6 years ago I assumed by this neon sign, that the place beneath it was the BBQ place. The underwhelming overpriced flatbreads etc = LAS|MKT
Biscuits and gravy with ham and scrambled eggs

The food is sitting out premade for god knows how long. There is no employees your expected to ring yourself up. The sandwhiches are $16-18 with NO sides NO drink...even at an airport this is ridiculous. No wonder no one is ordering from there and gathered around every other option

Hard bread like wood! Missing cheese. Meat and bread was over nuked. Not for human consumption. Health department needs to go out here and shut them down.! -taste the brisket out of the self serve. Let it cool for a bit and you'll be demanding your money back, like I'am now.

My experience at Brookwood in the Las Vegas airport was overwhelmingly positive despite a minor hiccup with payment options. The fully digital setup, where you place your to-go order on a designated counter section and pay via tablet, streamlined the process and made it incredibly convenient. Although I encountered an issue with my pay-by-tap payment options not being accepted, the efficient service and delectable BBQ brisket sandwich more than made up for it. The brisket was impeccably cooked, boasting tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat nestled between soft, fresh bread. Additionally, the menu offered a variety of options including chicken sandwiches and a range of sides, all reasonably priced, ensuring there was something for every palate and budget. Overall, despite the minor payment glitch, it was a satisfying quick dining experience that I would gladly repeat during future travels through the Las Vegas airport.

People are so fussy with airport food. Airport food is airport food, you guys. Sometimes it's worth it to pay a few more bucks for something hot and fresh vs. a cold sandwich with a questionable overdue date.We ordered the Big Un's Sandwich which is the brisket sandwich. It comes with hickory smoked brisket some bbq sauce - brisket and bread. It was okay. It wasn't bad and it wasn't terribly expensive so I didn't feel some sort of way when eating it. Sandwich and side was definitely under $15 bucks. As our side, we chose the mac and cheese which wasn't memorable, but definitely a step up from your regular Kraft mac and cheese.Brookwood Farms BBQ is deceptive - there are 2 counters - one on the far right hand side and one on the far left hand side. The far hand side serves fresh flatbreads, but the sandwich situation are these overpriced pre-made sandwiches. Walk toward the left hand side where the arriving flights are funneled out and you'll find yourself in the made to order BBQ situation.

Not good, overpriced and no human interaction- completely kiosk self serve style. Pulled pork sandwich for $13.99 was dry and no side of BBQ sauce in sight. Was excited about the baked beans and slaw, but the cup was not even half full. Would not recommend eating here.

Well that was a waste of $20. The bottom bun was hard as a rock, the food was ok, but having to take off the bottom part and fold the rest just made more of a mess. Save yourself some grief. I'm h, and the ease is f checkout was cool, but no one to ask for a fresher sandwich or anything. The one person I saw didn't t work for that stand and walked away.

Like other reviewers, I feel that this self-serve kiosk is way overpriced. The $15.50-16.50 sandwiches are small and don't come with any side dish or chips. The baked beans and mac-n-cheese portions don't even fill the cups--mind you, the cups are small to begin with. The sandwiches were on the dry side (what happens when food sits out on warming trays), but at least the brisket did have some smoke flavoring. Seems to me the operation is taking advantage of currently inflated food prices overall. I understand that Brookwood is based in NC--maybe someone from there should re-think this kiosk model.Unfortunately, the food choices in this part of the airport are very limited. An airport serving a worldwide destination should do better! Do yourself a favor and buy food outside of the airport or bring your own.

Pulled pork sandwich had very minimal slaw. The bottom bun was hard from sitting on the heated trau. WAY OVER PRICED FOR QUALITY AND TASTE.
