Bobby's Burgers by Bobby Flay

Grabbed lunch from here before heading out to the convention. I ordered the chicken sandwich and onion rings. The place is at a food court and there is a wait for the food. Seems to be cook to order so food is freshly cooked.The fried chicken sandwich was delicious. Onion rings were equally as good. Food was a little pricey, but it was convenient since it was in our hotel.

The only reason why my girlfriend and I came here was for the sentimental aspect for our anniversary as this was where we had our first date. I'd like to start off by saying that the cashier should be ashamed of herself for proudly relaying such disgusting attitude throughout our visit. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. From the get go, the tone was set by her unwelcoming grumpy vibe and trying to rush our order when it's not even busy in the place. I still tipped her because maybe she's having a bad day. Who knows. Once the food arrived "which was mediocre" I noticed that there was no sauce with my onion rings and I went back to ask her for some. Before even finishing my sentence she cuts me off and bickers at me to go ask the cooks for the sauce in the same nasty tone. At this point my girlfriend and I are officially fed up with this cashier and my girlfriend decides to express how she felt while I find a manager. My girlfriend asks the cashier if she's having a bad day and tells her that she doesn't appreciate the way we're being treated and all the cashier had to say was that she's actually having a "fabulous day" and her actions weren't wrong but she can "pretend to be sensitive for us". Then proceeded to tell her that she has another customer waiting in line. No apology from this woman and she genuinely thinks her actions are justified which is what led me to write this review. Meanwhile I finally found a manager who was polite but didn't really do much for us to enhance the situation. All she did was basically nod her head and apologize. I normally don't mind people who lack customer service but given the circumstances I really hope this cashier learns hers lesson. Aside from the experience the food wasn't the best and I really threw my money down the drain. P.S the name on the receipt says Deserie G. I love Bobby Flay. So I wanted to love this place. Sadly, I did not. I had a crunchbuger and onion rings. The burger barely had any Bobby sauce so it was dry af. The meat was over salted. The onion rings would have been great, but they were also overly salted. I ate all of the onion rings and less than half of the burger.My hubby had the palace classic burger and fries. He said they were okay.We paid $52 for two burgers and two sides, all highly average. I should have checked the reviews before I came. I just assumed it would be good.

Came to Vegas on vacation and we were so excited to try the new Celebrity Food Hall at Caesars Palace. I ordered the Crunch burger and fries. It was somewhat expensive but I don't mind it if the food is tasty. I was not impressed at all. It tasted like an overcook frozen burger. The fries were salty and overcooked as well. I get that it's fast food but I would think with Bobby's name on it, it would be more like five guys and or fatburger. Very disappointed.

Bobby Flay's burgers.Never disappoints. Perfect for a late night meal or a casual lunch. I went to the location located in Paris hotel. I've been here before and it's always amazing. This time I explored a little bit more of the menu. Of course I had to start with a crunch burger , classic perfect backyard cheeseburger will always order this!  Ventured out of the comfort zone and tried the breakfast burrito. It was tasty the eggs were fluffy avocado fresh. It however wasn't really my taste, not really into a whole wheat tortilla. Also ordered the onion rings and sweet potato fries delicious as always. Ended up coming back again for around two!!  I wasn't super satisfied with the burrito and wanted another crunch burger! I explored the milkshake menu as well.  Went with two different options the dark chocolate, and the pistachio can't go wrong with either!! The dark chocolate was rich and creamy. The pistachio was delicious. It didn't taste artificial at all. It tasted like real pistachio ice cream. I would definitely come back for this sweet treat!

Order was all wrong. Food was decent but underwhelming. The sauces are sickeningly sweet. Sweet potato fries were prepared correctly. Milkshake was underwhelming and sickeningly sweet with absolutely no flavor. Don't recommend- too many other burger places to try.

In vacation in Vegas. Stopped to get a quick bite to eat and chose Bobby's. The lines moves fairly quickly. The staff was nice. I chose the Crunch Burger with fires. The fries were definitely on point!! The burger was just like any other burger that you would get at whataburger.If I need something fast and no other options I would come back.

It's definitely not the best burger you can have on the strip but it's right there for a quick breakfast bite before a long morning road trip. The breakfast burger was just okay. Nothing special about it. Not even memorable. The pistachio shake was okay. Overall it's just an okay meal and it can be quite pricey for the quality of the foodSeating is minimal. It's just a few tables off the side.

I'm not sure if a burger has ever personally offended me before, but here we are.I took my first bite and thought, Okay, this is fine. Not great, not terrible--just about what I'd make at home if I really put in a C+ effort. The fries, however, had never even been introduced to salt. Like, not even a casual handshake. But you know what really got me? The price.After waiting almost an hour (which, okay, it was a conference rush, and they clearly weren't ready for it), I was finally blessed with my $33 meal. Thirty-three dollars for a burger, fries, and a soda. At a counter service restaurant. That's right--no servers, no table service, just me fetching my own tray like I was back in a high school cafeteria--and yet, when they swiped my card, they had the audacity to ask for a massive tip. FOR WHAT SERVICE?? Did the kiosk feel emotionally supported by my order?And as a bonus, because this fine dining establishment is inside the casino, I got to enjoy my overpriced, under-seasoned meal while marinating in secondhand smoke. Love that for me. The vibe was a mix of expensive sadness and mild suffocation.Look, if you're in Vegas and actually want a good burger, just walk outside to the LINQ Promenade and hit In-N-Out. You'll get a better burger, better fries, and spend less than half of what Bobby's is charging for a meal that tastes like regret and upcharges. And when I tell you In-N-Out fries being better should say a lot? It should say A LOT.Bottom line? Unless you just love overpaying for mediocrity while breathing in a Vegas casino's finest nicotine cloud, save your money. Eat literally anywhere else.

We ordered the Brunch Burger, the bacon cheese fries, and the regular cheese fries. The Brunch Burger was really good! I enjoyed the special Bobby's sauce, though I thought it would be spicier since it seems like that is Bobby Flay's style. The ranch was good as well. The bacon cheese fries had a generous amount of bacon, they did not skimp on that at all, and there was a lot of cheese on both orders. The cheese fries were actually quite salty, even the one without bacon on it. The portions here were nicely sized as well. I would say the prices are high for what you get, that's common for the area.We ordered delivery from here while we were at the Caesar's Palace Sportsbook, so I can't say anything about the ambiance of the restaurant or the actual service while inside. An employee did deliver it to us, and it did take around 40 minutes or so.
