Greeted by Maddie she was fun and very informative. Love this store because they promote other vendors like themselves a mom & pop business which is awesome! All kinds of finds big and small and some hand made. Come and see so much to find.

The employees were not friendly or professional. Also, it's sad to see local businesses not trying to keep their community safe by wearing masks and encouraging their costumers to follow mask mandates. It's a cute boutique though.

My low star rating has NOTHING to do with the store or the employees but entirely has to do with the paint product. The paint does not look good. For the price point I was expecting more and was completely disappointed. I first tried to use my paint sprayer on some chairs and even with a correct mix or water and paint, the sprayer spit the paint instead of it coming out in a nice spray. I've used this sprayer before with fantastic results too. I decided to try a different approach next and applied with a paint brush on the table I was painting and it came out worse! 3 coats and still it wouldn't cover some spots. Streaky too. The clerk at the store was wonderful and the store is beautiful but the paint in a big no from me. To be fair this could completely be my fault but I'm not a novice at painting and feel I used the paint as the directions told.

This is a cute place and they sell Annie Sloan paint. I took a class that was fun and informative. They helped me learn how to paint my furniture.

Return policy is terrible. Buyer beware there is no flexibility...I loved the store before but I bought a bit too much paint and they won't refund this super expensive paint. Not great service. Product is good but pricey and policies are not customer oriented at all. Very disappointing. You can get good products and sadly much better service at even Target. Shop local but the local store better be customer oriented or forget it. Gave two stars for products carried but after the huge markup and poor service, shop elsewhere.

Love everything about this boutique/workshop. Staff is very knowledgeable and they really went out of their way to help. Even called me the next day to follow up. And it's such a pretty shop to wander through.

A wonderful place! Bridget was super nice and helpful when purchasing paint. Their selection is amazing with wonderful options of furniture and accessories to choose from. I'm a fan and will definitely be back!!

Came in to this store and told them exactly what I needed. They gave me wrong item and when I went back they refused to exchange it. They made mistake and tried to blame me.

I love this store! Their new location in the District is very convenient.I love to support local small businesses and visiting this store puts a smile on my face and makes me happy. They carry so many cute home decor things, paints and even clothes that it always takes me several rounds in the store to discover everything. Sometimes I just visit the store to get inspired to work on my own projects, or get some decorating ideas for my own home. The staff is also very friendly. They have a great social media account as well. During 2020 they have become very creative with Facebook live auctions and 'distance shopping'. Bloom is a wonderful addition to our Henderson community!

I have been wanting to update a couple bathrooms in my home but never considered doing it myself until I was introduced to Bloom's thru a neighbor and wow! Lisa was working on a Saturday afternoon and was a wealth of information - so patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable of the chalk painting process.I signed up for the cabinet class that was being held at Charleston location with Bridget - not sure I would have had the courage to attempt cabinets without her guidance and hands on training. So glad i made the minimal investment to turn my oak cabinets that have turned orange into a Napoleonic Blue that looks beautiful. In the middle of my waxing process I needed to make changes - a quick phone call to Bridget and she redirected me with patience of a saint. Thank you Bridget my bathroom looks so fresh and clean!
