Starbucks line too long? Always!Head to Brioche by Guy Savoy for cappuccino or a cafe au lait in the morning. Grab a quick chai latte at night. No wait. Easy to use a beverage credit here on the way to breakfast or a show. Located near the entry and casino floor in Caesar's Palace. So convenient.

Brioche by Guy Savoy is a 24/7 coffee and pastries stand by one of the entrances in the Caesars Palace Hotel. I tried the quiche Lorraine ($17), blueberry brioche ($10), & an earl grey hot tea ($8). Prices are a bit steep. I wouldn't say it's worth what you pay but at least it was good. The items are displayed in a cold case and can be heated up by the staff behind the counter. The quiche Lorraine contains bacon, onions, cheese, and I believe potatoes. Flakey crust, delicious filling. 8/10 Blueberry brioche reminds me of a cinnamon roll but instead of being thick unraveled pieces, they have flakey layers. Kind of a hybrid of a cinnamon roll and a croissant. It's also topped with a lemon glaze which is a nice touch. 7/10Earl grey tea was a standard quality tea packet. Can't go wrong with those. 8/10 Overall, all the items were good and it's nice it's 24/7 because anyone can need a snack or caffeinated beverage at any time in the casino.

This place is perfect for grabbing a quick espresso and pastry to get you going in the morning. We had a vanilla latte which was perfectly put together. Then we shared a ham and cheese croissant which was perfectly made. The croissant was flakey and buttery just how you want it. Line moves really fast so don't assume 10 people is too long.

inside the Paris Hotel is this little cafe , The line was long but was worth the wait. if you love french roast coffee, you will love the great taste, my coffee was so smooth and rich.I orderded the Ham & cheese on french baguette it was very good, the bread was soft and not to hard as most baguettes are. the sweet pickles gave it a kick. its very pricey but your inside the Hotel on the strip as prices will definately be high.

This is located right next to Paris hotel front desk, the main entrance with all the valet parking. I just came here to order coffee which was fine. The pastry was not appetizing enough for me to buy any. Plus, it's $7.99 each. They don't look fresh.

Ever wanted to try food from Guy Savoy? The critically acclaimed French Chef with originally 3 Michelin stars? This is your chance at a portion of the price and without the fine dining experience. That said, the food comes from pick up only from a stall lodged near the entrance to Caesars Palace. Nice and expensive and really probably aimed at thought who are desperate for a quick bite and don't know where to find one.Taste: 4/5Ambience: 3/5Service: 3/5Value for Money: 2/5There are breakfast items here and coffee. $15 for a quiche and $15 for a croissant. They taste as they should but not at the price point they are served at.

The broccoli cheddar quiche was delicious. Lots of broccoli instead of just 2-3 florets. The crust was wonderful. Now this is worth the cost since everything in Vegas is so expensive. The latte was carefully prepared and had right amount of foam.

LOVE this place! While in Vegas and staying at Ceasars palace I went there every morning. Got coffee and their nutella muffin basically every day. Their service can be a bit slow depending on the line. And the line can get long but it tells you that they are good! I did have to ask them to make my coffee hotter as it was lukewarm but still worth checking out for sure! When in Vegas this is a perfect little coffee/pastry place for sure!

There are a surprising number of breakfast and pastry options in Caesar's, but I was underwhelmed by the offering at Brioche by Guy Savoy. We ordered an assortment of goodies including a blueberry muffin, cinnamon brioche and ham & cheese croissant. The ham & cheese croissant was pretty tasty, but the other ones were pretty average and a little dry. The little stand/shop is close to the main entrance of the hotel and can be easy to miss unless you are looking for it. The shop looks like it'll be fast because there is such a limited offering, but the line is actually quite slow.

This place might be convenient, considering it is located right next to the main entrance, immediately you step inside. It's a grab and go type of spot, but still significant amount to wait for the sandwich to be served from the cold case. There is no seating area here! I personally don't like this place. As much as I love to like it, I gave a few tries in the past. The breakfast pastries are super mediocre! Last time I needed a quick lunch and decided to get the Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwich ($13.99 + tax + tip)Cashier didn't ask me if I wanted the sandwich warmed up, she just assumed, and automatically put it in the warmer. I didn't think of a big deal about it, thinking it would be fine. Immediately following, I returned to my car, and started eating. I was starving, lol. The croissant was warm and greasy outside, and totally cold and dry inside. I didn't like it. I didn't finish despite my hunger. I won't come back.
