We have been here a few times and absolutely LOVE Bouncy World! The kids have soo many different activities to keep them entertained! Today we tried some of the gluten free options (my neice is celiac) so we were pleasantly surprised that it was even an option!!!! The gluten free pizza and fries were perfect! The server Taliyah even made sure to cook all our gluten free options BEFORE the regular items to ensure there was no cross contamination! Their attention to detail is much appreciated!Us mommies also indulged in a couple adult beverages while the kids were playing! Lots of drinks to choose from and such a great option to have! The service is EXCEPTIONAL! The food was great, (mozzarella sticks were one of my favorites-big flavorful sticks!) pizzas all came out super hot and fresh with generous amounts of toppings! There are constantly staff walking around ensuring kids safety as well as maintaining trash and keeping the place nice and clean! I can't express how great the service was! I even met the owner and he was all hands on throughout the entire facility! I love to see owners being involved like that! Everyone was soo kind and helpful and we can't wait to come back next weekend to celebrate my nieces 5th birthday! Great job Bouncy World!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Water and restrooms. Been to a lot of these kids play places. Everyone requires socks. No biggie. Except in the restroom. My nice, clean socks... pee on the ground in the restroom - other place provide some basic slides or crocs by the restroom so you don't get wet socks... so my husband grabs his shoes. Carries them to the restroom. Uses them, then removes them before walking on the carpet to put them away. The manager lectures him like he's a child. And kept talking. And kept talking. And kept talking. The whole time he walked to put his shoes away, and back in. Like grandma lecturing her grandson because he walked in the house with muddy shoes. Watched her do this during our time to other parents. Talked the same way to her employees. Not a very good humble leader or kind manager. Water containers. You must keep them outside the gate and ask permission to step out to get water. Every. Single. Time. X 3 kids... awesome. Why? I get that I shouldn't bring fast food and an outside soda in, but water? This is a place for kids to get their wiggles out and get sweaty. As if the gym told you, no water. Rules should make sense for both the business and the customer. These 2 rules don't make sense. And bedside manner of the manager is not one trained in customer service. Ohh and how funny was it that customer sat on the massage chairs and the chair alarms if you don't immediately pay. Now that is petty... Oh and there is a microphone... if she doesn't like something the kids are doing... she uses the microphone over the loudspeaker to announce what the kid is doing wrong... what an ingenious way to berate kids playing. I've never seen that happen over a loudspeaker. I have watched employees at other places.. " don't run, slide down the slide correctly," that's normal. I'm not used to hearing, "You must cross your arms and legs going down the slide... you can not throw the balls. " it's a play place. Aren't the balls there to play with? It's okay. I pointed out all the things other kids got in trouble for to prevent my kids from playing "incorrectly".Would have planned a birthday here, but I can't imagine inviting people for them to be treated this way.

Walked in to an older lady working the front desk being disrespected by the staff in the kitchen area on their walkie talkies. The teenagers working here had looks on their faces that this wasn't a good place to work. The furniture is fixed with duct tape. The bouncy house had a thick layer of dust on the top. Also seen a picture of someone's kid getting a rash a couple months ago on here. I believe it. Probably should avoid this place.

We went here using the pogo pass so we got in for free. But it is usually $18 per person to bounce all day.Overall, it was a fun experience for my kids, 5 and 2 years old. There was a toddler section so it is safer for little kids. There is also a rock climbing wall. They both had a lot of fun.It was clean and parking was easy. You have to wear socks to go into the play area so make sure you also have some--it also applies to grown ups. The staff are a little snippy, but I totally understand that they must get tired of dealing with kids and parents all day not following the rules. The main thing to know is that you cannot bring any outside food or drinks into the play area. This includes water bottles. If there is a toddler that is 2 and under, you can bring a sippy cup for them to drink, but you or any other older kids cannot drink from it. You have to walk outside the gate to drink and then walk back inside. This got a little troublesome because my sons drink a lot of water so they both had to walk out every 15-20 min for a water break because they played so hard! Even with the closed sippy cup.But they do let you sit on the floor in the lobby and there are a few chairs, where you can eat your snacks and drinks. They sell food there, which is probably why they don't allow you to bring your own because they want you to buy their food. But inside, there are tons of tables to eat and drink. Ample seating for grown ups to sit and do work too.

This place is really fun for kids, however, there are some policies that I do not appreciate or understand. They do not allow outside beverages, which includes water bottles. Every time that we have came has been for birthday party. They have cups with water, however, they limit the amount of cups. I really do not appreciate that my kids cannot have their own water after running around. With that being said, they have a lot of things for kids to do and my kids always have a blast. They have a climbing wall, jump houses and a fun looking area with slides. I recommend this place, but the water bottle rule really puts me off of this place.

I have been to many indoor playgrounds in town but Bouncy World puts the others to shame. The first thing one notices about Boucy World is how clean it is. It is not full of sticky handles or questionable ball pits. It also has lots of activities for kids of any age, including a basketball hoop and gaming section. Additionally, with only one way in and out you can make sure your children are safe. Spend the day here! Enjoy the food at the snack bar, the prices are amazingly reasonable and include adult beverages. All day admission price (with in and out privileges) is only $15. If you have another babe under 2 they get in free with a paid admission. Wristbands are required for anyone wanting to get on the playgrounds or in the bounce house. Lockers are available for $2 otherwise you can utilize the cubby's in the front. See my pictures for current deals as of 3/2/24. Party's start at $495 - rooms are large and include a bounce house inside them and food! I know where my next party is going to be.

Stay away from this place. Absolute rip off. They are charging $2 for an empty paper cup to get your drink. Extremely expensive food too. Just basic quality. Not worth the money.
