So many specials going on, already low prices plus 20% off for Black Friday what a great deal. Customer service was absolutely amazing, both gentlemen that helped us were helpful and informative. Huge selection of furniture, anything you need for home furniture they have. We bought a 3 piece couch set that is leather and reclines with light up features underneath the couches and in the cup holders. Super comfy!!! Can't wait til Wednesday when they deliver and set it up. The kids rooms set will take 2-3 weeks perfect timing for Christmas!!

I purchased a high end recliner, 3 months after having it the recliner would not close. I sent 9 emails over a 4 month period trying to get it fixed! Finally they sent a tech and he told me that he would have to drill new holes in the recliner. Now another month and it's still not fixed. It is advertised that there is a manufacture one year warranty. The customer service at Bigs is that if you call they will answer they never call you back or email you back. I'm disabled waiting on a transplant and I need a recliner. Bigs needs to step up! Don't try to talk to Myra because she has zero customer service skills. Pure run around!!!!

Horrendous experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE. After dropping $5K on a bedroom set, the installers showed up several hours late, only installing half of the furniture as one of the two man crew that was sent apparently had surgery on his arm and unable to finish carrying up the "heavier" furniture. After contacting the store several times, their customer service (ANGIE, Darlene... why even waste time naming them, they're simply incompetent) indicated there was nothing they could do.Do yourself a visit, visit Kimberly at the Henderson location - she is the only one who stepped in and made things right because this location's manager isn't there today.

What a great furniture store. Right from the beginning, Peter Laurie (sales) was awesome. So helpful and professional. Showed us so many options and wound up with a great price on a couch and 2 recliners. We visited many other stores. Then the delivery was fantastic. In record heat, Gabriel and his partner (Rafelillo? nickname-pancho villa) were so careful AND helpful. I couldn't ask for a better shopping experience from start to finish!!! If you need furniture don't miss stopping here.

Great selection, average value.Horrible customer service.Ordered a bunch of things from them in November Black Friday and it is now January and order has still not been fulfilled.Asked to speak to the manager "MYRA" who was pretty rude not letting me talk and just kept talking over me.She even stated that I have never called and that their store records who calls..... interesting... I find it funny that your calling me liar to my face pretty much saying I didn't call when it's all on my call logs.But hey if that's how you guys do business then all you.If so called managers were more empathetic to customers instead of acting like they don't care and being rude then I'd say this place is not bad.But nonetheless this place is a joke.Do not recommend buying from here cause once they sell you something they could care less about you actually getting it .

I am so disappointed to have to write this. I purchased an entertainment center from Bigs on 9.2.23, it was delivered on 9.24.23. During assembly, their guys dropped the main shelf which broke and scuffed up other areas of the unit. I've called and emailed numerous times over the past several months and haven't gotten any help. In October I was told the replacement parts would be in in 4-5 weeks, then the manager (Myra) told me the parts had never even been ordered and she would follow up with the agent (Jimena) and get back to me which she never did. In December I emailed the owner requesting refund or replacement, it's now Feb. and I haven't gotten either. I am disputing with my CC company and filing complaint with BBB. This is ridiculous! Buyer beware!!!!

We been going everywhere trying to select style and color. Most places the salesperson annoys us by following us everywhere. It's like let me breath and look around lmao!! And it's like everywhere has janky Furnitures and prices are high now a days.This was our last stop. We actually bought here back in the days and totally forgot about this place. Two Star wtf!! going on? Have no idea what's that all about after visiting almost all places.Before this we were at Walkers clearance warehouse. Cool place but I was not amazed. I had the same feeling when we first bought our furniture from our first home. And we are here again.The prices seem tab high but more quality versus everywhere we went. This place smokes Walkers. Smokes Big lots lol! I laugh and think to myself that this is almost cool like Ashley's. What's funny is some of these Furnitures did come from Ashleys Furnitures lol!!! We met Peter. What was cool about Peter. He wasn't like other Salespeople hounding the hell out of us lmao!! He was very cool and visited in perfect timing just making sure were ok or have any questions.We ended up buying our couch and we will most likely buy all our Furnitures here.Thanks Peter!!!!!Abe M

I ordered mirror on 6/19. It had to ship from warehouse so I didn't get to pick it up until 7/6. The mirror is 23 pounds so I wasn't able to mount it right away. By 7/12 I had help so I finally took it out of the box and mounted it. Once I put it up on the wallO noticed small cracks. I thought no big deal I'll call see if they can discount the item. SpokeTo Angie (Las Vegas store customer service) who was extremely rude for no reason, Cole transferred me to Mayra who was no better. I was first told I had 2 days to report, then I was told I signed saying the item is in perfect condition. Lastly I was told I already got a discount and there is nothing more to be done lol. First of all the whole site was on a Memorial Day sale. I said I didn't pay for a cracked mirror I paid for a new one! I was told I was receiving a brand new one. I asked if she can discount the cracked one I had and she said no. Wouldn't even look at the pictures. I told her it's bad business practice to not disclose if the item is used or not.. Then Mayra took what sheSaid back and gaslit me about what I just heard. She insisted on arguing me down. She told me the phone calls were not recorded. Also told me if I did a charge back it wouldn't be approved. I felt like the lady was taunting me. So I called my bank anyway because this is poor customer service. I furnished my whole house with Big's. I am highly disappointed.

Sales people were great but the delivery process and the items we were promised were not accurate. The delivery was delayed over 4 times and the only answer they gave us was to wait longer and call back. Never shopping here again and I recommend you save yourself the headache and avoid it as well!
