My nieces quince was absolutely stunning and well put together here. It seems like they have linen for different styles and colors of brides and quinceaneras to match the dresses

I do not recommend this venue. Esmar is a great sales person and a bully. Once you book, he does not care about you. Unless you want lots of stress, and possibly even having to find yourself a new venue at the last minute, do not book this venue. The owner makes lots of promises that he doesn't keep, he does not communicate or respond timely. In November 2022 he said the venue would be remodeled by March 2023, here we are in August and I just read a review that it hasn't been remodeled. In July during a food tasting I found out by the Coordinator that he couldn't provide the silver Chiavari chairs he promised, he said nothing could be done it was impossible knowing that he has a second venue, then he stated that he could put a green bow on gold chairs. My daughters colors are silver and green. Later he stated he would need to give me my money back, and for me to find somewhere else, 3-months before my daughters Quinceañera, then he stated he would keep my deposit, he is very sloppy, unprofessional, terrible communication. Your special event should be memorable and not stressful, go anywhere else give your money to a business that truly cares about you.

We held my daughter's quinceanera at the smaller hall. The entire process from beginning to end was amazing. We did not experience any problems. The food was great. The decorations were beautiful. The entire family had a wonderful time.

Would leave ZERO star review if I could. I'll start off with booked the 3335 E Russell location for my son and daughter in laws baby shower to be held on June 20th 2021. The day of my event apparently there is some sort of issue with the plumbing and there is NO WATER!!! That means no running/working water and NO RESTROOMS during a PANDEMIC!!! Hello we are still in the COVID-19 pandemic! Hah! Mind you Im hosting a baby shower for 150 people that most of are already at the venue as the issue was brought to my attention earlier the day of however I was assured that the issue would be fixed by the beginning of my event at 3pm. Well that NEVER happened. They operated and held not 1 but 2 events at BOTH of their facilities 3317 & 3335 E Russell with NO WATER & NO WORKING RESTROOMS both large 150ppl events. On top of that they sold alcohol at my event which means they collected cash and poured and served alcohols without being able to wash their hands?! Do I really need to say more?! I reached out to the owner operator Esmar & Lucero to voice my discontent with the whole situation and how it was handled. At first had apologies and was told we can definitely get part of your costs endured reimbursed.. give me a few days to talk to my landlords too I will follow back up with you next Monday. That Monday came and I didn't hear back I gave them an extra day as that Monday was a long holiday weekend. By Wednesday morning (yesterday) hadn't heard back from them so I reached back out and was now told to basically do what I have to do as they were not going to do anything to remedy the issue. Hence my review starting with Yelp and will be moving g in to others too like Health Dept., BBB, etc. This is not how you handle business. I was the consumer and I paid $1346 in total for a SAFE Working & Operating banquet hall to host and event for 150 people. I did NOT receive that it was a flat out unsanitary, unhealthy, and violation on their part to continue to allow BOTH events in those conditions!!!

We recently held our baby shower at Bliss Banquet Hall and were fairly happy with the quality and service we received. The facility itself is very spacious and clean. It has been recently renovated. The entire set up is very elegant and beautiful. There is also ample of parking. The staff helping on the day of the event was very efficient and helpful. My only complaint is that I wish there would have been better communication all around with Bliss, their clients (I), and their vendors. Reason for this is 1- Cake vendor was not sure to charge me or Bliss when I went to go place the order- This should have been communicated by Bliss Banquet Hall before hand(considering I had purchased an all inclusive package). Cake vendor and I had to contact Bliss to get it figured out. 2- DJ vendor was suppose to contact me sometime before the event to go over the playlist. I had to contact Bliss to let them know that the DJ had yet to contact me. I didn't get a call back till the day before the event. 3 - In the original contract, we were promised certain things that were not provided on the day of the event which was very disappointing. When these issues were brought up to Bliss the response that I received back was that there must have been a "misunderstanding". Overall my guests had a good time, they complimented the facility, staff, food, and set up. Which for me that's what matters. I just suggest to proceed with caution when setting up the contract with them.

