I wasn't sure what to expect other than the "Noodle Show" but I was really blown away by most dishes. Standout dishes are for sure the Mr. Chow Noodles and the duck. Also the dumplings were great. I'm not sure what they do to these noodles but I've never had this texture before. It was so amazing I wanted to see if I could get them to go the next night there! Service was great and very attentive. Have to check out the one in Los Angeles."

Went a couple times with no fuss, no muss! The Noodle Man is a great place for sharing dishes, with rice...lots and lots of white rice!! Sooo good! Went once with the wifey for lunch, then once with the entire fam for dinner! Out of both times I got to sample:-House Special Pan Fried Noodles-Roasted Pork Belly-Sauteed Choy Sum with Garlic Bulb-Stir Fried String Bean with XO Sauce-Steam Eggplant with Garlic & Bean Curd Sauce-House Special Fried RiceAnd YES...don't forget to ask for a pot of white rice too!!! Can't have enough carbs!!Gotta say, while being a bit pricey per pound, the Roasted Pork Belly is super fatty & unctuous! Tasty goodness! Of course we ordered it on both visits! It's super hard to share, I coulda eaten the entire plate MYSELF!! So delicious with a bowl of rice in your hand! Then chased by a piece of sauteed choy sum! YUM!!Rest of the food is pretty good too! Their fried rice has that 'breath of the dragon' goodness from the wok cooking, and who can resist a piece of steamed eggplant with garlic sauce? Pour that stuff all over YES, you guessed it...more white rice!!I wish the food at a Chinese buffet tasted more like the entrees at The Noodle Man! I'd be in soooooo much trouble!! Repeat visitor for sure!Ah, who am I kidding? I'll be visiting again soon! Probably next payday! Till next time, The Noodle Man!"

Lisa H. "A dear friend of ours recommended Golden Flower a few months ago, but we haven't had the chance to go until this weekend. I am 98% sure that we have just found our new favorite Chinese restaurant. We ordered: Egg rolls, sizzling rice soup, Mongolian beef, almond chicken, and walnut shrimp. The egg rolls were crispy perfection. They were not greasy at all, and super tasty. We ordered 2 more orders to take home. The sizzling rice soup was out of this world. I've never had sizzling rice soup before, and I really loved it. The broth was clean and simple, and all of the veggies were crisp and fresh. The meat and shrimp was all cooked to perfection. The Mongolian beef was amazing. Morgan had a moment after his first bite. Its one of his favorite dishes, and he's struggle to find a place that does it this well. It was a little spicy, too. Very good. The almond chicken was probably my least favorite of what we ordered, but it was still really good!! I can sometimes be weird about the texture of chicken at Chinese restaurants, but this didn't have that problem. It was good, but probably the least dynamic of all the dishes we tried. My walnut chicken was spectacular. If you don't like mayo, you won't like it, as there is a creamy, mayo based sauce on it, but I think its very well done. Can we talk for a minute about portion size? We got SO. MUCH. FOOD. Even the walnut shrimp, there was enough for me to have a good portion at the restaurant and two more good size servings at home!! All of the entrees were that way. We also ordered a shrimp fried rice to take home. I can't describe to you how huge this portion was, and sadly I forgot to take a photo...but there was SO much rice...and they didn't skimp on the shrimp, either. Prices are so reasonable, especially considering how much food you get!Service was quick and polite. I almost didn't want to write a review, because it wasn't super busy when we went, and I like non crowded spots, BUT...the food here is so good, I can't be a good Elite and NOT tell everyone about it! There were several to go orders picked up, so you can likely order through your favorite food delivery app!! Can't wait to come back and try some more of the delicious food!!"

Mgk O. "The first time we came was on Christmas Day 2024. We ordered crispy beef, fish fillet with ginger and scallions, peking jajangmyeon and stir fried Chinese broccoli with garlic. We sat at the bar and ordered since there were no tables available. Every dish we ordered was delicious. Rice does not come with the dishes and must be ordered separately. It took a long time for the food to arrive. We asked for a hot Jasmine tea and instead we got hot peach tea. We let the server know that it was peach and that we ordered Jasmine. We were told that it was Jasmine but that they would bring a new pot. Halfway through the meal we got our pot of tea. Half of the pot was filled with soaked tea leaves which we believe was in the pot for quite some time. The hot water poured into the pot made a very weak tea despite the amount of overused leaves. Something to note is that the air conditioner was blowing so cold out food got cold very fast! 2 months later we are back again! We sat at a table and ordered Jasmine tea. The response was something to the effect of "it will take me awhile to get it going".....then we ordered crispy pork with Mama special sauce. We were told they ran out and did not have that available. It was 3:30 pm. So, we ordered crispy beef again. We ordered braised beef noodle soup, sauteed mixed vegetables sliced fish fillet with pickled mustard. The person who took our order came back and asked us if we knew that we ordered two soups. She explained that the sliced fish fillet with pickled mustard was a soup. Nowhere in the description did it mention soup and it was not in the soup section of the menu. We removed it from our order. The teapot came half filled with tea leaves. It was so many tea leaves that the tea was actually very bitter. Every dish was well executed and very tasty. tea and menu issues could use improvement."

When we walked in, the restaurant was empty and I was not too sure if I made the right call. But we decided to dine anyway as we were hungry by this time. We got-Scallion pancakes-5/5- most places tend to make these greasy and thin but the ones here were thick and still cooked through. They were not greasy as well, easily one of the better if not the best version I ate.Spring rolls-4/5- surprisingly not greasy and absolutely delicious. Combo chow mein-5/5- these were made with handmade fresh noodles. The chicken was unbelievably soft and perfectly cooked, the noodles absorbed the sauces beautifully. These were lip smacking delicious.Combo fried rice-5/5- umami rich, perfect chicken and moist delicious rice. We cleaned it up in no time.I loved every dish we got, and I can see why this place is rated so high. Quantities are less though and I was craving more at the end of my meal."

