Shana M. "Visited Marilyn's one morning while the rest of my party was still sleeping.Ordered an orange juice and a Build Your Own Omelette with American cheese, green peppers, and bacon. The plate came with a choice of hash browns or grits and toasted bread. I chose hash brown and rye toast. The green peppers in the omelette were a bit chunkier than I would have liked but they were also very fresh. I thought they may have been sauteed some. I ended up taking most of them out. The omelette, as a whole, was tasty. I'm not sure what brand of salsa they use but it was not tasty. I opted out of salsa for hot sauce. The hash brown looked very similar to the omelette but browned. It was huge. I was only able to eat about a teaspoon of it since the omelette was so plentiful. The rye toast was delightful with a little strawberry jam and the orange juice was sweet and refreshing. The service staff was friendly and attentive but the food service was slow.On my second go-round, the food service was still slow but the food was tasty and the general service was good. This time I took the lesson from the portion sizes from my first visit and ordered a side order of scrambled egg, one turkey sausage patty, and an orange juice. I was able to enjoy a piece of the rye toast that came with my guest's plate."

Joel C. "For the many places you have been that has the touch of class and the feel of Hollywood that when you sit down your eyes catch the familiar faces. For the many restaurants that people have been to and the family diners looking you find the regular menus there is one thing that you find at the Cafe Hollywood at Planet Hollywood. When I had flown to Las Vegas for some vacation and get to see the many places the many years that Planet Hollywood was in San Diego the company had closed it's doors. There was one thing that I wanted to do was fly to Las Vegas and to check that if the establishment was here. Comming to Las Vegas you have so many places from the many casinos that have the small bar restaurants from the Cafe Hollywood you find much more selections to the creative menu and the large breakfast plates. Going to Cafe Hollywood during the week in Las Vegas the Planet Hollywood Casino was one that has the many areas coming to the restaurant what caught .my eye was the color of the restaurant the neon color . The neon and the Cursev writting that was used by by many restaurants during the 70s in the early years . Customer service when I arrived is one of the best seeing the many pictures you could tell the host directed me over to a booth table that was in the middle of the restaurant with the many pictures on the wall. Looking at the great food and the large breakfasts they serve the coffee bar that has many brands of coffee and the machines for the brands and grinders. For one that is looking for a great breakfast time with in house waffles and the taste of home made sausage . Cafe Hollywood at the Hollywood is one of the best in food and service the breakfast service was one that is the best. As a Yelp Elite Reviewer with the many restaurants which are in the city Cafe Hollywood is one of the best for the great prices and the food they have creative dishes from the Planet Hollywood.. Cafe Hollywood has the dishes that bring out the many areas of creative magic."

La Luna Tea and Dessert Bar

La Luna Tea and Dessert Bar

★★★★☆ 4.4 (661) • $

Leo R. "La Luna is a very atypical Cafe with a weak theme and okay desserts. My partner and I were in the mood for something sweet so he wanted to try this establishment that was a 15-minute drive away. He had tried one of their desserts before and he remembered it as being pretty decent. I agreed and we left Summerlin and I was excited to try La Luna. It's one of the few coffee houses that's open late so it was quite busy on a Saturday night. Unfortunately the furniture is quite uncomfortable. The couches have been worn down and they are flat and really low. The furniture is cramped in there so it as difficult to get comfortable and it feels very crowded. It has a moon theme on one wall which embraces the whole La Luna concept but the rest of it is generic coffee House fluff. Street signs? Random gears? Okay. I'm not sure what that has to do with the moon but whatever. This unfortunately suffers from the typical Asia coffee House curse of having some really cute and pretty desserts that have zero flavor. The mango and coconut dessert looked absolutely luscious but that is a legit straw in the middle of it. They easily could have used a bit of pastry or something that would have been a nice touch instead of a piece of plastic hanging out in the middle of the mango. Speaking of the mango, there's not much mango flavoring nor is there a lot of it in the shell, I would say it's about a quarter of the actual contents. The cream that they used in it was weak and did not have a strong flavor. Absolutely do not recommend. The flavoring on the chocolate and cappuccino cakes was okay with nothing remarkable about them. But they both suffered from being dry towards the center because they are randomly sliced and hung out with no cellophane + nothing to keep in the moisture. As you get from the tip to the back of the cake slice it has more moisture and the flavor improves but it's just a shame.I had the passion fruit slush and it was weak. Nothing but sugar and honestly the passion fruit popping boba was the best part of it.I tried to chat to get to know the cashier a little bit to get a feel for the cafe and I even told her it was our first time there but she was so busy that she gave zero customer service. They actually gave us the wrong cake which we took a bite out of and realized it was chocolate instead of cappuccino. The one good thing is that she apologized and gave us the cappuccino and told us to enjoy both cakes. So I appreciate that. Overall it's not great but it's nothing I would ever drive from Summerlin to go to. There are much better options in Chinatown and better drinks close by."

Yvonne C. "Little Avalon is a casual and airy cafe nestled in a strip mall off Sahara, and in a shared suite with a Hibachi joint. The menu boasts unique lattes, matcha, mushroom drinks, and breakfast favorites with their twist including ube pancakes, sandwiches, burritos, avocado toasts, burrata toast, power bowls, poke bowls, salads, fruit bowls, bagel and lox, and more. This is a spot where meat and potatoes types and refined palettes alike can co-exist over brunch. Service is friendly and the workers are happy to offer suggestions. We tried the fruit bowl and the sausage breakfast burrito. The breakfast burrito came with two delicious condiments - a salsa and an aioli of sorts. Both were tasty. I took the worker's recommendation of a mixed base for my fruit bowl and it did not disappoint. Base options include Acai, island blue, matcha, pitaya, and mango flavors. It was a treat to try a little of each. The cliff notes:- The dining area is aesthetically pleasing though the chairs were very uncomfortable. - Ordering at the counter is great, especially when dining with groups to avoid awkwardness when the check(s) arrive. - Tons of free parking.- Outdoor seating.- Grab and go juices, wellness shots, soda, water, Olipop, and more.- Small selection of wines, bubbles, mimosas, and beer, but enough to successfully get through brunch."

The guava paste was not overly sweet but light in flavor compared to the rest of the danish. I also got the Turkish almond cookies, which reminded me of something between a biscotti and brittle. It was light, crispy, and very buttery. I originally wanted to come to try the little cakes I saw in the photos, but they don't seem to offer it on the regular. The turkey club was pretty good! I'd order it again. The sweet potato fries were a 2/10.. I'm not picky when it comes to fries, but these have a weird after taste and were flimsy/soft.
