Bleau Bar

Had a few drinks here before our reservation at a restaurant -- Mother Wolf!It can get a little crowded at times, but we were able to get a couple seats at the bar. Fast and efficient service. Drinks were typical of Vegas prices. The espresso martini was pretty good!

I am VERY torn. I've been to this bar twice already and twice the encounters have progressively gotten worst. To put it point blank the signs says to see a hostess and there hasn't been one in sight. The first time a kind waitress saw that we looked completely lost while standing there for a little over 5 minutes, and said she'll send the hostess over but they may not have any seats and we were welcome to head directly to the bar if we just wanted drinks and didn't mind not having a table.This time I walked up and same thing, no hostess in sight. So I decided to seek out one of the waitress to ask where the hostess was and I was directed to where the hostess was at. 6It was pretty loud so I decided instead of yelling loudly so she can hear me because she had her back turned towards me! I just lightly touched behind her shoulder and when she turned around I said "I was told you're the hostess and I wanted to check in and see about any available seating for 4." I can't recall what she said exactly, but I do remember was she was very standoffish and kinda about me approaching her vs staying put until she approached us. When I walked back to the sign, my husband asked what's going on, and I told him I don't know, I was just told to go back here and no other direction was given. But, based on the last encounter we don't need a table to be served.Anywho, in conclusion I feel talking to the hostess is completely useless and if you treated this place like it's just an open bar type of deal and head directly to the bar, you'll probably save yourself some frustration and you'll have a drink in your head much faster than waiting for the hostess like the sign suggests. Both times the bartenders that we had were super friendly, direct, and quick on the service and point. And both times, it was the bartenders that had to make up for what the hostess did or didn't do.Look, I'm not here for a red bull and vodka, I'm here for a nice cocktail and with the prices that they're charging, I expect just a little more. Yes the bartenders do their job excellently but the only more I've gotten was attitude from the hostess who feels she selling me a Hermes bag or something.

They make the most delicious drinks Ambience is the best . Every one is super nice ans about costumer. This is one of the best places i've been I love the hotel is very high quality and very clean Definitely recommend

Bleu Bar blew me away! The dazzling chandeliers, the elegant furniture, the beautiful and colorful flowers, the gorgeous and friendly staff, the perfect Manhattan and Old Fashioned, the complimentary snacks consisting of roasted cashews and okra, and the classy ambiance all make Bleu Bar a fantastic place to relax by yourself, with your significant other, or with your friends. I can't wait to repeat the experience, so go ahead and try it for yourself!

This bar is elegant and beautiful sitting in the middle of the beautiful Foutain Bleu Hotel. I am giving it 4 star simply because they made me a fantastic expresso martini. Haven't had a good one for a while so I am really glad we came here for a night cap after LIV. The lemon drop was also good but the expresso martini was definitely very memorable. Beautiful chandelier sits over you that sways with the music. A chilled place to relax. Pete took care of us. Excellent customer service. We sat at the bar but you can relax on the couches and have a drink.

Imagine The Cosmopolitan's Chandelier Bar but more Art Nouveau. High ceilings, lux decor, and a low cocktail table that you'll surely knee and get a bruise from. It's a good place for a drink or two.Pancakes & Dopamine ($21 - Bacardi 4-year rum, banana, lime, dark sugar, and cinnamon): The name of this cocktail lured me in. Ordered, consumed, and enjoyed. It's a great cocktail. Our waitress generously brought us some snacks of fried okra and cashews. Much appreciated and definitely noted!It's a great place. If you're staying at this $3B hotel, Fountainebleu, and you enjoy a nice drink, stop by Bleau Bar. You won't regret it.

Bleau Bar at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a hip spot to see and be seen, with its dazzling crystal chandeliers setting a glamorous tone. They are absolutely stunning! The vibe is upscale, and the energy is perfect for starting or ending a night out. I had an espresso martini to tackle jet lag, and it was just what I needed--it hit the spot. The cocktails here are crafted with precision, and the bartenders clearly know what they're doing. The atmosphere is chic, making it a great place to people-watch. Definitely recommend stopping by, whether you're a guest at the hotel or just visiting the Strip!

I absolutely loved the overall vibe in this elegant yet comfortable bar. A large gorgeous bar with plenty of seating, including seasoned bartenders crafting excellent drinks under the custom chandeliers. My favorite, an espresso martini served in a beautifully etched coupe with plenty of foam and a deep layered flavor- delish! Bleau bar offers several comfortable lounge seating option's.No walls = great views of the casino floor/walkways. My first experience with (freeze dried) okra served with cashews as your bar snack. Actually, takes like fried okra- I like it! Overall great experience with friendly service, can't wait to return.
