Wonderful dining experience on Valentine's Day. Thomas Keller continues to be a class act. It was a prix fixe menu. Great items all around - we started with the lobster and steak tartare, both had the chicken with truffles, and finished with the chocolate mousse (heart shaped!) and mille crepes with pistachio cream. Appreciated the little extras that weren't on the menu - the potato/caviar amuse bouche, the bread and pistachios, the palate cleanser and the macarons and strawberries. Location is lovely but in an odd part of the Venetian - go to the front desk and take the elevators on the right.

Summary: Classic French bistro with excellent Steak Frites and cheese selections, though service needs attention. Located in the Venetian Tower. My wife and I went here for dinner at 6pm on a Saturday evening. The dining room was less than half full, yet it took a bit to be greeted by our server after being seated. The cheese plate was beautifully presented with a nice variety of textures and flavors, accompanied by honey, fruit, and toasted bread. The Steak Frites was expertly prepared - medium as requested with a flavorful crust and perfectly crispy fries.Throughout the meal, service remained surprisingly sparse. We had to flag down staff for drinks despite the restaurant's upscale positioning and moderate crowd level. While the food quality lives up to the Thomas Keller reputation, the service experience didn't match the price point.

The Bouchon is a French bistro hidden on the 10th floor of Venetian. You need to take a special elevator that is behind the check in area at the Venetian. The restaurant has great architecture with expansive views of the Strip. A very romantic setting to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or Valentines Day.They are open for dinner daily and have a weekend Brunch on Friday thru Sunday. Service is fast with the staff giving you enough time to read the menu but not leave you waiting too long.We had a great meal starting with French bread and a green salad with goat cheese. Followed by French onion soup and Butter Squash soup very warm and tasty.. The for our main course we had the rack of lamb and salmon. Both were very good and satisfying. No room for dessert this time.

Bouchon at the Venetian is located on the 10th floor, you gotta take the elevator up there. It's a fine dining restaurant that makes it very pricey and has good quality food. Had the Beef Bourguignon which was very tender but also not that deep in flavorOverall vibes were great and service was nice, but idk its Vegas man, has different vibesCan't complain about the food other than the price but its on the strip so def gonna take a hit on the wallet unless u got it paid by the company

I had high expectations after reading positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not align with the hype. When spending $50+ per person for brunch, I believe the service should reflect that price point, but unfortunately, it fell short. I visited with a group who doesn't speak English fluently, and while I understand this can sometimes make ordering challenging, the waiter seemed impatient and visibly frustrated, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As for the food, it was underwhelming. The steak, hash which was the special of the day, was excessively salty--so much so that we could only manage a few bites. The redeeming qualities of the meal were the onion soup, which was flavorful, and the crab benedict, which was well-prepared.Given the overall experience, I don't think I'll return. There are plenty of other brunch options, both on and off the strip, that offer better food, superior service, and a more reasonable price. Not to sound like a Karen but I would strongly encourage management to reflect on their values and ensure all guests are treated with the respect... Vegas is known to attract high rollers, south east asians falling into this list...it should not matter what language you speak or how you are dressed, I'd like en enjoyable meal atleast. I say this with the hopes this gets discussed but no punishment is dealt out as this isn't a one person fault

We visited for the prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner and were thoroughly impressed with the top-notch service and flavorful dishes. For appetizers, we chose the "Tartare de Betteraves" and "Gâteau au Confit de Canard." The duck confit was beautifully presented and tasted delightful. For our entrées, we had the "Dinde Rôtie" and "Bœf Bourguignon." Both the turkey and steak were tender and cooked to perfection. We concluded our meal on a sweet note with the "Trio de Tartes" and "K+M Chocolate Gateau." As a big fan of Bouchon's tarts, I truly enjoyed the dessert, and the chocolate cake was perfectly layered. The service and atmosphere were amazing.

A night full of laughs, amazing drinks and top notch food. Shout to the lovely staff and our server Deion for giving us above and beyond service. Interior is reminiscent of a classic French vibe for a nice relaxed dinner. The seafood tasted like it was practically plucked right out of the ocean. Alaskan king crab was to die for. Oysters featured a west coast and east coast options which were also amazing. Shrimp and lobster were fantastic too. The beef bourguignon was cooked till perfection with a great tenderness to it. The waygu steak had to make me pause for a second too. The entire night was filled with fun moments and sharing them over food is the best thing I could ask for. If you want quality food with quality service this restaurant is a good place to start. Thank you again!

Bouchon, located in the Venetian Hotel, exceeded our expectations with excellent service, a warm and inviting ambiance, and absolutely amazing food.We ordered the Crab Benedict and the Assortiment de Pâtisseries (a delightful assortment of cookies and muffins). To start, we were served complimentary bread with butter, which was simply divine. The butter spread effortlessly on the fresh bread, making for a perfect beginning to our meal. The Crab Benedict was a standout--perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. We shared it, and it was more than satisfying. As for the pâtisseries, we brought them home, and they were an absolute hit with the kids--they couldn't get enough! We're already looking forward to returning and trying more items on their menu.

I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical about trying Bouchon since I'm not a very adventurous eater. However, a couple we were dining with had been here before and highly recommended it--so I gave it a shot.I was pleasantly surprised! Even as someone who prefers all of her food cooked and sticks to pretty plain dishes, I found plenty of great options on the menu. At the same time, the more adventurous eaters in our group were thrilled with their choices--some of which I would personally consider unusual (or even gross!).The meal started off on a high note with the delicious bread service, and my short rib entree was absolutely fantastic--tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My husband absolutely loved his chicken. And the dessert? Divine. Every bite exceeded my expectations, and I'm so glad I gave this place a try.I hope to dine here again one day!

To start, the restaurant is gorgeous and the service was super quick and nice. There was no waiting and the servers came by frequently. The pastries were so delicious and we took some home. All of the food was tasty from the truffle fries to the chicken and waffles. I want to go back every time I go to Vegas.
