For a quick breakfast, i enjoyed my breakfast here. The Boss Cafe is towards the back of the Linq hotel. There's not very many tables in the area answer didn't have a place to eat there. We had to ask for the breakfast sandwich to be wrapped up and we walked by the other restaurant he has towards the linq promenade entrance and ate at the available tables there.I ordered the breakfast platter. I really enjoyed the pesto and spicy peppers with eggs and potato. There was also a small slice of foccacia and sausage patty (or you can choose bacon). My partner ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and I gave him my sausage patty. He also enjoyed his sandwich as a quick eat.

The boss Café can be found in the back of the LinQ hotel, near the rideshare area. As we come out of the elevators, the boss café is right in front.Went out early in search of coffee, and after taking a look at that the pastry counter, I decided to give the boss Café a try. Ordered the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, a cinnamon bun, and a medium coffee. The egg & sausage breakfast sandwich came out quick and is a large sandwich. Fluffy scrambled eggs stacked on top of a sausage patty, and there is a herb Provence aïoli on the bun. It was really good! The cinnamon bun as either overcooked or on the old side, as it was tough and chewy. While the coffee was hot, I did not like the flavor. Do not know what brand they use, but it was pretty bitterAll at all, a great visit, and I recommend The boss cafe for breakfast.

I'm the biggest boss that you met thus far.-ricky ross. iykyk. Now that I've sung some of my personal theme song for y'all, I will now tell you about my experience at The Boss Cafe within The Linq Hotel. If you remember Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro is the mastermind behind the whole foodie Boss line littered throughout Vegas. They got his famous pizzas, his famous cakes (the rainbow is obvi the star stunna) and his not-so-famous-that-he's-trying-to-make-famous Jersey roast beef.Along with the cafe, the Boss Vending Machine is pretty dope, too! Great options but usually just one option if you're lucky late at night. I've seen it completely sold out, as well! But goodness, that vending machine pizza hits the right spot at 3am in Vegas. It feels weird, but it's actually good. Promise.Boss-boss-boss, boss-boob-boss~

Located at the LINQ hotel, a little past the district 2 elevators. I ordered the egg sausage sandwich and hash brown. The egg sausage sandwich had a buttery sauce which had great flavor! They ran out of hash brown so they gave me a refund. I thought the wait was too long and everyone who ordered after me got their food first. Kind of expensive, they charged $3 for just a cup of hot water.

I decided to try the Boss Cafe inside the Linq because it was close and convenient. The Cafe was small but had plenty of tables available. They had some classic music playing just loud enough to hear it but not so loud you couldn't talk. The staff was friendly and professional.I've seen Buddy's TV shows and have always thought his food looked good. I ordered the Peppe which is crispy pepperoni slices on focaccia bread. The sauce was a little salty but I think that was due to the amount of parmesan cheese. Overall the pizza had some good spice to it and would definitely be something I would order again if I was staying at the Linq.

Ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich. Very plain and simple, priced relatively accordingly for Las Vegas. It was sufficient to start my morning and the service was really quick from getting in line to paying and getting my order. Lots of spacing onsite or you can take it to go as well.

Our first time here and we were very impressed. The pizza and sandwiches are amazing. The mozzarella is fricking fresh and really good. I really enjoyed the roast beef. The service was not bad. It's a counter order. No server. Good vibe.

Was in need of a quick breakfast before heading out to a festival on a strip. I decided to go here as I was staying at the Linq. I got the BACON, EGG, AND CHEESE. It was pretty good! Minus a star cause I was hoping to try the breakfast pizza but they already had sold out at around 9 am on a Sunday. It must be that good or popular. The employees are such patient workers. They had to deal with a lot of angry costumers and I applaud that. Since it's in a busy hotel, Seats may be limited!Pro tip- don't bother buying pizza from vending machine it's about 15 dollars and it comes out cold....

Food 3/5Service 5/5Ambiance 5/5 This pizza would taste so much better if it's fresh. They make it ahead of time and warm it up in the oven when ordered. The flavor of the pizza was average. It has a good ratio of crust, sauce, and cheese.
