OH MY! I absolutely, highly recommend coming to eat here whenever you are in Vegas! We made reservations to eat here for my best friend's birthday and it did not disappoint. When you walk in to the waiting area, it's a very classy setting. The waiters were super friendly and gave excellent recommendations.I had an espresso martini along with my best friend and her cousin ordered another drink which I can't remember the name, but it was so delicious! I don't think you could go wrong with ordering any of the drinks on the menu. For food, the sides are family style so all four of us shared the sides. We got the truffle mac & cheese, and the mashed potatoes. Let me just say they were so delicious and full of flavor. You have to try them! For the main course, my fiancé ordered a wagyu burger with bacon and he said it was the best burger he's ever had in his life. As for me, I got the ribeye steak frites OH EM GEE the meat was so flavorful and soft just melted in your mouth! Everything from the decor to the music to the food was absolutely stunning, and I will definitely be back ! 20/10

Starting with the positive: This is absolutely a gorgeous restaurant, dim lighting, speakeasy vibe. Our server, Jon, was simply lovely- attentive and charming. The food, however, left us disappointed. I really wanted to love Bavette's, but unfortunately didn't. Maybe it was an off day, but we left feeling underwhelmed. We started with the wedge salad, which was probably the best part of our meal. We ordered our steaks medium rare, and they both came out medium well. This was no fault of Jon- he confirmed our orders before putting them in. When he returned to check on us, we showed him that they were overcooked, and he was quite apologetic and got us new steaks. Of course, this messed up the pacing of our meal a bit.Our side dishes were just okay. My husband's loaded baked potato came deconstructed, and was pretty tough. The brussel sprouts and sweet potato were fine, but nothing remarkable. The dessert selection is small (only 4 items), and nothing really appealed to us. Jon was nice enough to bring us ice cream with hot fudge as it was my birthday. Unfortunately, overall it was a rather disappointing birthday meal, so I probably won't return.

Amazing steak and sides, amazing bartender, old school ambiance. Friendly and knowledgeable service. This place was honestly our whole group's favorite dinner spot for the weekend.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and it probably one of the best casino Steakhouse we've been to on the LV Strip. First, the ambiance was nice and intimate with the dim lighting in the restaurant. Service was great. They started us off with complimentary Prosecco since we were celebrating our 8th year anniversary. And the food was ultimately delicious! We first started off with an order of the sourdough bread and crab cake as an appetizer and this is probably the best crab cake that I've ever had. I couldn't get over how delicious it was. The sourdough bread was nice and crunchy outside but very warm and soft inside. For the main dish, we split a ribeye steak and ask them to slice to it for us. For our sides, we ordered the mash potatoes, mac and cheese, and the Elote style corn. The ribeye was well seasoned and very tender. Omg, it just melted in my mouth with every bite. Out of the sides we ordered, the mac and cheese was the best. The mashed potatoes had a weird after taste so I wasn't the biggest fan of it, and the Elote style corn was just ok. It didn't really excite me and it felt a bit out of place honestly. As for the dessert, we ordered the strawberries n' cream and for some reason I thought some kind of cake was included so I was bit disappointed when I found out it didn't. It was more of an ice cream with a meringue cookie and strawberries. It was still pretty good nonetheless. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend and I'd definitely come back again.

In Vegas and wanted to try a decent steakhouse so decided to give Bavette's a try. No reservations until 9pm so I walked in around 6:00. You can only sit at the bar if you don't have a reservation, and the bar was packed. Waited a while for a seat.I ordered the 1/2 Caesar salad, asparagus and dry aged bone in ribeye. Salad was ok, nothing special but the asparagus was very good. The ribeye was extremely tender and flavorful. I ordered it medium and it was more of a medium well. I would recommend.

Definitely a great steakhouse experience in VegasA classic old school rat pack vibe from the moment you enter Our server Brian was excellent - the cocktails were great and the Wagu steak frites was so tender and soft - great choice The 6oz filet was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly- the asparagus side was also a great accompaniment Love it here and reasonably priced for Vegas compared to other steakhouses I have been toWould come again if in town

I was very looking forward to Bavette but unfortunately did not enjoy the meal much.My favorites were the appetizers:Baked Crab Cake - didn't go wrong, very good. Also hard to go wrong as long as the crab is fresh.Smoked Salmon Caesar - very good enjoyed.Wedge Salad - very good, the bacon was done right not too salty and proportionally/size right.Entree:Burger - for a $50 burger, something was off. Don't think it's the same compare to Au Cheval when I had it. The fries was under fry and sad. Dry-Age Bone-In Ribeye - it was fine. Some parts chewy, the bearnaise sauce was in solid form and very salty, it made me feel like I'm in a diner.American Wagyu Skirt Steak - it had a weird smell that's not pleasant, like mop smell... Fries was also sad, those pale looking skin.Sides:Elote Style Corn: I don't love corn when the texture isn't fresh crunchy but flat/mushy, reminds me of can corn.Creamed Spinach: overallt creamyAsparagus: it was okay, Parmesan and garlic topping.Cocktails:Lillet Martini was goodEspresso Martini was overally sweet.Great service great vibe. Perhaps have to visit the original one in Chicago.

The bone-in ribeye was the best I have ever had... The beef stroganoff was very tasty. The lemon meringue pie was simply amazing. Service was just unbelievable. Will stop by everytime I visit Vegas from now on.

Tonight was our first time trying Bavette's. Just looking at the menu online alone everything sounded delicious. It did not disappoint. This is my new favorite Las Vegas steakhouse. The restaurant has a 30s/40s classic steakhouse vibe. Unfortunately I can't remember our servers name. He took excellent care of us. He offered great recommendations and answered any curiosity we had about various items on the menu. The drinks were great. Our starting course we had the bone marrow and the baked goat cheese both were excellent. If you're a bone marrow fan they serve the largest stack of bone marrow bones I've ever seen. Our main course we had the dry aged steaks with truffle macaroni and cheese and asparagus. I consider myself a mac and cheese connoisseur that the best mac and cheese I've ever had at a restaurant. The asparagus were most tender with lemon and Parmesan. My mate had the dry aged New York strip and I had the dry aged ribeye both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Dessert was also excellent we had the chocolate cream pie. One of the best meals we had in Las Vegas. We definitely be back to Bavette's on our next trip to Las Vegas.
