Bluebei is one of my favorite sushi spots in Vegas. I feel like they hit all the high marks on quality by NOT trying to be another AYCE restaurant. Great happy hour and incredible bento boxes! I've tried at least a dozen other bento boxes in the valley and none come close to the presentation and freshness of the items. Aside from their bentos, I love the karage chicken app, agedashi tofu, and the salmon sashimi is top notch!!!And the staff is always very friendly!

BIG PLUS = OPEN ON NEW YEARS DAY!!!!Again, super clean. Super friendly. Only reason for the 4 stars is that they are cutting the fish really thin. I need a little thicker slice of fish on my rolls and sashimi.

I had the worst service from the owner. I arrived and I was not sure what the name of the shrimp dish was. However, I asked the waiter about shrimp that appeared to look similar to the picture. The waiter said NP and explained the dish you referring to is on the happy hour. So I ordered and I said I would take the shrimp we discussed on the happy hour menu and he brought out the one from the pic instead of the one at the happy hour, it was a small error and misunderstanding, not a big deal. However, I told him to take it back and he said he could not because he would get into trouble. I was in shock the waiter said I understand it was a mistake but if I touch the plate I can get in trouble, ma'am. He brought the owner over to me he literally screamed loudly saying what was wrong with the food why is there a problem? I explained it was a misunderstanding and asked Him to stop yelling at me and embarrassing me over an $18 plate. I made clear in a low tone I was not paying for a mistake, this was not what I wanted. I looked over a the waiter he had to be 19 or 20 afraid he was going to lose his job. The waiter says sir it was a mistake. at this point, I just didn't want him to lose his job, so I said it was my mistake however sent it back so this guy wouldn't lose his job behind the $18 roll. The owner says It's your fault we are going to lose money. THE OWNER SAYS TAKE THE FOOD AND NEVER COME BACK WE LOSE MONEY FOR YOUR MISTAKE, very loudly in front of the other guests. People were shocked.The guy next to me along with his wife and children says I am not coming back here the customer should be right, he should never talk to you like that over a small mistake.For this, I do not recommend experiencing this horrible treatment by the owner. It was an $18 loss that the employee made smh. I would rather be thrown out than this guy lose his job. He will lose a lot more than $18 no one wants to deal with that bad attitude for a simple mistake. God will make certain of that.I have a video to prove this I will try and load it so you can hear this evil owner!!

We had dinner reservations for 6:30pm on a Thursday. There was a short line and I was glad I made it reservations. We ordered mostly from the happy hour menu. We were happy with everything we ordered. The nigiri was fresh. Soft shell crab and shrimp tempura were very good. Triple roll was also good. The tarantula roll was from the regular menu. There is no dessert on the happy hour menu so we all ordered those from the regular menu - the matcha crème brûlée was amazing ! The chocolate lava cake was delicious too. Our server was attentive and checked on us regularly. No issue noted. Big plus is that happy hour is from 3-9:30pm. Lots of options on the happy hour menu and prices are reasonable. Ambiance - restaurant space is just right; slightly dim (needed to tune in the light on my phone to read the menu); the place was about 3/4 full and it was not too noisy. Highly suggest making reservations. As of now, the only option is by calling - I am hoping they offer the option to do it online. Located in a complex - Lots of parking Definitely coming back here.

I love this local sushi spot! The restaurant is real nice and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is great with music playing. I always get their Lychee Martini and a variation of sushi. So far everything we tried is so good here!

I have dined here twice and they have some of the best tempura I have ever had! It's very crispy and not too doughy, which makes it perfect. They also have great lunch specials for their sashimi and their dessert is delicious as well. While it's a little far from my place, I think the drive is worth it!

Great menu with a very generous happy hour menu that starts at 3pm every day! I love all the different specialty rolls and I also noticed they didn't over do it on the rice for the rolls. Some places skimp out and add more rice. This place does not! Service was great and very attentive. I would highly recommend this place even during lunch. They have a great lunch menu as well

The food here is okay it's not the best sushi in the world you would definitely enjoy it it's definitely not the freshest seafood being that we are in Vegas that's probably falling out a week in advance and got up and kept in a refrigerator so it does have a freezer taste the sushi is way over price for what they're offering and some of the stuff that says wagu is definitely not wagu
