We ordered:Strawberry Guava PancakesBanana Foster PancakesUbe PancakesLolo Rick's Adobo Fried RiceSisig PlateLoco MocoPancakes were fluffy , tasted as advertised, and delicious overall. Garlic rice could be more garlicky but still tasty and cooked properly. Loco Moco is the best I've had to-date. Only weak dish was their signature adobo fried rice - eggs and shredded chicken dry and overall bland.Service was slow. Decent amount of seating inside. Better to get here earlier in the day than later because it gets very busy.

This is only for the dish I ordered.Do not get the sisig plate. That plate had no taste whatsoever. I was disappointed that they would have that on the menu. I'm not sure if the cook even knows what Sisig is supposed to taste like, it's not even close.Pancakes were good, that's it. Their Garlic rice, tasted like plain white rice.Our server was great though. Would I come back, maybe for pancakes yes.

Hours need to be updated on the door. Love the new location close to the strip. It is smaller so longer wait. Was in Vegas and ended up going to the other location due to wait time and hours on door wrong another day. The new location may not be in my favor as it seems hours don't apply, back to the other location Again this is not based on food or service Hours and outdoor seating wasn't even set up and probably would have not been aa 30 min wait as well others wouldn't have waited.

Amazing place to grab breakfast/brunch. We will stop by again to try more of their pancakes.Ube Pancakes 5/5: We LOVED the ube pancakes. It was very rich in flavor. It also wasn't overly sweet. Red Velvet Pancakes 5/5: They're known for these pancakes and I get it. These were really good. You need to have a little bit of the whip with eat bite to add the right amount of sweetness and moisture.Portuguese Fried Rice 5/5: This was soo good. Jam packed with flavor and had good char. Chili Moco 4/5. Not bad, but we prefer the loco moco over this version. Kalua Pork Benedict 5/5: The pork had great smokey flavor and you get a good helping on each slice. It's probably one of the better benedicts we've had

Wasn't too crowded when we went on a Sunday morning. Everything was great and making a decision on what to get on the menu is the hardest part lol.

Great place for casual breakfast! Ate the Ube Pancakes! I liked it! Mom had the the Sunshine breakfast. Friendly Staff! Nice ambiance! Would visit again!

A very standard Filipino brunch spot. Of course we had to have garlic rice with all our dishes! I had the corned beef hash and it was good. The chili moco was very unique as well but the flavors went well together. The sisig was good, but I like mine more crispy. Not much to say about the kalbi, it was just your standard kalbi. The pancakes were really good but could omit the frosting.

If you are looking for a tasty place for breakfast, don't skip on this place. This is one of my top go to places. Everything is so good and delicious. The portions are generous and service has always been great. I usually opt for the kabli with garlic fried rice, that's my favorite dish. My girlfriend tried the loco moco and it was also a hit. This place gets busy so expect some wait, but it's totally worth it.

Service was good, server friendly and food was good. However, when checking the bill after leaving we realized we paid $11 more than price on menu. Figured out it was because of upcharge for garlic fried rice and premium pancakes. Arguably we should have looked at the fine print but server just asked us if we wanted garlic rice and recommended strawberry pancakes, without specifying that these two items would increase cost by $11. Although he wasn't lying it was rather deceitful. If we ever do go back just remember "caveat emptor - buyer beware"

We were looking for a quick and easy breakfast this weekend and landed on Baby stacks. Based on the name, they do specialize in pancakes but what caught my attention was their Philippine influenced menu! We tried the Portuguese fried rice with eggs and the loco moco with a side of regular pancakes. Everything was absolutely incredible. And our server, Thirty, was hilarious, attentive, and fast! Bottom line, we just found our new regular breakfast spot!! Can't wait to go back.
