The service was by far the very best we had while on our current visit to Las Vegas. Our server, Patrick, was everything you want in a server. Highly attentive, professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the foods being prepared as well as their preparation methods. The sommelier, Theresa, was phenomenal in her recommendations as well as her knowledge of the foods being served. Both seemed to feel like friends by the end of the evening because of the time they took to get to know our expectation of the menu and experience inside the restaurant. The entire staff we engaged with were professional and polite. The location helps you to feel removed from the fact that you are still inside a casino. Instead, I felt like I was in a fine dining restaurant enjoying a very high quality meal. Now the food. We wanted to truly experience the Jose Andres Bazaar experience so we selected the Ultimate Tasting Menu. The course progression was well thought out with each flavor profile carefully planned. In example, the first courses were all brought out at the same time, but having the caviar cone, followed by the cotton candy foie gras followed by the olives, then the deconstructed olives gave an unique and memorable moment. Each dish exceeded expectations again and again. I could write an entire review on the A5 Wagyu portion of the meal. While I am saddened that Bazaar Meat will be leaving the Sahara I am already looking forward to seeing them at the Palazzo in 2025.

We expected a high-quality meal at Bazaar Meat, but the experience fell short. The steaks took an hour to prepare and were overly salty, which our entire group agreed ruined the steak quality itself. When the waiter asked for feedback, we shared our sentiment with them in which they offered to remake them, but it was already late and we didn't want to wait another hour, so we declined. The manager then came over and assured us he would "comp our check" - a generous gesture that we did not ask for. Later, they even brought out a complimentary dessert, which seemed like they were going above and beyond to make up for a bad meal-- that was until the check arrived with full charges. When we asked for the manager to clarify what he had previously said, he backtracked, saying he couldn't do anything since we had eaten most of the steak. We only finished to avoid wasting food, but they should've noticed how salty it was for us by the numerous times our water glasses had to be refilled throughout that meal.On top of that, the menu and waiter gave us the impression we were ordering one-pound steaks, but they came out to 1.75 lbs each--resulting in a $200 charge per steak. If they had been delicious, it wouldn't have been an issue, but for something barely edible, it only added insult to the injury . After he noticed our displeasure the manager reluctantly took 20% off the check. At the end of the day we didnt come here with the intention of asking for a discount--we just wanted a good meal to celebrate my friends birthday. Instead, we got condescending attitudes from the waiter and a manager who went back on his word. What differentiates a high end restaurant should be the quality of food, and professionalism of staff. This restaurant unfortunately has neither.

3rd time dining here and still my #1 restaurant in Vegas. Food were innovative, fun & delish, and yet it still makes perfect steak without drowning it in butter. Got the tasting menu again & it was worth the $215 blood letting. Our fav were still foie gras cotton candy, bagels w/lox cone, chicken fritters as well as the magical liquid olive. FYI you can order similar appetizers in Jaleo (tapas wine bar also by jose Andres) located in Cosmopolitan Resort. Entree washugyu was a new kind of wagyu thats a cross breed between American & Japanese animals raised here in US. The aged ribeye was perfectly grilled to medium rare over open flame, charred in the outside & tender inside. The sides of asparagus & buttery potato puree were delish. Desserts were adequate but not too memorable. We love the ambiance & Server Patrick was great. The only complaint: dining room was a bit too smokey for an upscale establishment with finely dressed clienteles. Perhaps it was from the open flame charcoal grill ? I don't remember it being this smokey before when Sahara was still SLS. I was told Bazaar Meat will be relocated to a more central location soon

This restaurant is an experience. The staff from the beginning were friendly and made sure we had a great experience. The restaurant is really nice, clean and welcoming. The menu is intimidating but everything on it is delicious. You can't go wrong no matter what. Everything is pretty much family style which is awesome so you can try everything that is ordered. I tried the grilled asparagus, patatas bravas, potato purée, skirt steak wagyu, a different wagyu, and this super cool cocktail that was delicious.

Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres is a great upscale dinner option during a Vegas trip. Perfect for group meals and celebrations, they have a variety of meats from countries all over the world. The restaurant boasts 5 kitchens that each focus on specific food, for example, one focuses on the seafood dishes. The decor is super fun and eclectic and the staff is very attentive and friendly. They have a good variety of wines and cocktails. In addition, the menu is vast with a ton of different options from seafood, lamb, roasted pig, steak, etc. The appetizers and shareable dishes are exceptional as well. I highly recommend their buttered potato purée, which the staff describes as being "90% butter, 10% potatoes." Very delicious. I will say that one of our sides, the carrots, were a little too roasted and black so we couldn't really eat them. We also had to remind the staff about our Kobe Airbread order, but they did eventually bring it out. However the croquetas de pollo were to die for, I could eat just that for dinner and be happy. And the patatas bravas were also very delicious. The steaks were a little charred but still very good. I also give kudos for the cotton candy mojito which was super fun and tasty. Loved the staff and ambience overall.

