Bourbon Street Bar

Nice place to come and watch the game. They have pool, barstools and couches to enjoy watching the game on multiple tv's. Affordable prices on beer. I had to look on the website for their menu and prices. Food is not great but nothing seems to be over $7.

Great spot to socialize and enjoy expensive drinks. 2 pool tables. A bunch of table games at the bar. Folks playing almost all of them. There's arcade games. And a good time. Lots of eye candy.

Worst business model I have ever witnessed. One bartender and one cook to serve 80 thirsty and hungry customers. It's not the employees fault! You've got to look at management on this one. I've never witnessed a company miss so much revenue due to lack of management. I want another cocktail and buy some food, but I don't want to wait 30 minutes for a cocktail and who knows how long for food.Employees working as fast as humanly possible. The owners of this place need to watch a few Bar Rescue episodes. Jon Taffer would be screaming at the managers here. Adios, maybe I'll be back when it's less busy.

Came here to play games and have drinks..... GAMES DONT WORK & haven't worked in the last THREE YEARS. No signage, no warning, nothing to let guests know. There's literally an area to redeem your tickets full of prizes for DECORATION.

What a cool place! Its huge, with lots of cool wall decorations - anywhere you look you're going to see something interesting! Its like a Dave & Busters or one of those restaurant / bar / gaming places. Great pitstop before heading to the strip from our friend's place. Would be a fun date night spot.

This review is about the establishment, not the front of house staff. Bartenders are doing all of the cooking, cleaning, bussing, running, and pouring. As a bartender myself, it's disgusting how the owners treat their workers. I was in and when it got busy, the TWO people, and most of the times one, fell behind. It turns out that the company who owns Bourbon Street (Dotty's casinos) purposefully calls the bartenders "clerks" opposed to bartenders on their paperwork to avoid unionization. The workers live on tips and don't even get them even with a rare jackpot. This is a gross business model

If I could give it a negative I would.ALL of the games were out of order, when asking for the pool sticks to play pool they said they didn't have them. Food was basic, drinks were ok. Place was clean but there was a stale smell. And the customer service could have been a bit better.

I like the Bourbon Street brand and have had mostly positive experiences at various locales. This one was a Bizarro world experience. I sat at the bar to enjoy some video poker. The female bartender offered me a drink, and I ordered a frozen drink from the wall 'o daiquiris. I could see her trying to pour it from the machine, and she used a straw to scrape the spout to get it flowing. She then served the straw to me in the drink! I was watching this while thinking, she's not going to give me that straw she just manhandled! But she did, which I very humorously commented on when presented with it. Her excuse was (isn't there always an excuse) it gets stuck in the machine. Whatever, you still don't give a customer a straw you just used as a tool! I'd rather not return after that experience, and there are many other Bourbon Streets to choose from. On a positive note, this one has Skee-Ball.

I drive for Lyft and stop by for a break from driving, usually get a hotdog or chicken wings for dinner, sodas are a dollar and they have the Cleanest Restrooms in Las Vegas

Went here to watch some games, hockey and football, with my date. He recommended it. We got there and wanted to order some food. The bartender told us that the deep fryer was down and that ALL the food was bad . She did not recommend one single item on the menu! We had her put the game on for us but she forgot to put the sound on. All of the arcade games where off. Only plus was the couch to sit on while watching the game.