Just had wedding/reception here in June. I was thrilled it was all inclusive, Esmar promised that the atmosphere would be club-like, the house DJ Martinez was in contact with me about music/playlist ,wedding coordinator Lucero promised she'd be there to make sure it all ran smoothly! I paid for 175 guest chose decor/cake/food.. it was super easy..... I was sooo relieved...On day of weddingmy nightmare started.. my bridal song was not the right one , I walked to it anywaysmall glitch right? Well low and behold the DJ was some old man! NOT DJ Martinez!! Once ceremony was over MY dinner playlist was dumped, he played songs I never even heard of! I'm Hispanic but the music was AwFUL well where was my coordinator ?? She stopped by for 2 min and was gone! I tried to get the DJ to connect my phone to SPOTIFY!! He didn't understand what I wanted !! I speak Spanish !!! food is buffet , servers ran out of FOOD! How ?? We had 90/95 guests show up! I paid for 175! Dancing starts I'm waiting for strobe lights or at least darker environment!!! nope lights were kept on, nobody seemed to know WTF to do.. again music was SO BAD people started leaving at 10pm.. we paid 1500extra to stay until 1am... I just said "F" it ... what was supposed to be the greatest night of my life was a huge disappointment .. the decor was nice the cake was nice , food tasty but overall ..bad experience ..

Not sure where to start, but I will try my best on breaking this down and have sufficient reasoning on why we DO NOT recommend this banquet hall. When we first went to see the banquet hall yes, we did like it, it was nice. I must admit we did rush into it and I wish we would have looked at other halls. Once we started talking about the contract the way the lady talked (in Spanish) I was felt like we were rushed especially when we were picking out the food. Décor- we had picked out some décor that we liked and the day of they put something out that we did not like or even said we wanted. The lady's excuse was that they tried to make it nicer for us but never asked for our approval. Also, not to mention half their décor were broken and mismatched, I asked her why some were broken and she said "ohh that how we get them they are rented" yeah no then rent them somewhere else or have them fix it. They looked very tacky. Hall- The hall its self is ok. They can definitely use some cleaning and upgrades. Where do I start. Over by the desert table they lay down this green "carpet" we had a few people almost trip over it. There are pieces on the floor that is replaced with different color tile and random colors does not match. All the air vents in the ceiling have about a 2inch thickness of just dust and dirt not sure when was the last time they cleaned it! Bathrooms- Sooo tiny. Womens restroom was a joke. It literally broke twice during the event so embarrassing because it stunk sooo bad! I went to the restroom and it was the one that literally had a sign on the other side of the door ready to go saying "this restroom does not work" clearly, they have had nothing but issues with it and they can seem to get it fixed. Food- Food was very cold! The cold Caesar salad does not go on the same plate as your hot food. They should serve the salad first then the main dish or have them on separate plates. BAR - Now this was a joke!!! For 250 people they had one bartender, which in our contract we had it for 2. ok we didn't think anything of it until we noticed the line never went down the bartender was sooo slow it was ridiculous. When we finally said something to the lady that was incharge , said if we wanted another bartender it would cost another $120 dollars, we had no choice then to pay it. Our guest were spending most of the night at the bar in line. Then they bring someone else... it was even worse!!! We paid for nothing this girl didn't know her right from her left. She was slow as molasses it was useless. It was soo embarrassing that our guest spent most of the night in line at the bar. They have a drink menu on the side I literally requested one of the drinks and the girl looked at me like she didn't even know what I was asking for she said " sorry I don't know what that is" Hours- Yes our contract says 6pm-1am, So when we made the invites we put 530pm -1am so that way they can start serving at 6pm and give our guest time to find there tables get a drink, etc. Can you believe that they literally would not open the doors till that time!!! So they expected us to open doors at 6pm and start serving right away and dinner was from 6-8. So for us to let our guest come in sooner we had to pay an extra $200 for them to open 1/2 hour earlier. DJ- DJ makes the party right? They need to get to know you, what the couple likes what they don't like correct ? Well this didn't happen, DJ contacted us by phone two nights before the event and literally asked what kind of event was this, I was shocked shouldn't he have known already. Their communication is not there! Fine it was the getting close to wedding day I am not going to stress; I gave him all the detail information. Names of brides and grooms, parents etc. We went over with him what we wanted. We had a band so technically the DJ would play in between the breaks. Tell me why he would play the same music our band just played?? Wouldn't you want different music? How about the kind we requested. He did not know how to play todays kind of music or even the kind we wanted. I had to go up to him several times to please change it up. I'm sure if they had a good DJ he would have known ahead of time what we like and wanted and there would be no problem. Please I advise you to look at other places and explore you options.