One of the things we try to do on every trip is to have an upscale dining experience. Typically, we find a Michelin star rated place if we're in that kind of city, but in Vegas, you have to go over the top. That's exactly what we expected from the ultimate tasting menu at bazaar meats. It's easy to forget how much Jose Andres and Feran Adria worked together, but it shows in the number of early courses based on molecular gastronomy. Deconstructed and reconstructed olives are an interesting re-presentation of a flavor you thought you knew. And meat. Oh, is there meat. And fire. And showmanship. From cocktails to tableside carving of iberico pork... all the senses are delivered to.For me, it happened to be my first true taste of A5 Wagyu beef. Now I understand what the hype is about, but I also know better than to order more than an ounce or two at any given time because it's just so rich. Finishing up with a steak that has been resting over the fire before it's thrown on and charred to the perfect consistency inside and out is a great way to end the experience. You walk out with the flavor and texture of grilled beef being the thing that is seared into your memory, no pun intended. If you like meat, and if you like interesting culinary experiences, this is definitely a tasting menu worthy experience.

The best service, great ambiance, and delicious food! We came to Bazaar Meat before a show at Fontaine Bleu and they were extremely attentive that we would make our show on time and without sacrificing on service.Stephanie, was the best and her service alone is something that would make me come back for!We did The Ultimate Tasting menu, and it was definitely more than enough food for two people. Tbh, I would not redo the same tasting menu a second time, since it was just too much food and is quite pricey. Favorites:Marinated 'Ferran Adrià' OlivesShrimp CocktailBison, Buffalo-Style"Beefsteak" Tomato TartareJapanese A5 Wagyu BeefGrilled AsparagusThe rest of the items were either good or alright imo. I think the tasting menu, gives you a sense for what the restaurant is all about, but it's also a lot of food and we weren't able to bring our leftovers with us. The desserts were aplenty but as someone who doesn't have a huge sweet tooth, I could've done without. I'd definitely come back and order a la carte next time, since the tasting menu was so filling. Sidenote, the vibes and music were amazing. Very dramatic decor with great edm.

This is hands down one of the most enjoyable meals of my life, every... single ... time! The service is impeccable, so kind, so attentive and very knowledgeable and patient. The ambiance is perfection. The smell walking in is mouth watering. I will always go out of my way to stop here while in town! Thank you for a wonderful experience! The A5 waygu cheesesteak bite was absolutely delicious. I ordered three more, and then came back the next day for another!

We weren't really impressed and honestly the experience was very underwhelming for the price I am paying. We tried the Jose's way tasting menus. While some of the dishes were unique, many of them just weren't exciting, portions were tiny, and the presentation was confusing. The decor also was very eclectic and didn't really make sense to me. The first item they served was the olive dish. It was so salty. This really set the tone for the rest of the meal. The one big miss for me was the mash potatoes. It too buttery that it was overwhelming. The best items were the cotton candy foie gras, the steak, and the side of asparagus. For the price you're paying, I didn't feel it was really worth it. The service was also not the best. There was also a lot table side service but everything was quite slow.

My husband and I came here for dinner for his birthday weekend. OMG, the whole dining experience was amazing. We were almost 30 minutes late for our reservation due to unexpected traffic, and they were still able to accommodate us when we got there, without any hustle. Our waiter, Sunday, was amazing from the beginning to the end. My husband was interested in learning about how they cooked their steaks, and Sunday even walked us over to the kitchen staff, and has them explain their cooking process to us. I got the Ultimate Tasting and my husband ordered a ribeye plus a couple types of Japanese Wagyu, but I was still able to share some of my food with him like the sides (Sunday advised us that the sides would be enough for us to share vs my husband getting his own, and he was right). Sunday even had extra items brought to our table that are his favorite on the menu. My husband has a nut allergy, so the staff was careful to separate out anything that contained nuts where possible or advise us when it was brought to the table. At the end, they made sure that we had an assortment of desserts that were nut free for both of us to enjoy. The overall dining experience was about 2.5 hrs, so make sure you have the time because every minute of it was well worth it. Never did we feel like we were waiting too long. They time bringing out the next course perfectly. At the end of the night, we were stuffed, and enjoyed the amazing meal and service. I highly recommend coming here for an amazing dining experience in a quiet atmosphere. We will definitely be coming again.
