Brother's Pizza

The best pizza I've ever had in Vegas. It was the real deal ... it arrived hot, fresh, and on time for our corporate lunch. Every component of the pizza was baked perfectly and the taste was so good! It's old school, freshly made, authentic pizza... not the fluffy frozen crust, barely cheesed pizzas so many chain places sell.

Believe the reviews don't be like me. I checked in and couldn't get my garlic knots cause it was just gonna be bread according to the server. Me and my friend ordered Strombolis and they were all pepperoni and had like 5 sausages in it lol. The cheese was cold mostly in the middle. Just not a good experience. 10/10 would not recommend.

Very rude lately, blonde hair, doesn't know how first thing about customer service. Never ordering here again. Screws up my pizza, nobody picks up the phone when I called, had to drive back extra, get my pizza cooked again, no apology except for blaming it on grubhub. Pizza stinks, service sux, wouldn't recommend to anybody, place is bad vibes.

Inconsistent with the quality and ingredients. I usually eat here late at night before work. Day time cook is lazy, shrimp are raw.

I would be lying if I gave this place even 1 star. I waited 15 minutes before someone came to my table to greet me. Ordered our meal which took about 45 mins to come out and it was Cold. Why is seafood linguine cold?? It was colder than the salad that came with it I tell no lies and when I notified the staff i was told I could wait 45 minutes for a new order or have my ticket voided. ‍ void me out then smh it actually tasted okay it was just cold. I think black people aren't allowed. There was a party of 23 people and another table of 4 and my table of 2 on the Jin smoking side and we were completely unattended too.

First time ordering and I was NOT disappointed I have enough leftover for a month. Cant wait to go back

Delivery took 2 1/2 hours , 50 + $s, order incorrect, cold pizza,wings and fingers! First time and the last!Wings were plain with no seasoning or sauce even though I paid for garlic lemon sauce and payed for a extra.I was told that their pizza was good but any chance of that was ruined by complete lack of service. They told me my order hadn't been received even though I had been charged for it and received email stating it was received. When I did get my pizza it was 2 1/2 hours later , cold and nasty. I ate 1 slice the rest went into the trash.This was my first and last order from Brothers pizza . On a positive note Ive since order 4 different times a nice hot & ready pizza for a fraction of the cost. 1 of the 4 was delivered in less than 20 minutes, piping hot and tasted better than any of the other chain pizzas.

If I could give 0 stars I would spent $38 for 20 wings for them to come out like this? I use to come here all the time now there more expensive and they give a chicken thumb not a chicken wing. No sauce either btw dry, hard ass chicken thumb.

Ordered 18" 4 topping pizza for delivery by SLICE and paid $40 for them to drop off at 12" pizza. I called immediately and was told they have to get with their IT guy for my refund which is 5 days or I can come pickup which I am not able to which is why I had it set for delivery in the first place!ZERO SOLUTION AND ZERO APOLOGY FOR MAKING THE WRONG PIZZA! No accountability!!

Customer service here is awful. IF you do not have the toppings for an order, DO NOT TAKE THE ORDER! They did not put the correct topping on the pizza and charged for it. Save your money and time and go to another pizza joint. When you pay $20+ Dollars for a 10 inch, three topping pizza you better get the toppings you pay for. Especially when it is a specialty built pizza that charges more.
