only visited once so far and already really enjoyed what i got. lamb stewed noodles. the noodles were extremely loved and i felt like i could eat that forever. one of my absolute favorite kind of noodles. besides the noodles, i didn't really care about the rest of the noodle soup. i would definitely want to try a different one next time. be prepared to pay a 3% fee for use of a credit card. it was easy to split checks with them.

I came on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Ordered myself a cumin beef burger and wonton soup to wash it down. It was absolutely delicious and comforting!Cumin beef burger: 7/10- it is very spicy and I have a high tolerance, mind you lol they do ask if spicy is okay when you order though - the beef could have been softerWonton soup: 8/10- I have no idea how they pack so much flavor in a clear broth, but it was flavorful without any added seasoning. I did add black vinegar for taste preference. The mini wontons had small shrimps and it was topped with seaweed and cilantro. The service is what you would expect a hole in the wall restaurant. It's tucked on corner in SF supermarket. They are quick and efficient!Price for both was under $16!I'll be back to try the other soup dishes and maybe non-spicy cumin beef burger.

Super authentic liang pi and I was sad that they completely ran out of liang pi at 2 pm today. Liang pi is like deconstructed wheat noodles. The noodles are almost like rice noodle because most of the gluten had been removed and turn into chewy spongy little croutons that act as garnish. The sauce comes in 3 parts: savory sauce, sesame sauce, and optional chili sauce. A satisfying bowl is only $7. Pretty much no meal in LV is under $10 nowadays except for this bowl of liang pi.

My friend had brought some of these noodles to my house and i was an absolute fan. I then wanted to come check out the restaurant myself and order the same thing she brought me! It is very authentic chinese food home cooked style! It is located inside the SF market, in the corner and it fits about 20 people there as it is very small. I ordered the "Cold noodles + lamb" totally to $13 and i was extremely full with the lamb alone + a few bites of the noodles so i brought the rest to go, so for the price it is not bad at all! The lamb had a strong bold flavor which i liked and the plum juice definitely helped calming the spices down! However, this is where it's not so good. After ordering my food, nobody came to check on me what's so ever.. if i wanted a drink i had to go up to the cashier, and same thing when i wanted a to go box i had to go up to the cashier again.. the customer service was very poor however i saw for the other customers that spoke the same language as them, she was very on top of the service. Personally i wouldn't dine in here again due to the service but i would order as take out if i ever happen to want these noodles again as it was actually pretty good.

Located in SF Supermarket. Simple and small but packs a punch...of flavors. The small restaurant can fit maybe 20ppl. Simple menu with minimal pictures but you cannot go wrong. If you want large hand cut noodles with ragged edges noodles, this is where you go. We did the large flat noodles with pork with hot chili, no soupAnd the same noodle in beef soup, no spices. Both were only $11.99 per bowl. It's very filling, lots of flavors and yes, the hot chili is no joke. It's spicy!Totally enjoy our late lunch this Saturday. It was not busy, service was quick. Simple and cheap for the area. We ate and did grocery shopping without having to leave to drive elsewhere. Win win

So...this is in a very Chinese grocery store. It smells bad, looks a lil sketchy, so I knew this place was either going to be great or awful.Honestly it's the former. If you really care about vibe when you eat this place won't be for you.I got the liangpi, hot oil noodle, and cumin lamb burger. My favorite were the noodles and the texture was just perfect. Bouncy, strong, and just a total joy to eat. The liangpi was also done well and the portion was great. The lamb I thought was ok but still happy to eat.

If you like northern chinese / halal Chinese food, this place is for you. I only tried their lamb pita soup this time, which is basically tiny squares of dough, soaked in a lamb , white peppery broth, it was delicious and tasted exactly how it should :) Side dishes included a sweet chili sauce for the lamb, a bunch of cilantro to add to the soup, and some pickled sweet garlic. All really good. Next time I will get the lamb bao. Ambience is super casual. I don't mind this at all but just an fyi!

Every time my friend visits from New York City, this little hole in the wall is on the top of her list. This type of cuisine is not very commonly found in the U.S.; and apparently they are very authentic and good at it.We had their cold noodle, Chinese pork hamburger, hot and spicy braised beef noodle, Xi'an wonton soup, stir fried noodle with beef, and QiShan hot and sour noodle soup with minced pork. My favorite was the hot and spicy braised beef noodle, so flavorful! My friend's favorite was the QiShan hot and sour noodle soup with minced pork. I have never seen this dish in any other restaurant before. She said that it's really authentic and delicious. Now I understand why one of the Yelpers thought that lamb was used instead of beef in the stir fried beef noodle ordered. It was really beef but there's cumin in the seasoning that a lot of people would associate with lamb.Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant is inside a supermarket and is kind of like a cafeteria. However, prices are also pretty low. It's unreasonable and unrealistic to expect too much from a place like this. If you enjoy authentic Xi'an cuisine, this is the place to be.
