"Just moved downtown and discovered this mark. Friendly staff. They have a grill in the back that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I tried the catfish, huge pieces nice and crunchy. Salty, but it was balanced out with tarter and hot sauce. Also ordered fries and you get a huge container for only $3. They have all of the good corner store snacks, candy and drinks! More pics of food coming soon. Next I'll try a burger"
"I don't stop in here much as I use Sam's club for gas but I happened to be in this area the other day on my way home from work & I had to go to the bathroom really bad so I stopped in here to use their bathroom. I walked in & wasn't greated & went right for the ladies bathroom to find it locked so I went up to the counter where there were 2 ladies working. One older one & one younger lady. I asked about a key to the bathroom & the older one tells me she's going to use it before me. I said "well you better hurry up because I really have to go" in a nice way & laughed. Well this old lady decided to clean off the big plastic pipe tub that the key is attached to & mind you she took her sweet old time doing this & walking to the bathroom.........I was in shock about this, like really lady??? Well thank God for the younger, nicer lady who asked me if I wanted to use the men's bathroom....I was a little hesitant & said "well it all depends on how clean it is, you know how men are, always peeing on the floor & toilet seat." She agreed with me & told me that's why her & her husband have separate bathrooms. LOL Well to our surprise the men's bathroom was actually clean so I jumped on her offer. I didn't take very long & had come out to return to the key & guess what???? The older lady was STILL in the ladies bathroom....WTH??? I'm so glad I got the offer to use the men's because my bladder would of burst. Thank you again to the younger lady!! You're a very caring & compassionate human being. So of course while I'm in here I have to go & check out the tall can deals & see if there is a sale on the seltzer's. They have a cute, on the smaller side walk in "beer cooler." I actually found Nutrls on sale. These are a new favorite of mine.!!!!!! They're a vodka, soda seltzer & the pineapple is delicious!! They're $10.00 cheaper then Smith's & they weren't on sale and there was also a $3.00 rebate going on so yeah, of course I'm taking advantage of this deal & grabbed two of them!!! The older lady was finally out of the bathroom & the only one @ the checkout counter when I went to check out because the younger lady was over cleaning up around the coffee area. I took care of submitting for the rebate while I was in the store so I wouldn't forget & on my way out the older lady was cleaning the doors. She never said bye to me or have a nice day on my way out............................. It's nice to see that the two ladies were keeping the store tidy, as it was and I'm glad @ least one person had some compassion for my personal need upon arrival. Thank you again!!!"
"OK! First time in Las Vegas trying Ethiopian food and that during a pandemic. So I chose delivery. Looked at the different menus available on DoorDash and GrubHub. Each appeared to have pros and cons. Since it was take out, I was not concerned about grocery vs restaurant. After all, some of the best tacos come from carnicerias. What did impress me? The huge package of injera. It was fresh though not made with teff. Since it was take out, I appreciated that not every dish was sent, wrapped up in injera. I prefer to make my own platter with the dishes on top of fresh injera. The veggie combo was good. Not as flavorful as many other places, but decent. The kit for was indeed raw, like we ordered. But the niter kibbe lacked some flavor. The lamb wot was not well spiced. I still had bones in it which I would have totally accepted, had the spicing been better.I appreciated the effort. The price was decent, probably a little inflated given the delivery system. I hope I get to try some others while in town."
"I was Kicking it in the hood, and waiting for my nephew to finish up an Yugi-oh tournament in the same strip center where Maria's is located. This neighborhood looks spooky, but what the heck, so is the nicest place in Las Vegas at night; Also, you don't see too much people begging for money at intersections at Nellis and Desert Inn. Looking at Maria Market from the outside would be an afterthought for most people, me included, but my nephew insistent on getting a Chimichanga from this place, and I thought he was nuts, but he told me it was pretty good. So we jumped in the car, and drove to the other side of the parking lot, and entered the stand alone building in which Maria's is located. When you walk in, you have this feeling of a old school Mexican neighborhood market, There a few penny slot machine as you enter, and to the right of the door is old meat market that has has small deli area. i don't think they sell their meat, because there isn't any prices front of them, and cook is consistently going to the cooler display to get Carne Asada to fry. In the back of the store is a small Mexican vegetable section, and of course Beer cooler along the perimeter. What surprised me, the food was pretty food, and cheap. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't the best Mexican food I ever had, but for the price and quality, it turned out to be a good deal. .99 cent for taco, and chimichanga for 4.00 it's not going to break the bank."
"I was over by this location yest. am as the post office is right behind it. My car was dirty after some rain awhile ago & there was no line for their car wash. When it was previously owned by a diff. company there was always a line for a wash & there would be a guy scrubbing your car down before entering. Not sure if this still happens a little later in the day? I was here around 8am. No line. There was a car inside the car wash & the self pay machine won't let you pay for your wash until the car inside gets to a certain place in the car wash. I like how its touch free & there is a recorded voice that tells you what they're spraying on your car as the machines do their thing. The blower runs for about a minute. I like to drive my car forward & back up to help get it dried better....lol Prob can't do that if there is someone else in there. They have a cute little vacuum area that I didn't venture to. This car wash only takes CC so my guess is the vacuum does too. Prob not like the good old days when you'd put some quarter's in there to get power. I did stop in here a long time ago when I needed air in one of my tires & that is when I learned there is new management & maybe even had their name changed. No air machine @ that time but I did see one when I was driving out of their parking lot. Staff was friendly when I was last in here."
"My wife and I visit this place frequently. We enjoy the friendly people behind the counter, the great selection of different items, and the reasonable prices for a convenience store. They have good quality gas, an excellent car wash, and a clean and bright store. This is a great place to stop if you were on South Eastern and find yourself in need."

