This is the most basic Thai food, which is Pat thai and the sauce was totally wrong
Horrible pho ever do not order! They basically disrespect the pho industry.
Picture of Aztec inn casino, the location of the restaurant.
Right across from Strat hotel and casino
On the corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and W. Bob Stupak Ave.
Parking is free, the Inn doesn't seem to be in operation
Dark, small, old school dive casino
All day happy hour, three dollars for PBR beer
Drinks are cheap I recommend
Picture of inside the restaurant.
Nothing really is five dollars for the main meal, just sites like fries, spring rolls, or Crepe. Most foods are between $10 to $15.99.
A tip was added without our permission.
Ooohh this is a ketchup padthai lol.. horrible
It's okay! Not that bad.

[Above all, will I be back?]This place is small and cute but the food was totally disappointing and the location is sketchy so.. As a Vegas local, I don't think I will come back anytime soon. Hope they can have updated interior with brighter atmosphere then I will try another shot for the $3 PBR.1. Food- CafeteriaThere were Thai options so I ordered Pat Thai which is the basic fried noodles in Thailand. The portion was good but the sauce was totally wrong. I tasted ketchup in the sauce! I am sure this was not made by Thai person!- Drinks: All day is happy hour. PBR beer is $3. 2. Ambience- Outside: The building is run down. The "Inn" didn't seem to operate at the moment. Outside is kinda sketchy (homeless and shopping carts here and there) so I wouldn't come here at night.- CasinoOne of the smallest, dark and old school dive casino. Around 10 slot machines with a bar. - CafeteriaIt has a huge window wall that you can see Strat hotel. You order and pay at the counter. There are about 15 tables.3. ServiceThey bring you the foods in plastic basket and a paper plate. that's it. No wait staff. Security guards, bartender were nice and friendly.4. Hygiene- Casino floor: It was dark but I could tell it was old and not necessarily clean.- Cafeteria, everything was clean.5. Price (Look at my pictures)95% of the menu is not $5 (except sides like french fries, fried eggrolls), prices were between $12-$15.99. It is a normal restaurant price. Water is not included, $1/bottle. $5 for well drinks, $7 for Bloody Mary6. RestroomYou need to ask a security guy to open the door. It was clean and properly maintained. Gender separated.7. LocationJust across from the Strat hotel & casino.8. ParkingThe spot size is tight and kinda sketchy.9. ETC- No split checks at table.- a 20% Gratuity for parties of 5 or more- Cash or debit card only ($15 or under will be $1 charge)** If this review was helpful, please vote :) @juxycat **

This place had decent food and our waitress was good, however, when we received our bill the tip was already included on the bill. Not good service to pick your own tip.

Aztec Inn is an old school dive casino. It has cheap slots and food. Kind of sketchy in the area and outside. Close to a few of the more interesting neighborhoods with the pawn shops and those types of businesses. The casino is kind of fun even though it stinks. It actually isn't as bad. Some good things are really here like how cheap the cafe is. The casino reeks but it's part of the charm it seems. Menu is Asian. This is weird because it should be Aztec food and Asian has nothing to do with this. Anyway if all you care about is cheap food then this is good. The food in the cafe is about $5 for an entree, which is pretty nice. Of course there's problems such as the quality and it's not fresh. There's no vegan options. Cheap slots with cheap Asian food. It's a combo that actually works out here. They do it much better than Resorts World.

Dive without a doubt! Like hanging out in a Times Square bar in the 1970's. You name it you will see it. Staff was great. Not like your typical casino bartenders at all. Personable without a doubt. I'll be back! Looks like they have a stage too. I can see a punk rock band in their future

This place gets a bad rap! I'm so happy I decided to give them a try. The food is delicious, the staff is VERY professional and the prices are IMPRESSIVE! It doesn't look like much when you first walk-in, so it's easy to think the worse. It's a clean, safe place to catch a drink or a bite to eat. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the $5 Cafe located inside.

The food was decent but overpriced! We were disappointed to see that the receipt included a tip without our permission. That is considered poor business practice. Typically a tip is given based on the performance of the service. Why would they include a tip if they don't know how we feel about the service. UNSATISFACTORY!!!

While on my lunch break walked here to use bathroom and gamble. I to poop badly so I pooped first. About 8 minutes and security comes pounding on door to rush me. I'm telling him as I see he's yellow uniform to hurry and I tell him I'm finishing off and he replies to hurry up I'm taking too long and doesn't take this long to poop. He waits for me at door and I tell him why rush me as if I'm not using bathroom. I'm not smoking. I'm not drinking. Security is being rude and disregards my explanation that I was just using bathroom. I ask for his name and he REFUSES. I ask bartender for security and he refuses as well. Asked security for name and his guard card and he refuses to provided that information.

Wanted to support a small business and also get a deal. The $5 breakfast might be worth it if you are on a tight budget, otherwise skip this place and walk down to the Peppermill (just a few blocks south) and have something special. They sneak in a $2 "tip" and then post ugly signs all over saying the tip is optional. (I've never seen a place do this). The food barely passed.Restrooms...you need to get a key. The waiter acted like he didn't know what I was asking. So I had to go to the bartender who said "the restaurant has a key". I will not return to this establishment, unfortunately. No water available unless you pay $1 for a bottle of water.

I tried this place because they are right across from the Strat Hotel. I wanted a late breakfast on one of the mornings of my stay. My husband and I both ordered from the breakfast menu. He got the steak and eggs, I got the steak mushroom omelet. Bottled water was $1.00, they don't offer free water in a serve your food on paper plates. Soft drinks are refillable. The staff was really friendly and waited on us pretty quickly. The food was delicious. The only reason I took off a star was because they added the tip into the bill - but there is a sign on the wall posted that says tips are optional. Why have the sign if you are going to add it into the bill? I should have been provided the option to pay with cash. Also, breakfast is served until 2pm. I go there right before 2pm and the food was fresh. If you can stand the area, I would give it this place a try. Its a small kitchen with a clean area right next to slot machines to play if you choose. The cost was definitely the cheapest option I have seen in a long while in Vegas, since inflation prices skyrocketed.