Young Kyung K. "Had a very pleasant dinner at Wing Lei recently. Had a friend visiting and he had raved about Wing Lei's Imperial Duck so we decided to have dinner here. Although the duck was main focus of our dinner, our friend suggested we do the tasting menu, to make decision making a lot easier for everyone. We had Chef Ming's Summer Special and it was quite a treat! We did not do the wine pairing but if I get the chance next time, I'm definitely doing that. The tasting menu started with a simple tea and a yuzu-watermelon appetizer. The first whimsy course was the king crab and caviar, and some of you may know, I am a HUGE sucker for caviar...It came with edible flowers as garnish and I personally thought the edible flowers added to the flavor profile. I was smitten by the truffle soup dumpling. Two in a row, they served the two guilty pleasures of mine: caviar and truffle. (Call me basic, I don't care) The broth had a deep flavor without being heavy or oily.I'm going to skip a couple course, the Imperial Pecking Duck; served table-side. It was the copestone of the meal, although there were a couple more courses after... They gave two different options for the wrap: the thin wrap and a bao wrap. I didn't think I would like the bao wrap but I think it was one of my favorite! Such a simple combination but a burst of flavors in your mouth. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The unlikely colors of green and gold actually fuse well and create a very luxurious ambiance and of course the service was impeccable. We all ordered cocktails and in my opinion this is one of the restaurants that have a great cocktail option. Some restaurants on the strip can be lacking on their cocktail menu but all the cocktails at Wing Lei were delicious! Reservation are recommended!"

I liked my egg soup and the wonton skins, and when my lunch arrived, I noticed my shrimp had no sauce, but I was a bit too hungry to bring it to the cashier's attention that my shrimp looked unfinished. I guess next time I'll ask if I order it again and it looks the same. I think the prices for lunch are not too bad, and you get half fried rice and half chow mein. Make sure you go and sign in yourself when you get there (I would suggest if the owners see this page that they put up a sign because a lot of people after us, and including us, had no clue). We weren't sure if we were going to wait since we were starved but man, we are so glad we waited. The servers are very nice but they hustle! Since we had time waiting we already knew what we wanted by the time we sat. The food comes out as it's ready so don't go in expecting a flow of your food (such as appetizers or cold foods first, for example, my cucumber salad was one of the last items to come out). Also, don't expect a quick sit down meal. We were there for almost 2 hours between waiting to be seated and waiting for our dishes to come out. I can say that I appreciated it because we ordered so much food that had we eaten everything all at once, we would have had a ton of leftovers but the way it was spaced, we were still very full, but able to enjoy everything without having to scarf it down! We love soup dumplings and I have to say these were truly the best we have ever had. The truffle ones were incredible and worth every penny. Natalie L. "I've eaten from this restaurant maybe half a dozen times before in the last 1.5 years, and the quality of their food has always stayed consistently good. They serve New York style Chinese food here, and that is sometimes a nice change of pace from the more traditional Chinese food in Chinatown. There aren't many good options for Asian food in the NW part of town, so it's convenient for anyone who lives here too. Portions are always LARGE or priced accordingly for the smaller portions. Dishes always have a hearty amount of sauce, but the sauces tend to be thinner, so you can easily adjust the amount of sauce on your food. Crispy wonton strips are always served for free with any dine-in meal. There are lots of menu options, so there is something for everyone here. This time, I ordered a large wonton soup and my partner ordered sesame chicken with lo mein noodle upgrade. The wontons were larger than any others I've had at other Chinese restaurants. The soup was flavorful, and there was a good ratio between wontons/soup/vegetables. The sesame chicken was flavorful with lots of sesame seeds and soft breading; there was no separation of breading in any of the chicken. Again, HUGE portion. The lo mein noodles were good enough to eat by themselves. They've switched over to a counter-serve style restaurant and reduced their seating capacity, likely to accommodate the rising costs of keeping a restaurant open nowadays. I'm assuming this is 1 way they keep their prices the same, so that's appreciated for anyone who is trying to budget financially. Service has always been friendly and timely here; I've never had to wait long to speak to someone or be served. Ambiance is a quiet space with more subtle Chinese decorations sprawled throughout. There's an even amount of lighting throughout the restaurant, but none of it is too brightly lit (noted for potentially neurodivergent customers). I've never had a complaint here and will return again!"

Came in around 8pm and the restaurant had many tables available. We love sitting by the aquariums, giving our meal some privacy and setting the mood. We ordered the lamb stir fry and this is SPICY! Very flavorful but be prepared. We were very pleased with it since we love spicy food. However with the stone pot beef soup, we first noticed the soup being red/orange in color. The last few times it was clear. However this time we ordered it with chili oil versus schezuan numbing, because the last time we got it, the numbing flavor was over powerful. However this time the flavor was unbearable. We could also taste the schezuan pepper as well as chili oil so we weren't sure if there was a language barrier, because we didn't want the schezuan numbing. Anyways, we tried to tough it out and it got worse. We went through PITCHERS of waters and napkins from blowing our noses. We also tried to ask the server to dilute the soup, however it was too unbearable. Comparing to all of our other experiences, we've realized we've had 5 different versions of this soup. Once it was just right with a hint of numbing spice, second they didn't add any spice at all, third, too my numbing was added, forth numbing and chili oil was added. We're not sure where there's a communication issue since we order from the iPad/our phones and we just pick and choose the same options. But we're going to let them work their kinks for now."
