Salvador, Antonia, and Benny were extremely kind and hospitable. We were all shocked to receive the special lobster and pasta entree. The food was delicious and we appreciated how the Sous chef Benny came out to explain the process of how the meal was prepared and how we were selected. This was our first night and it definitely set the bar for the rest of our trip. We cannot wait to return!

we haven't been to a buffet in years. we were 100% Happy with the buffet. Antonia was extremely friendly and made my son and husband the best lobster, shrimp pesto pasta. that alone was worth the price. Robert was also so gracious and friendly. Made us feel so welcome and brought great joy to the experience. This was my teen sons first Vegas buffet experience. we will definitely be back. He's in Love!Thank you.

They only had three types of sushi, which did not taste very goodThey did have crab legs, and shrimp not much else for seafood Meat selection was limited pulled pork, and brisket. Did taste OK Desserts, lacked flavor This is definitely not a place. I would recommend for all you can eat buffet. go find somewhere else!!!!My son asked the waiter if he could get his water glass refilled, and the server told him to drink one of the other glasses on the table . My son was quick with the response. "Those are the other people's glasses of water and you get paid to do one job fill water and clean plates off the table. It's not like we're eating at a fine dining restaurant here". And if you have six people or more, they charge you a 18% gratuity for what to clean my plates off the table. (That's your job it a buffet) We definitely will never return to this place unless it's taken over by new management and improved drastically. There are way too many other buffets in Las Vegas that serve way better food than this place..

the shelled lobster was better than the tail lobster imo. garden salon options were good i think the salad filled me up. i want to say about half of the other options we tried was just good not amazing. if you really just want the lobster/crab then worth it, if you want more options i rather go to another buffet. i made reservations but still had to wait in line? luckily it was only 15-20 min.

I would consider myself a buffet connoisseur and when I'm in the buffet capital of the world you know I gotta check out all the top spots in Las Vegas to see which one truly reigns supreme!I had high expectations for this buffet since YouTube videos about the best buffets in Vegas consistently ranked AYCE in the top five, if not the top three. When it came to giving this place a ranking I was really debating between 3 and 4 stars but when I thought about the pros and cons. The cons outweighed more of the pros. Pros:- Wait time was a lot shorter than I expected. I think I only waited 30 minutes with no reservation on a friday night.- Very clean- Amazing service. Even the chefs were super friendly and talk to you when you're getting food! Love that!Cons:- My favorite thing to get at buffets are the crab legs. These crab legs were disappointing. I feel like they were overcooked. They serve them hot from boiling water but because of that it's super difficult to get a clean pull when you crack them and the meat breaks up way too much. The size of them were actually smaller than the typical crab legs I am used to getting and the taste just wasn't at all there. It was confusing, even the butter couldn't save it.- The price was $80 and only on certain days they offer crab legs and lobster. We went on a friday so thats when they had prime rib and crab legs but honestly not worth the $80 in my opinion.- There were limited options and its pretty small. Usually at buffets I'll see about 5-8 different types of sushi but this buffet only had 2. The service was great no doubt about it. From the moment I walked up to the buffet to stand in line till when I left I received nothing but exceptional service. Shout out to Antonia who prepared my custom-made pasta.Overall, for almost $80 a person I would actually check out the other buffets on the strip as they have a larger selection for the same price. My favorite buffet by far in Vegas is The Wynn. I don't think I would come back here as it wasn't anything special but I'm glad to say I experienced it. Again, nothing personal but just wasn't worth it for me.

If I could give this buffet at the Palms Hotel ten stars, I absolutely would! Let me start by saying my Valentine's Day visit was exceptional prime rib and all-you-can-eat snow crab legs? It doesn't get any better than that!Whoever is cooking in the back has some serious soul. From the collard greens to the mac & cheese and baked turkey, every bite was bursting with flavor and comfort. Honestly, this is hands-down the best buffet I've ever been to. Every station was a hit, especially the pasta station. Shoutout to ..........Antonia......your shrimp and chicken Alfredo with lobster and mushrooms was absolutely incredible. Seriously, it was the bomb!I didn't catch the manager's name, but he had a fantastic long beard and was genuinely wonderful. Thanks for the great conversation....I'm the guy who had the Rugrats jacket on, and I still remember you mentioning Chucky was your favorite! For anyone considering dining here, don't hesitate. Everything from the savory dishes to the decadent desserts was top-notch. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the free parking was definitely a nice bonus. You truly can't go wrong with this buffet. Thank you all for an unforgettable dining experience!

We've been here multiple times and it never fails to leave us satisfied. Janice our server was pretty amazing. She was on point and very helpful. Actually all the servers that been serving us here were all amazing. The ambiance is your typical Las Vegas Buffet feel. Pretty laid back and good food. Not too much selection but enough to satisfy you. We will be back for more.

Went yesterday for the lobster might go today for the same thing. Maria was our waitress and she was on point with clearing our table and refilling the drinks along with all the servers serving the foods you had to be seeded like the whole lobster, lobster tail, the meats and crab legsThe ambiance feel like they wanted to be boujee but when I noticed the fake bushes in the line while waiting I knew it was gonna be SHEIN baby it was amazingI thought it was priced well considering I don't know what the heck to price a seafood buffet All you can eat is what they acronym/name means and that's what we did with the lobster, poke and ice cream/gelato/sherbet

Quality food! Must try and worth it. I would suggest a no charge on children under 4 since they do not really eat much, and what they really eat is chicken tenders which they don't have. Antonia the pasta chef was great and also our sever Salvador did great service. They're pasta station is a restaurant level. Amazing!