Yes, its in the rougher part of town but the YOU BUY WE FRY is delicious! You may see a couple arguing about infidelity or a crackhead getting comfortable by the dumbster. You might be waiting a minimum of like 30 minutes, but mind your business & when you get your FRESH meal, you're gonna enjoy every last bit of it! Staff is busy, yet friendly. There are a few different locations but this one is the best They also accept EBT

This review is for the carwash. I'll break this into the pros and cons of the carwash.Pros:*Touchless so no possible scratches from rocks on a previous vehicle*No track pulling the car through, you just pull in*Inexpensive, the most expensive option tops out at $12*The $12 carwash cleans and dries sedans wellCons:*Lines get long for the one wash so waits can be 20-30 minutes *Anything less than the $12 option will not clean the car well*SUV's don't get cleaned well and will have missed areasThe most crucial thing I'd like to note is that on one visit the machine glitched and told me to move forward in between cycles. Thankfully, I had been there before and didn't move since it seemed too soon. Good thing I didn't move since the arm came out soon after and would have damaged my car. Be very cautious when the machine tells you it's time to move forward.

Togo food was awesome. Specifically the Mojo tibs. They have a small dining area in the back if your really hungry and gotta eat. They have packed their meat so it won't get touched around. They also have a lot of spices if you like to cook.

One early morning, a friend brought me to this hole in the wall market on the East side. It's set inside a convenience store which is perfect because the market didn't open until 8am - We had 15 minutes to walk the store and buy some Mexican snacks and various meats on display. I went along for this because the sound of chilaquiles breakfast sounded bomb. For $5.99, if you wanted something else you could choose Chorizo & Eggs, Huevo Rancheros, or Ham & Eggs. Not to mention the ton of other things on menu. My friend got Mulita, which I'd never seen before - basically a toasted tortilla sandwich with meat, cheese, & guacamole. This place is great because of the quick access, and cheap prices. It's not necessarily the most flavorful but I still leave with the authentic Mexican experience and a full belly.

My brother-in-law left his fannypack and wallet in the mens' room in the convenience store. About an hour later, he was called by Ed at the register to let him know he had the pack with his wallet (which is how he was able to get his number). My brother-in-law was already in Barstow on his way home to California. He called me to go to retrieve the wallet for him. When I got there, a different cashier was working - Ed had already gone for the day. But the new cashier had the wallet behind the counter with my name on it. When I got it back to my brother -in-law, he let me know that ALL of the cash, credit cards, and other papers were still in the wallet. With a California address in the wallet, Ed had to know that my brother-in-law was not a regular and he would probably never see him again. He went out of his way to do the right thing. And that merits a 5 star review.

