This incredible woman-owned local business creates the best charcuterie boards in Las Vegas! This is our third board from her, and each one has been outstanding. In November, I forgot my anniversary, and she graciously made a small board for me the same day.The quality of the meats and cheeses is superb, the fruit is always fresh, and the rosemary crackers and honeycomb are delightful touches. For vegans, she also offers beautifully crafted fruit trays. This isn't your average grocery store board--this is custom perfection!

As a business owner, myself, keeping consistent posted business hours is of paramount importance. So is answering the phone during regular hours. Not all independent businesses have multiple lines to be able to answer every call, so it's important to change outgoing messages, and to post in social media accounts to alert customers to early closures or gap days. It's also easy to adjust one's own website to reflect different hours if making a change on Yelp or Google is too much of an undertaking. On Friday afternoon I drove thirty minutes to Henderson to buy some charcuterie for a small gathering that evening. I dialed their phone number, but got an outgoing message instead of an answer. The message indicates that they were busy and I could leave a callback number, so I checked google and yelp which both listed business hours as being open to 3. Their website still lists their hours as open until 4, but I figured best err on the side of caution --aiming to arrive an hour early (2pm). Traffic delayed me, but I still arrived half an hour before posted Yelp and Google hours and nearly 90 minutes sooner than the posted hours on the website. The shop was closed at 2:35 even though the hours on the shop door stated a 3PM closing time, so I dialed the phone number on the door and finally got through to who I assume was the shop owner. They explained that they had closed early for a catering gig. This implies advance knowledge that they would be closed early on Friday, but there was no indication on their outgoing voicemail, no indication on their social media, and the hours on their website are different from the hours posted on their front door. Also note that there was no apology when I told them how far I had driven to patronize their business. It takes about two minutes for a business owner to adjust single day hours on a Google listing. It's even faster to make an IG post saying, "Sorry but we'll be closing early on ______" Suffice to say that this did not get adjusted by this business in this case. Business owners can run their operation however they want, but not posting about early closures is simple to do --especially if you have insuffucient staff to answer your business phone line during posted hours. It is the lowest bar of professionalism. Maybe they're doing so well they can afford the bad feedback. I hope so, because this is definitely bad feedback. Luckily I was able to drive over to Curds & Whey where the wonderful ladies there helped me assemble an assortment of meats and cheeses that were a big hit with my guests. No thanks, of course, to Board and Graze.

Bad business practices and horrible customer service! I wish I could share feedback on the quality and taste of their boards. Unfortunately however my poor experience was limited. I found them on Yelp! rated very highly and thought one of their extravagant grazing boards would be a great option for a dinner party on Saturday. I called them on a Monday twice and my calls were answered by a fax machine (which btw it's 2024, who still uses fax machines?). I tried again on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and twice on Friday. I also tried to send an inquiry through their website. However the interface sends you to "toasttab" and it crashed on me when I tried to place the order online. In my desperation I drove 45 minutes to their location, which both their Yelp page and website listed as open at 11 am on Saturdays (the morning of my dinner party) only to find they changed their business hours and weren't even open! (Would've been nice if they answered their phone, updated their website or Yelp page before driving 45 min to learn they're not open!). Needless to say I'm furious and frustrated. I would not recommend you use them. What a horrible experience! To the business owner: Do better!

I was so behind on holiday gifts and was trying to find something for my coworkers that they'd all enjoy. I found this business in my search and was so sad they were located in Henderson (a not-so-fun 30 min drive from me). I then realized they deliver!! and placed an online order (SUPER easy and convenient by the way) for 8 of the smaller "new year" boxes on the afternoon of Jan 2nd. All 8 of these beautiful charcuterie boxes arrived EXACTLY on time to the front door of my home on Jan 3rd at 430pm as requested. Every one of them was beautifully put together and came with meat, cheese, fruit, honey, jam, nuts, festive decorations, and even little bamboo tongs to eat with! I would absolutely recommend this business if you're looking for a gift or something to add at a party. They were incredibly professional and unreasonably amazing with the quality and quickness of my order. I will definitely use them again :)

I spent $200 on a Halloween board and honestly, it was not worth it at all, it was not the same size that I paid for in addition I did not feel like the cheese and meat or anything.Gourmet quality will not go back there. I felt like it was a rip off. I also wanna say I was highly disappointed because I was willing to pay the extra amount of money to support a local business, but I can't support a local business if it's not providing something worth an overpriced product.

Board and graze was great. Quality of meats and cheeses was good. Board was fresh. Only issue was they have weird hours and not open on Saturday. I also wish they had more samples and inventory in the front of the store. You basically look at a binder to choose your board and items.

Could not even make an order. Went there on Wednesday at 10:00am, posted time of opening online and on their door. No one was there! Waited 15 minutes parked outside the door, called and got a buzzing fax sound. Waited another 10 minutes still no one showed up. Very disappointing. Calls should be forwarded to owner or manager so if there is a problem clients could find out.
