are divine. So creamy and all the Indian spices are wonderful. The textures are almost velvety. Some pieces of chicken easily cut by no effort whatsoever. This is from the incredible yogurt marinade. Unfortunately for us with our first order there was a large piece of chicken that was inedible. Couldn't cut through it if you tried and a lot of tendons seemed to still be attached. With our second order we received two large pieces of chicken that were inedible. Obviously this makes me sad because most of the chicken is incredibly tender. But having to throw away large pieces is never a good thing. So my journey continues for solid Indian food when I crave it."

They did, however, have a lot of take out orders. Food: Butter Chicken aka Chicken Makhani Garlic NaanBasmati Rice Vegetable Samosa RitaI wanted to order the Vegetable Pakoras. However, the worker (probably owner) said no, order the Samosa instead as it's better. We took his recommendation, and it did not disappoint. The Makhani was bold in flavor, and I enjoyed dipping the Naan Bread in the sauce and topping it off with rita. I'd return again and recommend this spot if you are in search of Indian food."

"We were looking to find an Indian restaurant on a recent trip to Las Vegas. We ended up staying in Henderson so this place fit the bill. This is not the only one of these it appears there is a small chain of these restaurants.First, the staff could not have been nicer. A great group that was helpful to us in making our selections.We tried several plates and had some to go with us, which was nice. All in all very good food and impeccable staff made it a great treat for a night out. I will definitely stop in here again when I'm back in the area. They also have locations in Summerlin and on the strip which is good news if you don't want to make the trek to Henderson."

I love that you can get a full meal with different items (thali) instead of having to buy massive entrees of it. The dosa has the right amount of crispiness and softness. The sambar had a good amount of spice. Also ordered the chicken biryani that had a good amount of chicken pieces. The biryani came with South Indian Mirrchi salan on the side. Service was decent. Order at counter and they assign a table to you. Food is delivered by either a robot or staff. Robot feels gimmicky. The restaurant recently renovated the interior which looks more modern."

"The wife and I had a taste for Indian for lunch on a Saturday. For me, Indian food is always preferable when it's made fresh to order, but of all of the various cuisines out there, I think Indian food holds up quite well on a buffet especially when you're looking for a quick lunch that offers a variety of flavorful food options. After a quick Yelp search for nearby places that were open and offering a lunch buffet, we opted for Delhi Indian Cuisine. We arrived a little after noon and were seated immediately. Other than a party that appeared to be a multi-generational Indian family, we were the only diners in the restaurant the entire time we were there for lunch. Our server took our drink and naan order...we chose garlic...and then we proceeded to check out the buffet. I was impressed by the variety of offerings most of which were the usual suspects found on many Indian buffet lines. There was good (if not better) representation of vegetarian (not sure if they were vegan) options available, as well. I tried to sample each hot item on the line. The good? The garlic naan was hot and fresh. It had a garlicky kick and the right amount of chew and char. The food was properly seasoned and very flavorful possessing readily detectable notes of ginger, garlic, and spices used in Indian cuisine. I love palak paneer and Delhi's version hit all the right notes with me and didn't skimp on the paneer. The bad? A section of the steam table, seemingly, was not functioning properly. While properly cooked, the tandoori chicken was cold. The wife said her chicken tikka masala wasn't hot either. I didn't try it based on her assessment. In the end, Delhi Indian Cuisine showed a lot promise. The variety of offerings on the lunch buffet was solid. The flavors that I associate with Indian food were definitely there and enjoyable. Despite the figurative and literal mis-fire on a couple of the items, I would go back for another visit."

"I love the decor! Forest green is one of my favorite colors, and seeing it inside a business always makes me happy. I was greeted promptly, and the gentleman was accommodating. He recommended the infamous Tikka Masala and the butter chicken. I didn't hesitate and opted for the masala with chicken and garlic naan. I sat in the lobby underneath beautiful family photos, some featuring adorable pups. The server brought out the food, and it looked amazing! I immediately put some rice on my plate and topped it with masala. I indulged by dipping the delicious naan in the masala gravy, and boy, was it perfect!This dish wasn't spicy, but you can make it spicy. Also, if you ask, you can add potato to the masala, which, to me, is the best!I'll definitely be returning :)"

My friend and I were craving Indian food so we thought we try it.We got the Chicken Tikka Masala, samosas, garlic naan bread and cheese naan bread. The Tikka Masala was so good!!! The garlic naan with that was perfect. The cheese naan was good but would have been better with the same garlic flavor added. The samosas are vegan with a pea and mash potato mix with seasonings, that was good but next time I will probably skip it and stick with the main dishes. The owner was there and was super nice and helpful. There are a few tables to eat at and it was nice and clean. The restroom was nice and clean too.We will definitely be back because the is was great food. If you haven't tried it yet you should!!!"

Kori gassi (Mangalorean Chicken Curry) and roti were solid.The extensive website menu has South Indian, North Indian and Gujurati mains along with roti, poori, and aloo paratha. Plenty of chutnies, small bites items, desserts, drinks and even essentials (ie 20lb bag of basmati rice) are also available. In short the website is stacked. Ordering and paying online were a breeze. I'm looking forward to my next order as there are many good looking dishes to try.Try 'em! You'll have plenty of food for days."

Being one of the only restaurants open that day, the orders were taking ages to be out, and our delivery guy had to wait over 1.5 hours to collect ours.When we finally got our hands on the food, it was cold and not that great. The dishes were a little bland and sweet, lacking any other flavour profile. And the veg biryani was just plain weird.The only decent thing on our plate was the yellow dal, garlic blast naam, and rice. We were able to finish the food and enjoy it as well, but only after we mixed everything together in a bowl, and ate it as one.But this place is definitely not one I'd recommend anyone again."
