Ordered flowers in the morning, delivered in the afternoon. No stress. Cost was perfect. My only issue is the picture had white flowers with the roses, but they were delivered with yellow. Not sure if the picture is wrong or if there was a substitution, but the red roses just didn't "pop" like they would with the white. Still, they still looked great. I'll definitely order from them again.

Loved this local N. Las Vegas florist. They did an AMAZING job the day after Valentines Day for my MIL birthday. Great selection online, AND...they were able to do Same Day Delivery! Pricing was very reasonable, and I was really impressed with the arrangement delivered. It matched exactly what was shown online. I will definitely be using them again for future birthdays in Vegas! I am a disabled veteran and amputee. While in Vegas for one day to celebrate my older sister, I Googled and found this shop. I had custom roses made of dollars and wanted to buy a vase, box or even an arrangement to embellish the presentation. There was a young lady who spoke English, an older woman who did not and a little boy present. The elderly woman seemed helpful, but the young woman was adamant that although their store was literally full of various blank/empty vases, cases etc. she could not (would not) sell me any of them, not allow me to pay for them to make me an arrangement. I was shocked and offended. I'll never make the mistake of going bake there ever again

Do not purchase anything here.I had an absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the "Be My Love" Bouquet with Red Roses in the Premium version, but they delivered the standard version instead. When I called to request a replacement, I was informed that I would need to return the incorrect bouquet to the store in order to receive the correct one.This is completely impractical for me. I'm at work and cannot go home, retrieve the flowers, take them to the store, wait for the replacement, then return them home and go back to work. I paid extra for the premium bouquet and expected the order to be handled correctly from the start. All they need to do is deliver the correct bouquet to my home and collect the incorrect one, but they outright refuse.This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. Their customer service is appalling.

The lady could have a better attitude about things. She was pretty snooty given her selection wasn't that good for its prices, I'd definitely not recommend this place. Have better options for what people are looking.Thankfully I have time to look at various places and I can cross this shop off my list.

Absolutely wowed by the gorgeous bouquet that looked like a birthday cake with glitter roses! But I was even more impressed by the above and beyond service. I was not home on my birthday and while other florists left bouquets in the sun to die in the 115-degree heat on my doorstep, Betty's went above and beyond to return the next day and even delivered to a different address to ensure the flowers arrived in perfect condition and could immediately be taken inside. As a result, the bouquet lasted beautifully for almost two weeks!! Highly recommended.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD! DO NOT ORDER HERE EVER!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!I ordered a "Deluxe" arrangement for my mom and what was delivered was not even a standard size and the flowers are starting to wilt. I called to request for a replacement and the manager insisted that what was delivered was my order. I told her off the bat that I am not interested in a refund, but to correct their mistake! She was adamant about not replacing it and was telling me that if I am not satisfied then she can refund me. Again told her that I don't want a refund but for her to accommodate her customer and correct the order! Besides, my mom cannot drive and I am in the East Coast, so for her to tell me to bring back the flower (making the customer drive back to their flower shop) is just impossible!!! Maria the manager lacks customer service! She does not know how to satisfy the customer! She is difficult to work with, she only thinks about the profit and not the customer service!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! You will just waste your money! You will get a headache dealing with her and not resolve anything!!!!

I will not use Betty's Flower shop again as I assumed Betty's Flower Shop was connected nationwide to other flower shops. I should not have assumed but its online order site did not state that. In fact, it took my order and issued me a confirmation. Requested an item to be sent to a funeral home/church. I was contacted by Betty's after the services concluded, alerting me to no delivery. Had to own up to an embarrassing moment to ones loved one.Thanks Betty's! May I suggest changing your online ordering prompts this doesn't happen to someone else. Unfortunately, it will not help me as I will NOT use Betty's again.
