"Located in the Eureka family owned casino, this spot is not to be missed in Vegas! The menu is toted as Asian-American Fare and has a nice variety of choices for both breakfast and lunch/dinner. They also have daily specials! We opted for the short rib grilled cheese and the daily special fish and chips! Danielle, our waitress, was awesome. Very friendly and super fast service! The food was amazing! The sandwich was so delicious! The short rib is the perfect amount of salty and sweet, and mixed with the cheese and onion jam, it was perfect! The fish and chips were cooked perfectly and the tartar sauce was excellent. We came in to celebrate my husband's mom's life and legacy. This was her favorite spot and he wanted to share it with me. It meant a lot to him to be able to be there tonight and the great customer service was the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back."

"We found this place on the way back from Hoover Dam and it's was a great find! The food was very tasty and Huge portions.. We had a 3 piece Fish n Chip special on Friday's for $13 and I could barely finish two and The Dillinger 1/2 lb burger with applewood bacon and brisket .. The service was excellent and the drinks and food came fast.. Nice ambiance with a rustic bar and tables made with bullets.. Definitely worth the trip out of Vegas if you're going to visit Hoover Dam or Lake Mead..."

These people know how to make an excellent juicy burger. Fries: 3/5 The fries were delicious, hot, and crispy but I didn't get any amazing WOW factor from them and the seasoning on the fries was "Ok" Price: 5/5 Eating out is expensive, but this place is pretty affordable for the outstanding quality and portions you get. "After a long hiatus, I made a return visit to Polaris Street Cafe this morning and boy...I'm SO glad I did! I got my regular breakfast order (chilaquiles in red sauce with a side of chorizo) and as soon as I took my first bite it all came rushing back. The food has layers of flavor and is really, truly delicious!!What may be even more impressive is the staff, who treated me with not just friendliness but warmth. I was fortunate to have Sam serve me today but the entire staff goes out of their way to ensure you are happy. Plus, they hustle! It's a very busy place but you won't feel rushed while you're there. Thank you to everyone at Polaris Street Cafe for getting my day off to a great start. The prodigal son has returned and I'll see you soon to try those Camarones al Mojo de Aho!!"

"This place has so many variety in food . I did order takeout.I ordered the traditional lox with jalapeño bagel. The salmon was so good and fresh. The bagel wasn't that warm, but it was still tasty. Side of French toast and it was good as well .I really liked the hash brown more than the French toast. The Tijuana hot was good as well they give you packages of Tapatio so you could put it on the bagel.I would definitely go back."

"After many many years visiting and recommending R Burgers I was left extremely frustrated after my most recent visit today. See photos for the measly portion of zucchini fries I received at full price. Not to mention the complete lack of seasoning on the fries themselves now; I remember the breading was seasoned to perfection. I live on the opposite side of town & go out of my way to come here every few months. I didn't open the box to check them since I've been going so long eventually trust is established and you just assume they'll get it right every time. If i had seen this when I was in the area, I would absolutely take them back and request a refund. I can handle the lack of seasoning, I can even handle the price increase but looks like unfortunately they will just continue cutting corners and not care about their loyal customers. Another local spot bites the dust."

The service was great we encountered 3 different workers all were super nice & accommodating especially to our cranky toddler & the other man joked around with my 8 yr old daughter. "Oh heck yeah, Yelp! You made my day recommending this place to me. I actually have breakfast a lot in the area, in a place that's kitty corner to this one. Don't get me wrong, I love that place, especially for their specialty coffees and baked French toast, but sometimes you want eggs. Sometimes you want chilaquiles and steak AND eggs. This first time coming in was one of those days and now that I know this place is here, it's getting added to the breakfast rotation for sure.We came in on a Saturday morning, around 1030AM. There were a few groups waiting ahead of us. When the person at the door took our names, he estimated about a 10-15 min wait. Not a problem at all. However, we waited less than 10 min! We sat in the back, next to the windows at a nice big table and very comfortable chair and banquette seat. The place is a bit sparsely decorated but they use the space well and it looks very, very clean. I actually like a bit of white walls and ceiling. Can't hide the dirt/dust from me then.Our server was just a great ball of energy. She was a bit swamped so she missed some stuff, like refills for our coffee, but there are quite a few people who check up on you, so it wasn't really an issue.The food is incredible. I loved the beans on the gratis plate of chips we got. The salsas are really good as well. I got green chilaquiles with an over easy egg and added steak. OMG! That steak was so freaking good. I have never has such good steak as a side like that before. I ate ALL of it. My husbands BYO burrito was really tasty as well."

"I've been to John Cutter's, (including yesterday), about 10 times now and here are my thoughts. In my opinion, it is the perfect small town mid sized tavern that has an excellent menu, perfect specials and Happy Hour choices, and has always had excellent service. The ambiance is just right and for some reason, even when it's busy, the sound is never so overwhelming that you can't hear the people at your own table. Their bartenders are amazing. I always order Whiskey Sours and the bar staff is so consistent that they make it perfect every time. I highly recommend John Cutter as a nice escape on the West side of town and you are missing out if you've never been there."

Our daughter had the chicken tenders which she loved. We also had a house salad with ranch and it tasted great and fresh. Went on a Friday night and got the dinner special of Fish & Chips with coleslaw and a cup of chowder, all for only $9.99!!!
