Ahhhmazing! It is worth a drive off the strip, and you will probably want to get off the strip after a few days LOL. Do you get the red velvet pancakes, tases like eating a cupcake for breakfast. Who doesn't like that? I had the Korean Kalbi, garlic rice ribs and eggs. Wow.Really affordable, the ribs rice and eggs $12.99 with the pancakes up charge was $1.50!!

If you get there and there are a lot of people I will say they do call your name very quickly.Decided to go with the sweet potato pancakes because it was a special. There was something off about the pancakes not sure if they used too much nutmeg or if they added cinnamon. But the flavor was off, it did not taste anything like sweet potato. As you can see it is topped with chopped nuts and drizzled with what I'm thinking is a lot of caramel sauce. They do have a lot of different variety pancakes. So maybe if I come back I'll try another flavor and give him another chance.

Ordered a Portuguese fried rice plate. For the price I was expecting a good amount of it. I was extremely disappointed..Half the plate was unseasoned potatoes...My fried fried rice was wrapped in atleast 8 scrambled eggs..I took the fried rice out of the egg.. there was under a cup of fried rice, and barely any sausage. No flavor to the meal. I absolutely didn't want to pay for that plate!! The server was busy, so I just let her know I was unsatisfied...Islanders love their rice.... please make it worth the price your asking!!

Came here on Sunday to introduce this once lovely breakfast spot to my Cali family that I raved about. What an embarrassing breakfast. Their once just enough sweetness fluffy pancakes is not fluffy anymore, very crummy. Also, the food was kinda bland. It's just different and not how it use to be. Service is good but the rest... thumbs down. Happy eats! Hope they get those pancakes right!!

One of the best OG pancake spots in Vegas! I've tried so many pancake flavors throughout the years and they're all delicious. Even all the brunch entrees are bomb. Love the Hawaiian/Filipino vibes here too. Most locations are usually packed and small, but the food always hits the spot whether you dine in or take out. It's lit!

This is still decent breakfast place, but with new places in town like Snooze, they might need to up their game a bit. The service is still friendly, but they don't take reservations nor advance waitlist additions. The interior is getting a bit dated as well. They have no alcohol, so no mimosas or other breakfast cocktails. Also, on our last visit I found the gingerbread pancakes to be fairly tasteless and with a tough texture that was not at all light and fluffy. Still a decent breakfast place, but with new competition they may need to improve.

Came here on thanksgiving morning, I wanted to try the banana foster pancakes. We got the baby stack banana foster pancakes and cowboy skillet. The cow boy skillet was bomb, I love the crispy small potatoes. The banana foster pancakes were amazing, I can see why people recommend the pancakes here. I'm definitely coming back here for breakfast whenever I am in town

Foods always great here. been going for years! Their red velvet pancakes changed the game years ago. The service has always been good as well, no complaints. Probably why they've been so successful in expanding from centennial hills to all across the city. Inside is very regular, comfy and welcoming. Great business model

This review is looong overdue but here it goes. The red velvet pancakes..... definitely worth coming back to vegas for!! I regret not ordering that for myself. I had the adobo fried rice which kinda did not work for me. Idk but it didn't taste like filipino adobo to me lol it was pretty filling tho i give it that. (I used an iPhone as size reference in the photo lmao) But probably not gonna get that again. Service was a lil slow, the crew was busy chatting instead of paying attention to the diners so we waited for a bit til we finally caught their attention. Thus, the missing lolResto was pretty clean tho we left smelling like we ate right in the middle of the kitchen so beware lol I definitely recommend this place! Can't stop, won't stop raving about the red velvet pancakes lol!

Pulled up to BabyStacks with my BabyBoo. Jokes aside, BabyStacks Cafe is a breakfast foods staple in Vegas! They have multiple locations so I would recommend seeing which ones are close to you and calling ahead to check on wait times. This location is about 20 minutes away from the strip and tucked in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, it is pretty spacious with about 9-10 tables for seating. They have a huge menu with tons of mouthwatering Filipino inspired breakfast items. We ended up getting the Island Skillet, Kalbi Beef and Eggs, and Ube Pancakes. The portions were very generous and all the flavors tasted so comforting and home style but with their own twists. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a breakfast/brunch spot. All of the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!
