Haven't decided if this place is a legit, going concern business. Many entertainment machines are "out of order". Limited food menu of not very good snack foods. Dreary looking place with employees to match. Somebody flushed a lot of $$$ down the toilet to put this operation together. Something overall fishy about this place.

Bourbon Street is a cool concept with unfortunate execution, leaving the place feeling rather dreary and unappealing. My friend and I decided to stop in for a beer or two before heading out to the strip. We were driving by and thought we'd give it a try. When we approached the door, we had to wait a bit to be "buzzed" in, which we thought was odd but since we aren't from the area, we thought maybe it was normal. Upon entering, we remarked how dark the place felt and noticed that there was only one other customer present- a gentleman who was seated at the gambling machines. Somewhat concerned by the lack of clientele on a weekend night, we decided to check out the menu. The young lady that helped us was very upbeat and made us feel welcome right away. She made some recommendations from the menu and explained to us how their tokens work (getting beer with token purchases or getting tokens with beer purchases). They are cash only which was kind of surprising, but the beer was reasonably priced and the tokens sounded fun so we ordered a couple, got our tokens and started playing the games. They have a decent variety of games ranging from basketball to pool to beer pong to shooters. They are a bit expensive, to be honest, with many costing 6-8 tokens for a single play. This is particularly so given that the tickets earned in the games can merely be redeemed for an assortment of Mardi Gras-like beads. With all of that said, the price we paid for the beer and games we felt was overall reasonable. I also ordered the fried pickles and they were very very unappealing. The batter was far too thick, the pickle within was bland and soggy and the grease was old/clearly used to fry everything as they tasted "meaty". I left them on the counter where I was served (having not seen a trash can) and a lady (not the same one who helped us at the bar) quite rudly asked if I meant to leave them there. It was at this point that we decided to leave. While the couches near the big TVs were nice, I'll also add that the decor was quite odd, which didn't make the place feel comfortable to begin with. Overall this place has great potential as the concept really is a good one. That said, subpar food, odd decor and a mixed bag of employees (some great and some rude) likely points to the reason only one customer was present throughout our time here. Would definitely consider coming back for another try, but for now 3 stars.

2 words: Attitude adjustment!!! I've never been to a bar where the is a drink on the menu and you get pushback when you want a higher end liquor and have already said "I don't care if it's extra". "It's in the computer that way I can't change it"Now I've worked in restaurants and worked the bar, that is not something I have every seen because most people know you make more money that way. Ok continue on... you act like modifying anything in a drink to suite a different taste is a pain in your neck. Then the good is less than school cafeteria grade. Save your money and go elsewhere. And if you wonder why I didn't give them a 1, the games were fun and the couches are comfy.

I was there yesterday evening. Gambled for a couple hours. If you've been to a Bourbon Street lately,(COVID) You will find the employees constantly cleaning and sanitizing... all except this location. As I gambled for a couple hours I saw customers come and go and in those two hours the 2 employees there never cleaned anything! Trash, cigarettes left behind from everyone that left. I guess what's happening on their phone is more important than keeping things clean and SANITIZED... especially with our current situation. Employees care at all the other Bourbons I have visited but not this one! It's clearly the employees on this shiftWhat a shame. I will never go back to this location. If they are not cleaning now, what have/will they do when Covid is no longer a concern

My co-workers and I went to this location for the first time a few weeks ago. I've been to a Bourbon Street before, but they haven't.We all ordered different types of daiquiris throughout the night to try them. They were pretty good.We also ordered food. I ordered the fried pickles and the batter that they used came out really good.Anytime you order drinks or food you get tokens that you can use towards their games. Their games range from 1 token to 6 tokens. And they also have prizes available for your tickets. It really is like a mini version of Dave and Busters, but just for adults. The bar is decked out with lots of pictures and sports banners. There were also female mannequins above and near the bar dressed in lingerie. I'm pretty sure the theme they were going for was like a "man cave" feel to it. I actually ended up liking this bar because it was pretty chill. I would go back there.

This was my 1st visit here. I had 2 beers played some slots at the bar. Won back my money (always a giid thing). So we wanted the catfish po boy (the bread was nice and soft and the catfish was pretty good) and fries. It's a Friday and idk if it's packed or not but they didn't have any fries or lettuce and tomatoes. No bueno! They gave us free tokens and like most casinos my beer was comped. I think I would go back it's a chucke cheeses for adults.

I visit this location fairly regularly. At least once a week sometimes more and this is the third time, and most blatant that I've sat down and played and was not offered a drink. Mind you I drink Coca Cola . No alcohol. I always tip even if I simply just buy something from the counter . If they were busy I would be more than understanding but both the ladies that work tonight walked right past me numerous times and said nothing . I purposely engaged eye contact and acknowledged them politely yet neither offered me a drink . Typically it's the first thing that is asked upon sitting down at other locations. I'm very polite and I've never ever given any reason to expect to be just blatantly ignored . This will be my last time visiting this establishment. Not because I have an issue with the company but simply because i am coming in off a motorcycle in 115+ temps and im thirsty and I would love to be treated as I see everyone else being treated and offered a drink. Which I know for certain is completely standard procedure and etiquette and is part of the duty of the staff. I felt like I was being disregarded intentionally and I can't accept this as being a reaction to anything I have ever done to deserve it. It's disappointing considering this is the closest place to my house and I do like the atmosphere . I just can't accept that I don't get offered a drink while a play which is absolutely industry standard in Vegas at any gaming establishment

Everytime I come here.... they dont have menu ingredients to make their food. I'm currently trying to order food and the bartender is telling me she's about to go in break at 4.( it's 3:49) I would assume u serve guest until your break and beyond your break if required. They don't have Chilli, onions or tomatoes. Last time I was here, they didn't have chicken wings, hamburger buns or onions. I only came back because it's the closest bar to my house and I can drink without driving. The customer service sucks!!!! Everything i ask for is met with "give me a second" when the things I'm asking for should have came with what I ordered. Every game in here is out of order. It's a Sunday at a bar, and the place is empty.... I've never been to a bar on a football Sunday that was empty. Says alot about the establishment and what others have experienced. I asked for a water and was poured water right out of the hand washing sink. This is epic disappointment. I asked for xtra cheese on my dry nachos. When I asked whats taking so long, the bartender blamed her coworkers and not herself. While She argued about who's fault it was, I sat and went without cheese. I dont care who fault it is... i just want some cheese smh...I ordered gumbo(that only has to be microwaved) and it took 20 mins... I had to get up and ask for it and a different bartender grabbed it out the microwave that It had obviously been sitting in for a while. I asked why it took so long and everyone was defensive instead of giving me an apology. This is consistently the worse bar I attend