My friend had stopped @ a Green Valley grocery on his way over to my house & got 2 tall cans, hard seltzers that was 2 for $4.00. I had ran out later that evening to Target & looked for a GV grocery on Yelp & found this close to where I was so I stopped in because he had told me they also had buy 2 Vizzy's for $4.00 tall cans so I wanted to pick some up. Real easy to find, on the corner of Eastern. Plenty of parking, area well lit. Wasn't very busy when I stopped in which was probably around 7/8pm. I went inside & directly to the booze cooler. I didn't find any Vizzy's but did find 2 for $4.00 pineapple Truly tall can's which is a favorite of mine & they had buy 3 for $5.50 on the Bud Light cherry tall cans. I had my hands full & probably looked like an alcoholic as I was walking up to the counter....lolGuy was friendly, check out was very easy & quick. He bagged up all my tall cans & I was out the door. Definitely will come back here for more tall cans to see if their on sale & stock up! Their store windows are tinted so it makes it look like its closed when you pull into the parking lot. See photo. Luckily there were people getting gas & someone walked out of the store before I got out of my car so I knew they were open.

Shopped at this green valley grocery store a few times with my friend most times just to buy the usual items. The employees are some what friendly from the times I came here it was hit or miss one day they were helpful and friendly the next not so much. I do like that they have my favorite food items at this particular location along with the drinks so that's kind of a plus but outside of that this location is OK for the area that it's in

Herbst Market is a chain of markets in the Las Vegas areas usually connected to Chevron gas stations. Our family was visiting Vegas for a week, and we were lucky to find this market. It is way more than a market, they have a beautiful produce area, a beer cave and a small casino! The first night we got into town we stopped by this location, and I played at the casino and won a quick $60. The more we drove around the city, you notice more Chevron stations with the sign "Terribles." Terribles is a chain, and some of the stations have the Herbst Market with more grocery store items. They are very clean, have lots of goodies, and most will let you spin a digital roulette if you spend more than like $5 to win a coffee or fountain drink. If you're in the Vegas area, keep an eye open for the Herbst Market or Terribles sign. Great place to fill up on gas, shop, and hopefully win some quick $$!

"One stop shopping here. Gas.Fresh donuts delivered daily.Fresh Coffee.Hot and Fresh Breakfast Sandwiches. Not to mention all the regular features of any gas station shop.I am always in and out of this place. The staff is normally friendly and they definitely know their regulars.Shop is always clean and tidy. And they have a subway inside this location. Like I said, one stop shopping."
"Love this place. Come here for all my gas and small needs, as well as stuff I don't need, like Krispy Kreme donuts and cheese popcorn They have a little of everything, from drinks to milk to veggies. They have a lot of cool stuff like fancy coffee machine and a milk shake machineNice addition to the neighborhood, and still pretty quiet, most people haven't found it yet."
"Love this bright yellow Mexican supermarket. It feels like a fiesta in here!Bright decorations, International food selections, food court, well stocked shelves and food departments (bakery, seafood, meats). Upbeat Tejano music makes shopping a breeze. They also have a set of self check out kiosks."
"This place is where I go whenever I am filling up the tank. It's got some of the cheapest prices in the valley. It has the unfortunate location right next to the 7-11 so you don't really see this place because the sign is small and the place is pretty dimly lit. They also run a really great special of $5.99 for a 6-pack of coronas. There's not really a huge selection of snacks & drinks but what they do have is really cheap. But as bad as it sounds, some times I just don't want to stop there because there is ALWAYS at least on homeless person hanging around the parking lot, and dealing with it EVERY time gets old."
"This place is bomb. The Vibe is not like your typical "gas mart" the guys are younger chill and want your biz. Check out their CBD products that are still growing!"
"Small mom and pop store with all the necessities you can find at a grocery store. Not too many other grocery shops in the area so this definitely was needed. Owner was very nice. Check out service was quick and efficient."
